Alyssa could not be more thankful that Brightstone weekend had arrived. School had been so long and stressful for her over the past couple of weeks that she really didn’t know how she was going to be able to handle the rest of the year if it kept up. She was trying so hard to impress and please everyone that it was starting to break her down and stress her out far more then she needed, so in a way Alyssa thought she deserved this little break away from everyone. Thankfully Today she was also supposed to meet up with her boyfriend for a day out with him, which was a little overdue. During the school year she never got to see Vincent as much as she wanted to and they had to stick to letters in order to keep in touch with one another. Now that he was an Auror he was also busy most of the time so they were both lucky that they finally had a weekend off so they could spend some time together. Alyssa missed him so much and wanted nothing more then to just be in his arms, he seemed to always make everything okay for her when she needed it most. Hopefully today they would have a nice day out without any troubles, what they were going to do she didn’t have the slightest idea. But she wasn’t worried because they always had a good time with one another no matter what they ended up doing. Brightstone seemed not so busy today, or at least this part of Brightstone didn’t. It relaxed Alyssa because it meant less eyes on her, and less of chance that her and Vincent’s day will get ruined. Tucking a strand of her silky platinum blonde hair behind her she started to walk off towards the area where her and Vincent agreed on meeting up at in their letters. She hoped that before they went anywhere or did anything he would agree with her to get an iced latte or something, they were such an addiction at times that Alyssa felt like she needed one or her entire day was thrown off. Of course she ignore the whole growth stunting thing because with legs as long as hers currently were getting a few inches shorter or just not growing in general didn’t sound like too bad of an idea.

Finally Alyssa had arrived at the place that she needed to meet her boyfriend at and sighed in contentment, little butterflies were fluttering around inside her stomach but that was normal for her whenever Vincent was around. They had been dating for almost a year and a half now and it had been some of the happiest times of her life, she loved him and he had become her anchor and path to the light. ’I need to get my chair cut soon I think..’ Alyssa suddenly broke off her thoughts of Vincent and onto her hair as she passed by a couple of clothing shops, why they made her think of hair was a mystery though. Next Holiday break she was so heading to Paris to stock up on her favorite clothing brands for her last and most important year of Hogwarts. Suddenly Alyssa stopped completely and poke her hand into her handbag as she searched around for her compact mirror, she wanted to make sure none of he makeup had gotten messed up or anything while she was waiting for Vincent. It was light and simple but she still didn’t want it to look crummy. Alyssa pulled the mirror out and snapped it open gently, however the moment she opened it and locked her blue eyes onto the image in the mirror she noticed something behind her rather than herself. She closed it with her hands gently and turned to see or greet whoever it was that had been standing behind her.

Aiden didn’t care much for school, actually he didn’t care for it at all and it didn’t take a genius to figure that out. Heck people didn’t even have to know him well at all to know that. He never did care for school, never had ever since his first year so it was times like this that he relished; the Brightstone weekend! The one weekend where the kids from the school got to get away from it all and have some free time without having to worry about all the schoolwork that they had waiting for them when they came back. Not that Aiden ever worried about schoolwork but he did get stressed out; oh big time. He got stressed out with everyone around him freaking out about exams and other crap like that; it took all of Aiden’s strength not to knock a few heads in to give some people a bit of sense. It wasn’t like exams were that big of a deal anyway; well in his deep blue eyes they weren’t. With all the stress of taking in the stress of other people Aiden was glad to get a few days away from anyone. It had been a while since he had stepped foot in Brightstone weekend, and with going to school in Durmstrang for the past few years it was understandable as to why he hardly visited the place. As well as being stressed out around everyone else he also found himself getting tensed up a lot more easily. Usually he could relieve some of his tense with picking on a few people but it just didn’t seem to work for him as of late. The only person who could ever make him feel relaxed whilst picking on was Miriah and she refused to even acknowledge him as of late. He didn’t know why she was acting so stupid; it wasn’t his fault that he mistook her for her identical twin sister so it wasn’t. If it was anyone’s fault it was hers for not telling him that she had a twin sister, if she had he may have been more aware that the girl he was talking too wasn’t Miriah as he now knew. Although he had to admit her twin sister, Hadan, was a lot more feisty than Miriah and he thought that it might be a good idea for Miss Bookworm to take after her sister a little bit; Aiden loved his girls feisty. It just made the likes of picking on Miriah even more fun when she was able to give as good as she got in the back and fourths they shared. He had to admit though that Miriah had picked up a few more tactics since she had started Hogwarts. Although one thing he hoped Miriah didn’t pick up from his sister was her fighting skills. Even though he had gone to the nurse afterwards and was cleared up in no time at all he had to admit that Hadan could give a good punch; in a way it scared him that a girl could over power him so easily.

With those thoughts out of his mind he tried to enjoy his time away from the drama that was brought with being a teenager. Even though he was an adult now; and reminded everyone idiotic person that dare forgot it, drama still liked to follow him and for that he couldn’t wait to graduate next year so he could get away from it all and start a whole new life; even though he had yet to figure out what he wanted to do with that life. Maybe he could ask Miriah as she seemed to be all over the schoolwork crap. He supposed that he needed to get a few ideas of some things that he would like to do with his life, Merlin knew he needed some form of income after Hogwarts and even though he didn’t like to think about it, he knew that he may - eventually – need to do some form of studying so he could have a few options to fall back on later on in life. Eh it can wait! he thought to himself with a shrug. Walking down the cobbled streets of Brightstone Aiden stuffed his hands in his pockets and scuffed a few stones along the ground. It was very boring today for some reason considering how it was usually a hub of excitement; not that he minded the peace and quiet away from annoying little first years, urgh they were the worst in Aiden’s mind. Lifting his head every so often he would catch glimpses of people around him and his reflection in shop windows. At one he looked up and didn’t look down again. Just ahead of him slightly there as a figure that he knew, quite well actually. Of course he had seen her for the past few weeks around the school and maybe in the odd class that he had bothered to show up to but he had yet to see her fully and not just the back of her head. Alyssa Snow - his first girlfriend. Of course all feelings had completely disappeared years ago but he couldn’t help but find her attractive still, even more so now since she had grown up and her features developed even more so. With a smirk on his face he walked up behind her, waiting for her to see him. When she turned round he caught sight of her crystal blue eyes and his mouth fell open a bit as he just stared at her. That good old veela charm was definitely doing a number on Aiden.

