Phew! Finally!

It had taken Mazikeen forever to find the next boy, she had been searching up and down, until FINALLY someone had pointed her in the right direction, the direction of the lake, and where the boy supposed was. She spotted someone sitting by the lake and hoped that this was actually the boy she was looking for. "Are you Aodhan Kaelen?" she asked as she finally got close enough that the boy would both see and hear her. She was already taking out the rose, exceedingly hopeful that this was in fact the person she was looking for. If not, the girl had no idea where to start again.

It was way too crowded in the castle today for him to enjoy his lunch in the Great Hall so instead took some sandwiches with him and headed to the lake to eat them there. Aodhan had just finished his last one when a girl approached him with a rose in her hand. He looked up at her when she asked if he was Aodhan. ''I am, yes.''

The girl had to admit despite how annoying it had been to find this boy, he was at the very least cute, so that was a little pay off. The first year held out the rose to the boy, "This rose is for you," the girl told him brightly, "It comes with this note," she handed the note to him. It had been difficult to find him but at the very least, she had now done so and she was happy with herself and hoped that he would like the rose and note he was being given.

We're still friends obviously, so you can bet you won't be getting out of your yearly embarrassment of being sent a flower from a girl. Shame.

Aodhan thanked the girl as she handed him the rose and note, and folded the piece of paper open to read what had been written on it. He shook his head, laughing. She was an idiot for thinking he'd still be embarrassed about receiving a rose from a girl but she wouldn't be Rory without teasing him about it. He would have to thank her later today. ''Thanks again,'' Aodhan told the girl.
