Danielle walked along the lakefront. She was humming, nothing particular, just humming. She had her eyes closed, she listened to the water slashing a small bit. She was used to the Ocean Waves in California, and the giant tides, that these small waves, was weird to her. She didn't expect Hogwarts to have all of this land. She expected it to be large but not all of this. A Forest, Cliff, Garden, and Castle! It was amazing. When she decided to sit, she sat by a small tree, and sat in it's shade. She thought about everything that has happened, over time. "Being a Witch. Going to Hogwarts. Finding Ryan. Leaving California!" She thought. All these good thoughts rushed to her mind, and it just made her smile. She just sat there and looked at the lake. "Pretty..." She whispered.

Bella lounged underneath her favorite tree, looking over the lake. Her book was laying next to her, unopened, as she had yet to carry on with her reading. She found herself in an amazing mood, not feeling angry, or angsty. She knew it was probably definitely about seeing Xavier again, nothing could ruin her day at the moment; which is why she chose to chill at her favorite spot at Hogwarts. Bella jumped a bit, startled when she heard a voice coming from a girl who sat at the same tree. Bella grinned at what she said, and leaned over to see her properly. "Yeah, I am, thanks so much for saying that though!" Bella exclaimed, then laughed. "I'm joking. My name is Bella." She said, uncharacteristically introducing herself with her hand held out.

Danielle just hummed quietly to herself. She kind of wanted someone to talk to but at the same time, she didn't. She whipped her head around when she heard a girls voice. She looked at this girl, she seemed a bit older then Danielle, but not to much. "Heh! Bella, your funny. But, I'll admit it, you are pretty. I'm Danielle, Danielle Warbeck. Nice to meet you." Danielle said, as she shook this girls hand. Danielle smiled at this girl. Perhaps, she would get a new friend? "So how are you?" Danielle asked, Danielle was always, chatty, but she felt it was a good trait.

Bella grinned and flicked her hair jokingly when the girl admitted she was pretty. She laughed after, still grinning; she hadn't laughed this much in a long time. "Well thank-you Danielle. It's a pleasure to meet you as well." Bella grinned. She had a feeling that no matter what this girl was like, Bella was going to have a good conversation with her; Bella was in such a good mood she couldn't help but be pleasant to the girl. "How am I?" Bella asked, repeating the question. "I am absolutely fantastic. I'm in such a good mood. How about yourself?" Bella asked Danielle.

Danielle laughed when Bella flicked her hair. She grinned widely at the girl. She couldn't help but smile. This girl seemed very cheery, much like Danielle. Danielle nodded when Bella repeated the question. She smiled when the Girl said she was fantastic. "Same. I'm mostly happy anyway." Danielle smiled. It was true, Danielel was mostly happy. Danielle then soon wondered if this girl, knew any of Danielle's older friends. She began to think. Wbhen she finally decided to talk, she did, "Umm, would you happen to know, Willow Autumn, Kate Moon, or Sara Moon? Any of those names ring a bell? I mean its a small world, and you may know some of my friends." Danielle smiled. This girl might have known them, she might not have, but it was worth a shot.

Bella smiled when the girl said that she was happy most of the time. Bella didn't know what that was like. She was usually angry all the time. Or plain just moody. The fact that Bella was even talking to a girl she barely knew, who was younger than her, was a massive improvement in her mood. Bella had Xavier to thank for that and she knew it. She hoped that he would stick around more this time. Otherwise she would be on a downward spiral again.
Bella's eyes narrowed slightly when Danielle mentioned the names of the girls she was friends with. What a coincidence that she was friends with girls that Bella couldn't stand! Bella had half made up her mind to curse the girl sitting in front of her and leave, but another idea stopped her before she did it. This girl hadn't annoyed Bella in the slightest yet, and Bella could actually be around her without getting angry. And what a better way than to annoy her other friends than to befriend Danielle? This could work out better than just one way. Bella forced a small smile on her face and looked at Danielle. "Uh, the names sounds familiar, but I'm not sure if I know them." Bella stated. "Perhaps talk to them? Maybe they'll know me." Bella grinned at the girl. "I'm pretty rememberable." She laughed.

Danielle smiled at the girl. She seemed nice, and Danielle liked, her a lot. Dnaielle thought of them as friends, now. she nodded when the girl answered her question. "Maybe, I'll talk to them." Danielle laughed. She smiled at the girl, and decided to talk about Hogwarts. "So what year are you in? I'm 1st. House? Gryffindor. Favorite subject? Defence Against The Dark Arts." Danielle smiled. She had expected this girl to be in Hufflepuff or Gryffindor, maybe Ravenclaw - She was definitely not a SLytherin though.

Bella smirked as she listened to the girls response. It would be such a fantastic thing if this girl got into a fight with her other friends because of Bella. She might even come running back to Bella, and then she would have a little friend that could take the blame for things, or make other Gryffindor's lives suck. Especially the one they call Willow. She was the worst of them all. Bella nodded her head at the girl's response - everything she would expect from someone who was friends with people like the Moon sisters. Except Danielle didn't seem to be as annoying as the other girls, she was someone that Bella didn't mind hanging out with - which was saying a lot because Bella was usually very picky.
"I'm in my third year, Slytherin. I don't really have a favorite subject, but I guess it would be like, potions or something." Bella responded, a smile still on her face.

Danielle smiled. She liked this girl, Bella was nice, calm, and cool. She looked shocked when Bella said she was in Slytherin. "You don't seem like a Slytherin. But potions is fun." Danielle smiled. She didn't care, that she was in Slytherin, ot was just shocked her a bit - she really didn't seem like one. Either way she really didn't care much and just brushed it off.

Bella smirked when Danielle said she didn't seem like a Slytherin. If only she really knew what Bella was thinking, then she'd know for sure that she had the Slytherin qualities. But she would never easily let her know this, so she just shook her head and laughed at the comment. "Don't be so judgmental of Slytherin's Dani!" She exclaimed, getting the idea of giving the girl a nickname to help her feel accepted by Bella, not caring whether she liked it or not, or if she even minded.. "We're not all as bad as you think. There is just bad blood between our houses." She grinned. "Yeah, I love mixing things, and creating something. In other classes, alright it's okay to create something out of your wand, but it doesn't always linger. Potions do." She smiled at Danielle. On the inside, she was shocked to hear the words come out of her mouth - she didn't realize she loved Potions so much.