Alyssa dropped my mirror into her designer purse before her eyes lifted up to look at the figure who had been standing before her gaping like some child who had spied a piece of candy. His mouth dropped a little when she turned fully and this confused her a little so she looked around her worriedly to see if there was something wrong, but there was nothing. ”What’s your problem?” Normally Alyssa was quite friendly and graceful seeming to most people, but to those she felt didn’t take good enough care of themselves, and who had hurt or bothered her got absolutely no respect from her. Aiden had really hurt her by showing what a heartbreak feels like and most importantly he showed her exactly what her being a Veela does to people who can not resist the Charm. He never really liked her back when they had a 'thing'. He had become hooked onto her Veela charm and that was what drew him to her and them pushed him back later. This had hurt Alyssa's feelings more than anything could ever even try to, it was this event that made her and would always make her wonder how many people out there actually like her for her and not her Veela Charm or her being insanely gorgeous as most of them tell her. Vincent was the only one she trusted with her heart, and frankly she didn't want to give it to anyone else either. Crystal blue eyes stared at Aiden carefully. He had grown much older since she had seen him last way back in their third year, he still looked pretty attractive but honestly Alyssa wanted to punch his face in right now. She was waiting for someone important and him being over here right now made her want to throw a complete fit because thats just how much he irked her off, especially with that dumbfounded look on his face right now. It was the same look that most males got when they looked at a Veela for the first time. Either that or he looked like that all the time, he was pretty creepy so maybe so. Eventually the look and the silence coming from him bothered Alyssa enough to the point where she shot him a worried look and decided that she needed to try and get rid of him.

"Stop looking at me!!" Alyssa shot out quite loudly but not loud enough for her to be shouting and attracting a lot of unwanted attention to her and the idiot staring at her. Really he was being such a creepy right now that Alyssa was a little bit unsure if all those years at Durmstrang had helped him at all or just made the problem worse. Averting her gaze she glanced around and searched the area to see if Vincent had arrived here yet, she really wanted him to be here right now. Maybe if she threw a rock and it nailed him in the face then he'd snap out of it and leave? Too bad she had the worlds worst aim. Finally her bad mood began to set in. "I'm sort of waiting for someone so um, can you please leave?" Alyssa asked softly before she pushed back some of her straight silk feeling hair so it was out of her face, she hoped he listened. Things were over between them and now she had the love of her life with her, she didn't need Aiden and his problems right now. Biting her lip softly she waited for him to respond to her.

Aiden continued to stare at the girl woman who was standing in front of him. She was far from the girl he had dated back in their first year of Hogwarts New Zealand, she was even far from the girl that he had last seen in their third year before he left for Durmstrang. He knew that people changed over time, sure even he had buffed up a bit more and grown a good few inches leaving him with a well built physique that most men his age wished they had, but Alyssa looked like a completely different person. Although he did recognise her, it was hard not too; especially when he saw those crystal blue eyes that he got lost in so many times before. When she started to talk Aiden closed his mouth up again but his eyes remained locked on her, never wavering from the body that was so easy to lust over. It didn’t even occur to him that he was being rude by staring at her the way he was but he couldn’t help it, she was just so damn hot. Of course he knew that it was all down to the veela blood that were coursing through her veins that made him so attracted to her so it clearly wasn’t his fault that she was affected by her charm; if it was anyone’s fault it was Alyssa’s for having this charm. By Alyssa’s tone of voice he could tell that she had changed in more ways than just her looks. She had a feisty side to her! Oh this was just too perfect for Aiden, how he loved it when a girl had a feisty side to them, it made interacting with them so much more fun. He had to admit that it was one of his biggest turn on’s in a girl, even more so when the other girl didn’t realise that he liked it so much and that he just kept picking on them because he actually wanted to pick on them. “Oh I have no problem Alyssa. Just admiring what’s on display.” he said with a smooth voice while eyeing her body up and down before his eyes landed back on her own.

When Alyssa called him out for looking at her he raised his eyebrows as if he was surprised that she had shouted at him but they quickly went back to where they were, she couldn’t scare him even if she tried. “Why? I’m not doing any harm, am I?” he asked in a relaxed voice, none of this was taking any effect on him. It took an awful lot to make Aiden flinch away from people or for them to make him scared. After he had seen his mother die very little made him scared anymore; that memory still haunted him sometimes at night but he never told anyone that as he saw it as a sign of weakness and he had yet to find anyone who deserved to see him weak. “Why don’t I just keep you company until this someone arrives?” he asked, knowing that no matter what the answer was he was going to stay where he was. “You wouldn’t want some creep to come up to you and start annoying you while you were here by yourself.” he told her with a wink of his blue eyes.

