Full Name:Rufus James Volkov
Date of Birth: 5th Jan 1988
Current Age:36
Basic Appearance: Rufus has a fair skin complexion with a slightly curly brown hair and lemon green eyes. He has hard cheek bones and a muscular figure with a good height of 6.2". His other facial features consist of thin lips and thick eyebrows.
Personality: Rufus carries a gentleman personality with him wherever he goes. He is cold, dark and evil and has very few selective friends. He does not talk to just anyone but for those who know him, he treats them well. Under is handsome face is hidden an evil man who has murdered however no one except for his girlfriend Rosemary knows about how evil he can actually get.
Family: Rufus was born in the Volkov family and he was the only child. His parents were both Death Eaters serving the Dark Lord during his second rise to power and handling matters of Bulgaria. Rufus was treated very nicely and always got what he asked for. He was very eager to learn the dark arts and join the dark forces and thus after he became of age he started helping the dark forces.
He does not like to talk about his family because both his parents died when Dark Lord's power came to an end. He does not even wish to reveal their names and identity for he wants the world to know him for who he is and not because of his dead parents.

Area of Residence:He is always travelling all over the world never staying anywhere for more than a few months and makes long journeys some for pleasures and others for business. However he has a manor that he has inherited from his family in Bulgaria and spends almost six months of the year in Bulgaria with his girlfriend.

Special Abilities:Is good at Dark Arts
Interests or Hobbies:Rufus likes swimming and spending time in the tropics for Bulgaria is always very cold. Other than that he has no hobbies however he always has interest in learning more and complex dark spells.
