Appearance
Hair: Long dark brown hair, naturally wavy. Seraphina gets bored of her plain and boring hair, so for the past few years she has put bright pink streaks in it. She might let stay her normal hair colour for a while, but will always go back to the bright pink streaks. Her hair is normally left down with its natural waves.
Eyes: Green/blue
Height: Despite the fact her surname means small she is far from it. She isnt exactly tall either, kind of average: 55
Style: Seraphina has a strange style, but she loves it. She is rather punk so she would were a lot of black boots and instead of the big coats at Durmstrang she would wear a black leather with lots of different patches on it (sentimental value belonged to her dead father), although she would wear this coat most of the time, not just when its cold. Although she would be slightly girly at times, so with her black leather jacket she might wear a dress with it, but they wouldnt be normal, things that would stand-out. She is also known to wear heels. She would also wear short skirts and jeans. Tank tops are a favourite of hers. She also had a big selection of belts.
A Little Deeper
Personality: Like your typical Durmstrang student Seraphina can be quite cold towards people, but around her friends she can be quite normal. She doesnt like to show too much emotion for fear of getting ridiculed by her peers. She can be friendly, and who knows, warm, towards some people, but she is picky about who would be honoured by this kindness.
History: Seraphina was brought up in Hangard in a small house. Her family were quite poor and had very little income. She was never a spoilt child and from a young age got used to having very little and not always getting what she wants. Although her family were very musical so she and her older brother learned to play numerous instruments and took singing lessons. She loved to entertain people, especially her family when money was low and they had very little money for proper entertainment.
A month before her brother left for Durmstrang her father died at a work related accident. He was willing to give up going to Durmstrang that year and help support her mother but at her fathers funeral her mother became friendly with one of her father work colleagues. He was very good to her, was over frequently and helped out with things; he even gave her sums of money. He became a very good family friend, both Seraphina and her older brother got on very well with him.
In Seraphinas second year of Durmstrang her mother and the man got engaged and married not long after. They moved to his, much bigger house, and live in luxury. Seraphina loves it there and even though she no longer has to worry about money she still likes to wear some hand-me-downs (her fathers black leather jacket) and doesnt flaunt her money. She also kept her fathers name, so did her older brother.
Family: Mother: Leyla (Adler) Daecher. Leyla was born on the 7th of October 1982, making her 33, in Berlin, German. She was born into a Pure Blood family, a very proud one at that. She had one older brother (Adalhard-Pure Blood-45-Death Eater) and twin sister (Adal-33-Unspeakable in Germany Ministry of Magic). Her parents (Adalricus and Bathilda (Barth) Adler were strict parents and brought their children up with an iron-fist.
Leyla was a Durmstrang student, she was very bright and was a Prefect. In her 6th year she met Seraphinas father. They dated for the rest of their school-life and married as soon as they graduated as Layla was already pregnant with Detrick. Laylas parents didnt not approve of her choice of husband, as he wasnt a Pure Blood so they disowned her as soon as they were married and do not keep in contact with their grandchildren.
Layla didnt work as she had to stay at home with the children. She is a very loving person and a good singer.
Biological father: Barret Klein. Berret was born in Hamberg, Berlin, on the 10th of September 1982 (which would make him 33). He was a Half blood wizard who works in the Experimental Charms Department in the German Ministry of Magic. He was born to Ber and Elois (Hirech) Klein and has no siblings.
He too was a Durmstrang student, not very bright but did well enough and was Quidditch Captain/Chaser. He met Leyla in his 6th year and married her once they graduated. He got a job in the Ministry and worked they the rest of his life. He too was a musical man; he sang and played the guitar. On the 15th of August 2017 he was killed by an experimental charm at work.
Step-father: Birk Deacher. Birk was born in Essen, Berlin on the 1st of September 1979, making him 36. He is a Pure Blood wizard born to Bern and Della (Koch) Deacher. He has one twin sister, Danga (Pure Blood-36-Death Eater). He works in the Experimental Charms Department in the German Ministry of Magic as Head of the Department. He is a Durmstrang graduate. He was a very bright student, Prefect and Head Boy.
He was best friends with Barret, as they were work colleagues, but he was jealous of him as he was very much in love with Layla after meeting her a few times. So after Barrets death, even though he was very sad, he took his chance to grow close to Layla as they were both suffering from Barrets death. He liked Layla and Barrets children very much and he sees them as his own even before he and Layla were even married.
Brother: Detrick Arvin Klein. Detrick was born in Hangard, Germany on the 14th of November 2006. He is Seraphina's older brother and is currently in his 5th year of Durmstrang. He is a funny guy and very sweet although a lot of people don't know this as he is quite shy and 'an emo.' He doesn't have many friends and only really talks to Seraphina. Even though he is shy he is a very talented musician. He plays a few instruments, mainly the bass and it is very good singer, he loves to write his own songs too.