It seemed that Alyssa was one hundred percent correct with her Theory on most guys completely losing their brain once they've hit puberty. It seemed that Aiden had done a lot of growing up physically but mentally he was still nothing but a silly little boy who had a thing for pretty girls. He didn't bother to hide it at all either that he was obviously gawking at her and thats what started to really get under Alyssa's enough to make her want to slap that stupid look of his face. When she heard Aiden say that he was only admiring what was on display she gasped and widened her crystal blue eyes for a fraction of a second before she closed her mouth and bit her lip out of frustration. There was only one out there that she would allow to talk to her like that and it happened to be her boyfriend. "Your still a disgusting pig Aiden. There's nothing on display here." Alyssa crossed her arms over her chest nervously as she tried to stand her ground and prevent Aiden from really getting her upset. Usually encounters like that turned into nothing but tears or a huge risk of her turning into a bird and causing far more harm then she was probably allowed to bring to anyone without a very good cause. Her head turned to the side as she tried to glance around for Vincent one more time because Aiden was making her really nervous. Especially with the way he was acting right now. Alyssa didn't want him to try anything and cause her problems. Finally she had the love of her life so she didn't need some little boy to bother her when she could be with him.

"You are causing problems. And your right, I don't want some creep bothering me...sooo leave!" Alyssa spat back at Aiden as she turned her body away from him because her frustration level was raising more and more as continued to bother her by staying around and talking to her. He was ruining her day out!! After a moment or so she noticed that he was not leaving and rolled her eyes. He was going to play stubborn then? A small stomp of her foot followed by a growl under her breath showed. "You know what, nevermind. I'm going to leave." She muttered under her breath. She wasn't going to go far but just try to get away from the area that Aiden was in while she looked for her boyfriend. Hopefully if the creeper saw her in the arms of another man he'd get the idea that she was taken and leave her alone before she decided to beat the living crap out of him.

Aiden tried to hide the giddiness that he had inside when he started to pick on Alyssa. He never would have dared dreamed to tease her when they were dating all those years ago. People who knew him now never would have guessed that when he was younger he wasn’t like he was today. When he had been dated Alyssa he actually cared for her very much, while it lasted of course. When he started to have feelings for Isabella he did find it hard at first when it came to the decision of who to choose. Although the decision soon became clear when he found out that Alyssa was half veela and he knew that a big part of the reason he had fallen for her was due to her veela charm. In a way he had always resented her after that for the fact that she had wasted so much of his time on her when he could have been with Isabella, his first love, by using her veela charm on him. It was no surprise to him that, after he and Isabella broke up, he became the man he was today. He never settled with one girl for too long and just had a string on flings one after the other. He didn’t feel any remorse for what he did to the girls because he had a taste of what it was like to just be used with some form of charm. Of course that’s how he had seen the whole situation with Alyssa when it was never anything like that but he had become so accustomed to the lie that he had told himself that by now it was too late to change it. “Oh come, come Alyssa. I may be many things but I’m not a pig.” he said in a matter of factly tone. When Alyssa said that there was nothing on display here he shook his he and placed his hands on Alyssa shoulders to turn her to look at her reflection in the shop window. “I think you look like a very cute mannequin” he whispered in her ear as he looked at the two of them.

“Oooooh!” Aiden dragged out when he heard the familiar sound of a ‘burn.’ Of course it wasn’t often that he was the one being burned but he had given many himself to others for him to become accustomed to the sound of one. “That was below the belt Alyssa, besides I’m not going anywhere, we’ve lots to catch up on.” he said to her with a smirk forming on his lips. He could already tell that Alyssa was getting annoyed with him but he had to push her just a bit further. When Alyssa said that she was going to leave Aiden could hear the alarm bells go off in his head. “Oh come on Space Trooper,” he called her by her old pet name to see if it was help at all, “Don’t be like that.” he said in a pleading voice.

When Alyssa was way younger than she was today and had no idea about the Veela Blood that ran through her veins she knew on thing for sure, she was happy and actually proud to be who she was. But now she faced so many factors telling her that she would never and could never be perfect that sometimes it drove her crazy. She was partially a bird, she was dangerous, she was barely considered a human. There was more but it all came back to haunt her every day of her life. The world had done an amazing job with making her feel like she didn't belong here, Aiden was always and had always been one of those constant reminders that her being being Half-Veela was a curse. "Right, perhaps a**hole would suit you better then?" Alyssa rarely cursed or spoke to someone in such a foul tone before, not even the Goth Gang but never before had they hit so many bad strings with her. Alyssa hated and she hated Isabella, the two of them broke her heart and gave her the first kick into reality that not even her own father could give her. When Aiden grabbed her shoulders to turn her to look at her reflection in the shop window she wanted to shout at him to let her go but instead she allowed herself to look. "Don't touch me." She muttered as she shifted her shoulders as an attempt to get him to back off, but the whole time her crystal blue eyes were still fixed on that mirror in front of her. Of course she had looked at her reflection so many times before. As she put make-up on, did her hair, made sure she looked absolutely perfect. It wasn't fair. Alyssa didn't ask to be born different, half the time she didn't even mean to charm people. Back when she and Aiden first met she didn't even know she had Veela blood inside her veins so she didn't know that she had charmed him at all. So why did he keep treating this like it was all her fault? Continuing to look she barely noticed her blue eyes beginning to fill up with unshed tears.

One of her snowy pale hands went up to rub some of the tears away but of course as she pulled her hand away they continued to come. Finally Alyssa brought herself to turn away from the window. Of course she was going to continue to leave but once she heard him use her old pet nickname she froze. The tears still continued to build up but then again so did her anger at him. Without any further warning at all she whipped around and smacked him right across the face or rather aimed to since she barely paid attention to whether her hand made contact or not. "F*ck you! You lost the right to use that nickname long ago..now leave me alone!" Alyssa muttered as clearly as she could, mindful still of her French accent that sort of slurred some of her words together. Once again she hated to swear but her made her so upset. With one last final wipe of her eyes and a small sniffle that she couldn't keep in any longer before she turned once again and started off.

