Melodie was apprehensive about visiting St Mungo's. It had been many months since her attack and subsequent hospitilisation, yet she still hadn't been able to identify the perpetrator. The problem was that the Professor had done her very best to completely erase that night from her mind in order to feel safe once more. As far as Melodie was concerned she had gotten her scars as a child, and had absolutely no recollection of being in the hospital whatsoever. She knew that there was something stopping her from sleeping at night though so she had trecked to St Mungo's to see if somebody could help her. The receptionist had made her an appointment with a man named Viktor and that morning she had dropped the twins off to Izaak's house and gotten herself ready to face her fears; whatever they may be. She was pleased that Izaak had agreed once more to look after Aiden and Lucas, he needed the practise for his own baby who was due soon enough but Melodie knew how much of a handful they could be and hoped he would cope.

As she entered St Mungo's the hospital felt eerily familiar but she couldn't think why? She knew she had most likely given birth to her sons here, but she couldn't put her thumb on why it felt so much more than that. The fact was that she had been there, lived there for months during her recovery, yet it seemed to be blanked from her mind as was that fateful night that caused all of this pain in the first place. Sitting down in the waiting room she placed her handbag on the floor and looked across at the other patients then down at her watch, hopefully Viktor wouldn't be long, she felt uncomfortable in this place and just wanted this over and done with.

Melodie was attacked by a death eater and tortured to insanity, she recovered in St Mungo's but now has blocked the attack from her brain as a defense mechanism, she doesn't want to think about it. If Viktor brings up her patient notes about her recovery it might triggor her memory and she may eventually remember it all; but she will be angry at Viktor for making her remember most likely.

Viktor wasn't a on-site staff member here at St Mungo's. He was here and there most of the time. He found himself visiting the half way house, helping Ministry Officials understand Death Eaters and other criminals of the sort, as well as trying to help other muggles that were in the world. It was a curious and hard life really - but none the less - his main source of work streamed from the medical clinic / hospital known to all in the wizarding world plainly as St Mungo's.

He had an appointment with Melodie Lowe a Professor at the Hogwarts Magical School. He was eager to make his first appearance with her a good one. He wished not to be late, nor to be too early, however, the late factor was going to be the difficult one. He had to make his way all the way from the Half Way house to St Mungo's and on broom stick. The weather outside was eerie and wet; it made flying conditions that extra bit more difficult. Landing at the front of St Mungo's after a long and tiresome flying journey, Viktor entered the facility, his hair dripping slightly from the wetness. Brushing it off as he entered the waiting room, Viktor made his way to the front desk and ensured that it was time to see Melodie. It was.

Stepping back to the center of the waiting room, Viktor peered around; "Mizz Lowe?" he called out across the waiting room. He looked out to see if his patient had arrived, and if she had, where she was situated.

Melodie looked up as she heard her name called. "Yes" she said, standing up and walking slowly towards the psychiatrist "Thats me" she said as she reached him, taking a deep breath in and hoping for the best. She knew this wasn't going to be easy, in fact she hardly knew why she was here in the first place, but then she remembered her cousin flashing her dark mark. The cousin she had trusted with her own children for so long, had joined the death eaters, her parents were going through a rough patch, then there was this so called "attack" her friends said had happened to her, but she couldn't remember a bit of it. She smiled at Viktor, trying to hide the sick feeling she had in her stomach.
