- she's nice, quite quiet, she enjoys painting and drawing. she always sees the beauty in everything which tends to make her well liked.

today was amazing. i was by the river at sunrise and a large red butterfly appeared out of no where and then i swear that wherever it flew the most pretty flowers opened. they seemed to be blue orchids. the whole scene was breath taking. i wish i had my paints with me to capture it but unfortunately when i got home i couldn't capture the moment and it didn't look right, oh well,

One. What is it that Tara's mother does? well i was going to say she worked in a tea plantation but then i realised it is the wrong part of india. so she grows fruit and vegetables ant sells them on a stall, she sometimes also sells some of Taras better pictures
Two. Does her father work at all? yes, he works in the national park doing national parky things, like conservation and tours etc
Three. How does Tara feel about being the only witch in her family? she is happy that she is a witch, but she hopes that her brother was also magical ((i didn't know about her brother when i posted the first post i will edit when i know a bit more about him, like if he is older or younger))
Four. How do Tara's parents feel about it? Taras parents are happy that she can get a decent education, even though it is not a very conventional sort, they just wish it could be closer to home
Five. Does Tara wish to have any pets? no. due to her hindu upbringing she sees other animals as incarnations of family members and friends. she believes that it not nice to 'own' a past sibling or friend.

1) Is Tara happy to be a Hufflepuff? Do you think she fits well into the Hufflepuff stereotype?
Tara is just happy to fit in at hogwarts, she likes hufflepuff house, but i think she would have liked all of the houses (except maybe slytherin which would probably eventually depress her) as for fitting the stereotype i think she is almost as hufflepuff as they can get, she likes talking to people and making friends, however she does like time alone to paint and draw etc. however this is manly at dawn or in the evening.

2) How did Tara come along to New Zealand? Did her family move over there?
As she is muggle morn she got a person as well as a letter explaining everything to her, and her family. when the person finished the traditional way would be for her to make her own way to NZ on a plane, but as she didn't have a passport and other things the explainer took her back with them, and got her a room at the half way house, as it was only a couple of weeks before school restarted. her family is still in india.
3) What does Sakti do for a job? His he Magical or not?
Her farther is not magical, he works in the national park, working in maintenance and guiding, and just a general job doer.

and lastly

4) What does Tara hope to be after she leaves HNZ?
well tara id still just getting used to the magic world so at the moment she doesn't know much about what to do after school, she will probably be an artist, or something, or possibly work somewhere near home, or somewhere magical, to be truly honest i dont know.