Aiden took no notice of the names that Alyssa was calling him, he very rarely cared when he was called things by girls who he had scorned in the past; he had almost become immune to it he had become so accustomed to it. Shrugging off her comment he continued to stare at her reflection in front of him, not taking notice of the tears that were beginning to fill up her eyes. He pulled his hands off of her shoulders when she shifted her shoulders. It was clear now that he was making her uncomfortable. While he wouldn’t mind continuing to annoy her he sensed that it wasn’t going to be a very long reunion between the two. Regardless, Aiden was going to make sure he got enough fun out of it as he could before it all came to an end. As he watched tears fall from Alyssa’s eyes it still never crossed his mind that he was maybe thinking of everything the wrong way and that Alyssa wasn’t to blame for wasting his time while they had been dating. It never crossed his mind that he maybe did like her and have feeling for her at the time. He barely thought of it anymore though as it was all in the past and while he was at Durmstrang he had plenty more girls to choose from to help him numb the pain he felt over his past two broken relationships that he had enjoyed at the time. He had even used the ‘sympathy card’ for a while at Durmstrang before he had to start using a new story as it was getting old. Aiden diverted his eyes from Alyssa’s as she wiped her tears. It wasn’t that Aiden couldn’t stand girls crying he just didn’t like it as every time he made a girl cry a small part of him felt bad about it and he was afraid that if he saw it too much he would soon not be able to hurt a girl at all. The only girl that he could see cry was his little sister, Giselle, and that was because he loved her too much to ever hurt her so if he saw her crying he would deal with whoever had made her cry.

Aiden came out of his thoughts as he looked up again upon hearing Alyssa curse. It was never something he had ever heard her do before and he always knew how much she hated cursing - which was why it had surprised him. As he turned his face around to look at Alyssa again he felt a sharp pain on his cheek. What was with girls slapping him lately? He didn’t let it bother him as it didn’t even hurt all that much. He chuckled to himself when she told him that he had lost the right to use the nickname that he had given her a long time ago, I give it to her, I can use it all I want, he told himself smugly, he was not going to let a girl boss him about like that. When she turned to walk away he let her walk away a few feet first of all, but not too far away, before he called out just loud enough for people around them to hear him, “Hey Space Trooper! Despite everything you just said, I’ll still board your ship anytime.” He folded his arms across his chest as he smirked at her, waiting to see if she would react to it at all.

It was not unusual to have Vincent Chevalier traveling around Brighstone now that he lived here. Though he had departed from his love, his girlfriend, to get two hot cocoas for them both. He asked for them to have extra marshmallow creme in them, and to his surprise, they gave it to him! He paid for it, and he went back toward the area where Alyssa Snow was standing. What had him curious was some kid next to her. He seemed about her age, and he wondered if this could be a relative. He set the hot cocoas down on a table nearby, and he tuned in to listen to the conversation, which Alyssa was getting a little bit upset. This was something that he did not like. No one upsets his darling. Though when Aiden touched Alyssa's shoulders was when Vincent cracked his knuckles and he started to walk over to the boy. Anger swirled in his eyes, and he could not act like the Auror he was meant to be when someone was messing with his girl. Hell, this was the girl that he wanted to marry. Then he stopped for a moment, and he was not far from the two. He wanted to marry Alyssa.

He was distracted for a minute, and then he heard it. The comment that snapped him from his fantasies. Punk won't lay a finger on my love! Vincent was close enough. He used one had to turn the boy around so that Vincent could see him clearly. Though not for too long. Vincent let loose a punch that was sure for the boy to remember. He hoped that he hit him so hard in the teeth, it would wake his healers. "No one says stuff like that to my girlfriend." Vincent turned to Alyssa, and he inquired in a worried tone, "Did he hurt you? Did he touch you in the wrong way?" Of course he would ask about all this. And then he asked, "Um, was he...seventeen? Cause I don't think I can hit a minor." Vincent used Accio to summon the hot cocoas over to them, and he held one, and he handed the other to Alyssa. He smiled at her, but wondered if the punk had anything else to say. Vincent flourished his wand, ready to send him running back to his daddy's with his pants on fire. Vincent did not like to get violent, but it if were over Alyssa, he would fight to the death for her. That was how much he adored her and treasured her.

Alyssa had been a few good steps away and intended to get further and further away until she heard that disgusting excuse of a comment to come from Aiden's mouth. She paused in her walking and felt her mouth drop probably about as far as it could go before she turned her head and about half of her body to look at Aiden with both shock and horror after hearing him say something like that. "Excuse me?" Never had she heard a man, not even Vincent who was the love of her life say something that sexual to her. It both put her in shock and pissed her off at the same time that he thought it was okay to say something like that. The hand that was at her side and not gripping her purse curled up into a mini fist as she tried to restrain her anger, she wanted to avoid getting so angry that she ended up sprouting feathers and making a fool of herself. Her perfectly manicured nails dug into her palm as she tried to just keep it all in. Right now though she would love nothing more then to slap him again and again. Make him feel some sort of pain like he made her feel the day he broke her heart all those years ago. The tears had stopped but her anger grew. Alyssa would never allow Aiden to touch her like that, the only man she would ever consider like that was Vincent and even that was still a little awkward for her to think about at times. But the anger and her thoughts did not last long when her crystal blue eyes caught the sight of her boyfriend, and he looked...upset.

