History: Richard grew up in Paris, He had a nice Happy Child hood, he never had a mother but his father was a real swinger which is how he learnt how to be such a charmer. Richard was Born into a Magical Family.
Family: Richard has recently adopted a Girl named Cleo, a Muggle Born Witch. Her Parents both died in a horrific car crash when she was 9 and somehow she escaped fine.
