Hello everyone and happy new year in the real world and also here on HNZ. 
I've got Russell Webb, a Gryffindor first year here for you to plot with if you so wish. I'm really excited to get started roleplaying but I need people to get started with of course.
About Russell
Russell is a muggle born from Cambridge, New Zealand. He lives on a dairy farm with his parents and siblings, the farm does not make much money leaving the family very poor and forced to "make do" with what they have. This is evident from Russell's appearance as his most eagle eyed peers would notice that all of his clothes and belongings are old and tatty. He hates being poor and hates even more when people judge him on it. If you want to be an enemy then that is the easiest way to annoy Russell initially, of course we can develop their hatred later on.
Since he lives on a farm Russell loves animals and as soon as he discovers that the wizarding world has magical creatures of its own then he will want to learn everything about them. This would not be the same for a subject like sayyyy... Ancient Runes which he wouldn't enjoy nor would he try to learn. Russell is very passionate about the things he cares about but when he isn't interested he becomes instantly bored and wants to move onto something else. This can make him quite hard work to keep entertained as his parents found so often let him go off and explore the surrounding countryside on his own.
All the adventures throughout his childhood made him quite the explorer, he is known to be impulsive and push boundaries and would love a friend to come along with him on his escapades at Hogwarts, weather your character wants to or not hehe! Russell is ultimately a good person, he takes responsibility for his actions and will stay loyal to his friends until the end. I hope this has makes you want to roleplay with me now!
What I'm looking for
At this stage I'm looking for anything, friends, rivals, frienemies or mentors. I would particularly like some Gryffindor first year friends if there are any reading this and a small group of close friends. Of course anyone else is still welcome and let me know if you have any plot ideas of your own. Thanks!