But when Vincent actually punched Aiden a gasp of shock and worry escaped her lips. Alyssa had never seen Vincent hit anyone or become that angered before and it shocked her so much. Even with her being shocked a part of was also very endeared that he would protect her and fight over her like so, it made Alyssa wanna run over and hug him like crazy but she didn't dare. Wiping her eyes to make sure that the tears were gone she smiled softly at her boyfriend. "I'm so glad your here. He touched my shoulders and kind of said some personal things but other than that I'm fine." Alyssa answered softly and almost angelic liked as her crystal blue eyes shifted over to Aiden. Normally she wouldn't be a fan of hitting and would have felt bad for him but after what he said to her she didn't feel bad at all and almost wished Vincent would hit him again. "Erm...yeah he's seventeen." She was almost sure that he was older then her so he was seventeen because thats how old she was. Heh it was still hard to think of her as an adult now. Alyssa held the hot chocolate gingerly between her hands and let her eyes continue to stare at Aiden. When Vincent pulled out his wand she prayed that for once Aiden could keep his mouth shut and his attitude down but then again, this was Aiden Lorka.

Aiden couldn’t help but smirk at his response; it may not have been the smartest thing to say but truth be told he didn’t regret saying it at all. He saw Alyssa turn round and the look on her face was priceless – exactly what he had been hoping for. By no means had he planned to go out today and meet up with an ex – girlfriend and make her life a little bit worse but he was glad with how the day had turned out. As he was about to make another comment to Alyssa he didn’t have time to react as he saw a fist coming towards his face. With the familiar dull thud on his face that brought much pain he brought his hands up to his face as he turned away and coiled in pain for a moment. As he tried to compost himself he heard the conversation that was going on behind him. Who the hell was that jerk?! he wondered to himself as he straightened himself up and turned to face Alyssa and the guy who had hit him. I really need to learn a few simple healing spells if this is going to be a regular thing to happen. He told himself, knowing he wasn’t actually going to through with it, but it was a good idea.

“What the f*** is your problem?” he asked, his voice full of anger as he took a few steps towards the person that hit him. He didn’t know what was up with this guy but he could figure out a few things by looking at him. He had his wand out so he probably wasn’t afraid of a fight. He was drinking hot chocolate on a mild day so he was probably a sissy. The way he seemed so worried about Alyssa, he probably cared for her a lot, or he was just so far under her veela charm he didn’t know what was real anymore. “Oh so you’re her current victim? Word of warning; get out while you still can.” he said with a sneer as he glanced at Alyssa. Right now he wasn’t too fond of this guy, he had just hit him after all, but he felt he had a right to know the trouble he was getting himself into when he was dating Alyssa Snow.

Vincent sighed and he mused, "Wonder if that punch would need to be repeated." Vincent took a hefty drink of his hot chocolate, not caring that it was burning his tongue. Something needed to keep him in control, and this would be doing the job. His blue eyes narrowed at the kid and without saying, he basically had Watch your tongue on his face. Vincent wrapped his arm around Alyssa, his hand resting at the nape of her back. He stood closer to her, and he knew that with their looks, they could be on the covers of magazines. Vincent looked good, and he knew it, though he was not as conceited as some people were. Though sometimes, he needed to be knocked down a few good notches and Alyssa helped him become a bit more humble. Vincent took another drink of his hot chocolate, and he conjured a small chair to set it down, before he continued to rest his hand on Alyssa's back, and hold his wand in his hand.

"Punk, you are the problem. Messing with my girl. I even have to get on her brother to keep his own mouth shut about her. Xavier is my best friend, so I wouldn't hex him. You on the other hand," Vincent smirked slightly, "I would love to send you back to school in a matchbox." Vincent made sure that he had more feelings of anger and irritation on some of his words. Though when the boy warned him. Vincent simply laughed. This punk really humored him. Vincent warned, "I've been dating her for almost two years now, and loved her for longer than that. I went to Beauxbatons, so that Veela charm does not work that much on me. I know what I am getting myself into, and to be honest, I would let her use me all she desires because I know she loves me. I know her eyes, her actions, everything. Now, word of warning; get out of my sight while you still can." Vincent was close to being an Auror, and he might have to show off what he had learned out on this punk to Alyssa. Vincent had his wand out still, and he glanced down at Alyssa. He had a gentle look of admiration. He waited for her to turn and lead him away from the punk.

Once again those tears threatened to build up and fall out of those beautiful blue eyes. How dare he suggest that she would ever end up that badly with Vincent?! Alyssa sighed angrily but immediately relaxed herself when she felt Vincent wrap his arm around her and rest his hand at the nape of her back. He also stood closer to her so she leaned into him and sighed softly as a hand went up to rub at her face, her feelings were honestly hurt by what Aiden said because she didn't like how he had told Vincent to get out while he still could. He was referring to him getting hooked onto her charm and not being able to get out. Back when they were younger Alyssa hadn't meant to charm him since she had no control of her ability back then, in fact she didn't even realize she was any part Veela at all back then. But now she was older and not once had she tried to charm Vincent. He was the one person who loved her and accepted her for her and because of that she loved him too much to charm him, and when Vincent sat his drink down but continued to keep his arm around her she lifted her hot chocolate to her lips and took a small sip. He also began to speak and every word that came out of his mouth made her heart flutter. To be honest Vincent was very lucky they were in public right now or Alyssa would be all over him because of his words and such. When he finished speaking she returned his gentle look with one of her own.

