Closed Puzzles and Darts and Baking!

It was a sunny and happy afternoon on the verge of spring, a slightly confusing time for Marie as it was autumn back at home in Boston, but she was happy about it nonetheless, seeing all the flowers on the verge of blooming after months of frost and the sun begin to warm up the sky putting her in a wonderful mood as she strolled through the castle, heading to the kitchens. She had an idea to bake cupcakes earlier in the week, and thought a yummy nice vanilla cupcake with pink and yellow frosting would suit the afternoon and the upcoming season perfectly. The only issue was, she had never made cupcakes by herself before. Her mum or dad were usually there to help her, leaving the decorating mostly up to her as they were the ones to measure and combine all the ingredients. Though Marie, ever optimistic, did not let this deter her from trying as she moved around the kitchens to find flour, sugar, and butter, the main things she assumed she needed. Finding a mixing bowl, Marie began to combine the sugar and the butter, adding as much sugar as possible to make sure the cupcakes were sweet, just the way she liked them. As she stirred, she sang ‘when will my life begin?’ from Tangled to herself, emphasizing the lyrics about baking, moving onto dancing as she continued to mixed the ingredients.​

Richard had decided to do a little exploring of the castle today. Everything was so different to him! There were moving stairs and portraits, and apparently the portraits talked to? But he wasn't going to focus on that today. He wanted to see what the kitchens were like here in Hogwarts. He had missed baking, especially at home when he could bake for his family. It had taken him ages to find where the kitchens were, but he had eventually found it. He had noticed there was a girl in there singing, and was stirring something up. "Hello... What are you doing?" Ricky said curiously as he walked further into the kitchen.
