🌹 Rose Giving Red tastes like cinnamon

Shy made her way towards the water. apparently, a couple of her deliveries liked spending time out by the lake and she hoped that one, in particular, would be there. she wasn't sure how she was meant to know the sixth and seventh years? she was glad that most of them she had been given were Hufflepuff which she at least had a chance of recognising. but she was now looking for a Gryffindor. she stopped by the edge of the water and under what it would feel like to paddle, would it be sandy underfoot or slimy or was the bottom covered in sharp rocks. she was just about to take her shoes off and try when she saw someone who matched the description she had been given by a nice older Ravenclaw. "Charlotte Grant?" she called starting to make her way towards the girl hoping that she would come closer too as the lake was large and she had done a lot of walking today and she was tired.

Charlotte especially enjoyed sitting in the common room or even in the castle, where the wall seemed to be pressing on top. She preferred to spend the outdoors and also today was spent in the fresh air. There was a long search for a place where Lotte could sketch and spend a short time in silence. She chose a place by the lake where she sat on a small stone and drew it to finally finish it when she arrived here in September, but there was no time to finish. Now took a short moment and finish. She was immersed in the drawing, but here someone suddenly heard her name. Charlotte turned her head toward the voice. "Yes, here," she called, raising her right hand in that way.

Sky started to make her way towards the girl. it had looked like quite a long way around the lake especially as the sides were not straight. but it wasn't a far as she had thought and after a minute or so she reached the girl. "Hello Charlotte. I have a rose for you" she said holding out a red rose and the pice of parchment with the note on it.

Charlotte lowered her hand as the girl came closer and handed her a rose and a piece of parchment. She laid a rose on the stone to read the note. Tears opened in Lotte's eyes as she opened the note and read it. "Oh, thank you very much. This rose is very, very special,'' she said as she folded the note and put the jacket in her pocket.