"Vincent...thank you so much for all of that. I love you." Alyssa set her own drink down carefully before Grabbing his face gently. She gave him a quick but loving kiss before she returned to standing by his side and his arm around her. Her eyes drifted back to Aiden for a moment. If he weren't around the two of them probably would be kissing up a storm right now or just hanging out but since he was there it seemed that everyone was on edge. She knew Vincent would be ready to leave soon but she knew that Aiden needed to to hear something else. "In case you haven't figured it out Aiden, out this is my boyfriend Vincent. After you cheated on me with my best friend I had no one. And you made me feel like complete crap for something that wasn't even my fault. I cannot help what I am but I know that Vincent has been there for me when I needed him. I love him too much let you go and try to ruin it. I swear to god if you ruin this then your going to learn right away why angry Veela's are very disliked." Alyssa leaned into Vincent's chest and narrowed her eyes at Aiden for a moment. Did he even care that he had broken her heart and made her feel like she was a monster or anything? He seemed like the type to just use girls anyways so she tried to refocus her attention onto her boyfriend.

Aiden couldn’t care less what he had said, he also had every right to be angry with the guy that had just come up and punched in him the face. Until he mentioned that Alyssa was his girlfriend, Aiden took him a complete stranger and he was not cool with complete strangers coming up and punching him, even his comment was a little obscene. Aiden saw the face which the guy had made at him, if looks could kill then Aiden would probably be dead ten times over by now but they didn’t so he didn’t give a crap what kind of look he was getting from the guy, looks didn’t scare him – he had seen the look Alyssa had given him so if that didn’t scare him nothing would. With the pain aside Aiden glared at the slightly older man in front of him, a bored look on his face and his arms across his chest. When the guy finished talking Aiden to give him a cold, bored stare before putting some life into his face. “Oh I’m sorry. Did you shut up yet?” he said in a sarcastic tone. “You got a right talker here, Alyssa.” he said as he glanced over Alyssa for a split moment. “Well I feel sorry for ya mate, looks like she’s really got you wrapped around her little finger now. Oh well,” he said with a shrug. “Better you than someone else, you two look made for each other.” he said in a mocking tone. Sure it was normally a compliment but Aiden wasn’t one for giving compliments to people he didn’t like or just met (unless it was a girl).

After Aiden said his bit he watched the scene in front of him and it took all his strength to not have his lunch repeat on him. “Oh please. I’m going to be sick here.” he said, rather over dramatically but as per usual he didn’t care what he said or did, something which was quite a down fall but he wasn’t about to change his attitude now. Next it was Alyssa’s turn to blabber on and on about something. These two were frigging made for each other as all the seemed to do was talk and talk and talk on and on about something that really didn’t matter – well to him anyway. “On you still going on about how I cheated on you with Isabella? Come on Alyssa, that’s old news by now, surely.” he said with a dragged out sigh show how fed up he was with something that happened years ago just kept coming back to bite him in the back side. “You don’t scare me, Alyssa, and same goes for you,” he said turning to Vincent. “I don’t care for threats.” he said with a sneer.

Vincent kissed Alyssa in return, and he turned to the punk. He rolled his eyes at him, and shook his head. Vincent retorted, "We are made for each other. She needed someone who was pretty enough to be with her, and you did not qualify in the looks department. Looks more like you came out of a griffin's behind than anything else." Vincent snickered, and he countered immature with immature. Figures that he would understand him better if he dumbed his words down a bit. Vincent spoke a little more, "I do not recall asking you to stick around and watch the show. So, you being sick is at your own expense because you cannot take a hint and leave." Vincent kept his wand aimed and as he was countering each and every little work that the punk said, he was thinking of advanced spells to humiliate this guy and make sure that he is not smart enough to reverse it.

"I'm not a Death Eater, I am not trying to scare you. I am trying to warn you, just like an Auror always should. However, seeing that you are flawed, with having little to no interest here yet you still are here while you could be whoring around with other people, boys or girls I don't know what you like; it just goes to show you that you are indeed a bigger moron and guys like you are reasons why you don't get with the best girls." Vincent paused for a moment, finding the spell he was going to use. "Actually, I don't threaten. In fact, this is what I will do. I'll just let you hang here in shame, while Alyssa and I go somewhere private, and go do things that you could not dream of while you had your time with her. Levicorpus!" Vincent pocketed his wand after it sent off a spell, and he glanced down at Alyssa. He grabbed his hot chocolate, took a drink, and started to lead her away so that they could let this boy hang in shame, literally. Vincent had little to no regret. He didn't care, and he walked out of that scene without feeling any anger at all, but a sense of victory.

Alyssa couldn't believe that Aiden was still willing to remain here and try to aggravate both her and Vincent for reasons still unknown to her. Being punched in the face probably gave him a reason to become irked at Vincent but why he started to bother her in the first place was against her. She disliked the way he spoke to her boyfriend though when he had only come along to defend her and simply state what was true and obvious. Aiden was acting like nothing more than an immature child to both of them and she could do nothing but roll her blue eyes and continue to cling to Vincent as if her life depended on it. '...He's so cheeky..I love it.' Although it annoyed her when Aiden acted like a cocky immature snot because he often treated girls badly when he was in that type of mood. But when Vincent decided to act just like the younger Gryffindor was she had to resist the urge to let out a high-pitch giggle just because she found it adorable when he was snotty. The whole conversation between the two went fact but when Vincent said that the two of them were going to go somewhere private and do things she blushed a little. Of course this was code for them going off to have another one of their intense make-out sessions. They stayed at kissing so she never felt too pressured but she had to admit, she enjoyed that quite a bit. Vincent cast Levicorpus on Aiden and usually she would be against someone using magic like so but right now she didn't care because of the way Aiden had treated her. As Vincent led her away she gave once last stare to Aiden before she snorted and turned her head, leaning into Vincent as she did so. Oddly enough the two of them seemed to miss the red-eyed beauty staring at them from a distance before she headed over to the neglected Aiden.

