After the first successful delivery, the next on her list had been one for a girl named kayleigh, this wasn't someone who was familiar to her at all, and after probing quite a few people to find out who this girl was and where she might find her. The young hufflepuff eventually found out that the girl was a slytherin and that she was a prefect, and the last she had been seen was heading towards the prefects common room, so she sought out that place, and waited until someone walked out, "Can you get Kayleigh Hunter, I have a rose for her," she told the person waiting for them to either be the girl she was looking for or to get them. The young hufflepuff was pretty sure that they would help her and wouldn't just turn her away, of course she would be able to find this girl later, but she wanted to find it now.

After her second chance at life (that being Professor Styx didn't kill her, and she was still a Prefect), Kayleigh decided maybe she should take her role a bit more seriously, much to her boyfriend's dismay. It was Valentines Day, and her boyfriend was out delivering roses, so Kayleigh was trying to study, but kept getting interrupted by people around her getting roses. Everywhere, there was noise and giggles and blushing kids and Kayleigh was frustrated. Couldn't a girl study in peace?! Kayleigh stormed to the Prefects Common Room, hoping she'd find tranquility there, but she had only just sat down when a fellow prefect came in and told her someone was waiting for her outside. Kayleigh groaned as she stood up again. It better be Desislav, Kayleigh thought grumpily. Swinging the door open, the blonde found a small Hufflepuff waiting outside. "Yes?" Kayleigh asked impatiently.

The hufflepuff was certainly pleased when the girl confirmed that this was exactly whom she was looking for, so, Signy smiled at the far older girl and then held out the rose to her, a lovely red rose with a bright smile and then quickly got the note that went along with it and handed it to the girl, "Here, for you from someone who loves you," the hufflepuff told her, holding them out to her and hoping the other girl would like what was inside the note. Signy loved the roses, they were so beautiful, especially the deep red ones she was handing over to the girl.
Love bug,

Can't wait to see you at the dance later.

Kayleigh's eyes narrowed when the girl smiled - why was she smiling? Why were people so happy? It was incredibly frustrating - but then the blonde's eyes fell on the rose that the girl was holding out, and her brain finally clicked and she understood why she was wanted outside, and why the girl was smiling. Kayleigh couldn't help but smile back as she took the rose. A blush crept on her cheeks as she read the note, and the stupid smile wouldn't go away; now she was just like every one of the people she was getting annoyed with. But she couldn't help it. Kayleigh loved Des, and he could make her feel better no matter what. "Thank you." Kayleigh replied to the girl, folding up her note. "Have you received any roses today?" Kayleigh asked, feeling a lot kinder now than she had a second ago. Love was weird.

Signy was happy the girl who she had just presented a rose to seemed happy with the rose, the girl hadn't been sure what she would do if the rose presented to her hadn't been what she'd been expecting. Signy smiled and nodded at the thanks, of course she just liked doing this, it was good fun, of course she would love it, and she didn't need the thanks. At the question, Signy shook her head, "Oh no, and I know I won't, I'm just happy to give them out," the girl replied, and she was, it was apparent in her tone that she really wouldn't mind if she hadn't gotten any roses, she loved handing them out more than anything.

Kayleigh was feeling good, and though she felt a bit bad that the younger girl hadn't received any roses, nothing was going to kill this mood. But, the girl didn't seem to mind too much that she hadn't gotten any, and Kayleigh was glad that so many people had volunteered to do such a lovely thing. "Well, thank you for this. Enjoy the rest of your day." Kayleigh smiled, smelling her rose before going back into the Prefect room.
