Rosemary, or Rose, was born to Harry and Amelia Wilburn in April of 2012. She has one older brother whom she has always had, and exchanged, great respect for. Rosemary was educated at home by her father and has never really had any friends. When she was eleven, her father began teaching Rose different forms of magic like she would be learning at school. She was desperately upset that she wasn't allowed to go to a magic school to be among others like her but Rose understands why she can't and has always kept her brother's secret, silent.