Aiden snorted as the jerk face that was Alyssa’s boyfriend started to dish out insults now. The guy just couldn’t seem to make up his mind on what he wanted to do to Aiden to get back at him for what he did or said to his girlfriend. He refrained from retorting back with an ’oh, really mature, comment as he had absolutely no doubt that it would come back to bite him in the ass as he wasn’t being very mature himself, something he knew but didn’t really care about. Aiden wasn’t known for his maturity. Becoming an adult only seemed to make him worse as far as he was aware as he felt it made him more superior than others so he could get away with more. He knew it was a dangerous place to be but by now he was so far in, it would be hard for him to come back to reality. Aiden felt his fists clenching, he really didn’t like this guy and his smartass comments were really starting to bug him, more so because he was almost as good as Aiden himself and he was finding it hard to make a comeback. Aiden listened to the guy go on and on again about something or other. When people started to make long lectures his body had the instinct to just turn off and not may any attention; just like in classes. His glare hardened a bit as he heard Vincent take a swing at his preferences in boys or girls. The guy must be really slow if he couldn’t figure out that he liked girls by the simple way he acted around Alyssa.

Finally the guys shut up but before Aiden could get a word in, he was off again. Although this time Aiden didn’t get to make any remarks because before he knew it he was being pulled by his ankle up in mid-air. He literally hung there for a moment as he tried to catch on to what just happened as he watched Alyssa and Vincent walk away. “Get the f*** back here you prick and put me down.” he called back after the two of them but they just kept walking and he knew they weren’t coming back. Aiden tried to think for a moment, he never listened in class so it was no surprise to him that it didn’t take long for him to realise that he didn’t know the reversal for Levicorpus. “Damnit!” he swore out loudly. “Oh why don’t you take a picture, it’ll last longer.” he sneered at little boy who had stared at him for far too long. “A little help here?” he shouted at the people who passed by and looked at him but didn’t seem to want to help, instead they just sniggered at the fool, hanging in mid air.

Okay so Miriah knew that Aiden was an idiot for the most part, but she didn't know that he was this much of an idiot on a regular basis. The ruby-eyed beauty had actually watched the entire scene between Alyssa, Aiden, and eventually Alyssa's boyfriend as well. Of course The more she watched the angrier she got as well. Normally Miriah never felt bad for Alyssa over anything and found it funny when she encountered troubles that actually made her break her perfect exterior and show her true colors. But what she heard and saw Aiden to her did make Miriah feel more sorry for the poor girl then she would ever be willing to admit. It also became apparent to her that Aiden had a thing for the Glammies if he had dated both Alyssa and Isabella who were probably a few of the most well known Glam Squad members around. But what he did to Alyssa also irked Miriah off, she hated cheating no matter who had done it and who it was with. As the couple who had officially made her day by hanging Aiden into the air walked past her she raised an eyebrow at the two of them, if they were less of a bunch of snobs she would probably find them to be almost adorable together. Her eyes turned over to the hanging Aiden for a moment. The way he reacted to Alyssa made Miriah wonder, had Alyssa done something to him to make him angry to act in such a way? Did the prick actually have some sort of feelings in that empty noggin of his? 'I'm going to enjoy this.' The brunette smirked and slowly walked over to Aiden. Her soft hair fell around her shoulders and her smirked easily stood out against her pale skin. Soon she was under Aiden to was still dangling in the air like a fool, this was just too rich. Miriah was so glad she had come out today, this was seriously going to be the highlight of her year. Oh he was probably going to hate her for this but she felt that he probably deserved it for all the things he had done and said to Alyssa and probably many others.

"Hey Aiden. Having a fun time hanging around up there?" In one of her hands was a box of Bertie Botts ever flavored Beans, one her absolute favorite treats. It was still full as she had just been coming back form Honeydukes when she had spot Aiden and Alyssa getting into it. Her hand went into the box as she pulled out what looked like a chocolate flavored bean and popped it into her mouth gently, after a moment of chewing she deemed that she was close and that it was probably chocolate mousse and not just chocolate. Her ruby eyes went back up to Aiden as she popped another bean into her mouth. Miriah looked fairly pretty today but it went unnoticed her because she really didn't care what she looked like. "Well, I would totally love to help you down but you look like your having such a fun time up there. Besides you probably deserve it you selfless prick!" Miriah crossed her arms over her chest making sure to still continue to hold her box of every flavored beans in her hand really tightly so she didn't drop them. Her eyes narrowed as she resisted the urge to help him down from there. In a way she felt bad for him and in another way she felt like he could hang there for a couple more hours just to suffer.

Needless to say Aiden was not in a good mood right now. People just kept on walking past and either said nothing, gave him weird looks, or just flat out laughed at him in his face. He was making a mental list of the faces of the people that he would have to beat up once he got down from here; it was getting beyond a joke. He sincerely hoped it wasn’t a joke as he didn’t take too kindly to being made fun off especially if it was just for someone to get a sick, cheap kick out of his misfortune. He kept looking around to see if there were any Professors about the place. What kind of Brightstone Weekend was it when even the Professor’s weren’t about when you needed them? “Typical.” he mumbled under his breath as he folded his arms over his chest. As he was looking around he also kept his eye out for people that he might know. It was bad enough that Alyssa was there to see it happen but he would have hated if someone else he knew had seen it for he would probably never live it down then. Of course he had clearly missed one person that he knew quite well who had been there the whole time. He had been preoccupied during the little scuff between himself, Alyssa and Vincent but there was really no excuse for him to not see her now. Aiden was starting to feel blood rush to his head and it was starting to make him even more aggravated than he already was; he just didn’t need this today.

