It had been a couple of months since Dominicus had last taken to the village of Brightstone.
He had found it too hard to go there for many reasons- Firstly was that he had a lot of work to do and could rarely get the chance to go out, secondly.. Dominicus still pined for Andromeda, the girl who had captured his heart.
There had been something about her that he had fallen in love with but he was forcing himself to seal that wound and to move on.

He had no real reason to be there but it was a fine day and the weekend too.
It would be a chance to relax and maybe steal a chat with a passing student.

"See ya Elliot." Pat said to her boss as closed the door to the General Store, leaving the rest of the weekend free for her to do as she wished. Granted there wasn't much of the weekend left but she didn't mind, just some free time to relax would be perfect for her. With a few bags in hand, Christmas presents for her friends, Pat made her way down the streets of Brightstone. Despite being late in the afternoon the place was still busy with students from the school. Not wanting to go back to the school just yet Patricia took a seat at her favourite spots; it was great to watch everyone walking by and it looked just over the harbour - beautiful in the moonlight.

Dominicus was in luck: He noticed a student sitting on a bench overlooking the harbour.
He moved swiftly over to join her on the bench but not wanting to seem incredibly forward in wanting a chat, he simply sat and admired the view.
"The view is lovely." He said in his strong accent.
Dominicus turned his head and smiled at the girl next to him.

Patricia smiled as the afternoon sun, not too warm but not too cold, beamed down on her skin. It was times like this where Pat was thankful to be on her own, so much had happened to her and she hadn’t really had a moment alone to think about everything, but she didn’t want to think about it yet, she was observing a beautiful sight, she didn’t want it to be ruined with thoughts of her horrible past few months. Hearing an unfamiliar voice beside her she smiled as she realised she had gotten her distraction. Turning to the boy, or man as she saw, she nodded her head lightly. “Mhmm. I love it here.” she said looking back over at the view.