By now Aiden had just given up squirming around or asking people for help for it was no use, people were just enjoying seeing him suffer. As he hung there he thought about how he supposed that people did have a point that he deserved what he got but he really just couldn’t change who he was at a drop of a hat. Alright, well he probably could if he wanted but he really didn’t want too. If he completely changed his attitude and became a complete ‘good guy’ then there would be no fun in that. Everyone was all nicey nice and if it wasn’t for Aiden then there would be no fun in the lives of the people he came into contact with. Heck, he bet even Alyssa and her boyfriend enjoyed today even if Aiden didn’t. Lost in his own thoughts Aiden didn’t even realise someone came over to him until he saw a pair of shoes below his head, just standing there. Moving his head he glared at the person and when he saw that it was Miriah he glared even more. Out of all the people that had to show up that he knew it just had to be her. The only person that could have made this any worse would be Theodore, he would probably get a kick out of it like his sister had done. “You’re enjoying this way too much.” he said to her in a dull voice as he looked at her, she looked really happy about this for some reason. At her words he looked at her with a confused look on his face. “What are you on about Bookworm?” he asked. Aiden barley called Miriah by her real name anymore; he couldn’t even remember the last time he had done it in a ‘decent’ conversation…or whatever a decent conversation was for the two. “Now come on! Let me down!” he asked, trying not to sound like he was begging.

Miriah narrowed her eyes at Aiden when he called her bookworm again, the idiot knew that she hated that nickname so why did he insist on still using it. The had yet to touch the beans again but suddenly had the desire to eat another just so she could wait longer to let the little prick down from his embarrassment. Her hand reached into the box she pulled out another bean before look back up at Aiden and placing it into her mouth, basically she was giving him the 'I don't feel like helping you' look. However once she began to actually chew the bean her face was soon replaced with nothing but pure disgust as the most disgusting flavor she had ever tasted filled her mouth. With quick pace she spit the bean out on the ground and wiped her mouth clean as she glared at the spit covered jelly bean on the ground. "Who the hell turns earwax into a Jelly bean flavor? Gross!" She shook her head and tuned into Aiden just in time to hear him tell her to let him down. For a moment he almost sounded like he was begging but Miriah could also be imagining it. Honestly she didn't know why she should help him at all when he treats her like crap, treats other girls like crap. Basically it just appeared to her that he didn't care about anyone but himself and his mission was to go out and screw with as many girls as possible. Whether he had feelings or not and they we sort of struck by Alyssa didn't really bother her anymore. Finally Miriah tossed her container of Every flavor beans on the ground angrily and pulled out her wand. She had more goodies from Honeydukes in her bah anyways but she had let her anger take ahold of her so she wasn't really hungry for those beans anymore anyways.

"What am I going on about?! How about the fact that you lied to me? I don't know what happened between you and Alyssa but I do know that your a cheating jerk. You care for no one but yourself do you? Ugh nevermind I'm heading back to the school!" Holding her wand up she cast Liberacorpus on him to help him out of the air like so. Even though she was upset she wasn't going to let him hang there like so. Miriah clutched her bag to her angrily as she stomped off towards the direction of the school with her purchased items in her bag.

Aiden ignored the glare that Miriah was giving him right now, she did it so often that he didn’t even bother to think what it was that he had said to her, it could be a small thing or a big thing or she just disliked him so much by now that she had a permanent glare on her face where he was concerned. Aiden didn’t mind though, Miriah had always been that way with him and by now he had an attitude which pretty much meant, Why mess with a good thing! Regardless of how they were with each other when they were together it was company and that was something that he seriously lacked at school; he didn’t seem to make an awful lot of friends and girls were only a bit of fun while they lasted but since he got back to Hogwarts he didn’t seem to have as much interest in them as he had before. Actually, since he had gotten back to Hogwarts the only person who he seemed to be in regular contact with was Miriah but that wasn’t saying an awful lot as one of the encounters involved him getting beat up by her twin sister. Aiden watched as Miriah continued to stand there, glaring at him with no intentions of helping him down at all. Seriously, all she was doing was standing there and popping her sweets into her mouth. Aiden matched her glare as he hung there, his arms still crossed across his chest. He watched her face closely as he hoped it would get her to give in and let him down but then he saw he face change and make a funny look. He watched as she spat out the sweet that she had in her mouth and laughed as he found out she had just eaten an earwax sweet; that was something that brightened up his day.

Aiden stopped his laughed when he watched Miriah throw the sweets on the ground and turned back to face him. Aiden frowned his face when Miriah started to shout at him. As he listened to her words he realised that his small fib from the beginning of the year had come back to blew up in face, in all fairness he was happy that he had gotten away with it for this long. Finally he saw her flourish her wand and within an instant he was back on the ground, face first in the cold hard ground. He tried to push himself up as he watched Miriah storm off. Finally getting up he groaned a bit in the pain. Once he gained his feet he stood still for a few seconds as he wait for the blood to go back throughout his body that has rushed to his head while he was hanging upside down. Once he had composed himself he looks through the crowd for a sign of Miriah but there was nothing. Rushing forward he tried to catch up with her, he didn’t know why it was so important to him but he wanted to clear things up with her. “Miriah!” he called out. “Wait up!” he shouted once more as he moved through the crowd.
