Oliver has a big personality. Always causing chaos wherever he goes, and is just excited to be here (wherever he is). Oliver loves to socialise and make friends. He isn't the smartest boy on the planet, very soft-headed. He'd do the opposite of what you tell him, either to be funny or because he thinks you're lying. Though most times, he'll believe anything you say, even if it's not even true. He's always up for chaos and adventure; he might need someone to keep him in line. He's more of a follower than a leader, especially considering he grew up following and looking up to his older brother. Oliver is very big on sports, especially Quidditch. He is very passionate about Quidditch. He could go on for hours talking about it. Oliver is also someone who asks too many questions, which could potentially annoy the people he interacts with. Neither academics nor reading interests Oliver; he finds them quite boring. Like his older brother, he also knows how to play an instrument or two. He plays an acoustic guitar. This is because his parents had forced him and his siblings to learn an instrument of their choice.

HISTORY
Eric Harper and Anne Harper (nee Painter) both met in their first year at Hogwarts. They had known each other through being in a few classes together, through mutual friends and being in the same year. They had been acquaintances for a while until their fifth year, they became really close friends. It wasn't long before the two had a strong liking for each other, and by seventh year, they had made it official. They went out for a couple of years after that, being on and off within those couple of years, before Eric proposed to Anne. By the age of 25, they had their first child, Theodore, and had two more children after that. Eric and Anne wanted all three of their children to learn one instrument; they didn't mind what instrument their child got to pick. Oliver, looking up to his brother, decided to go for the acoustic guitar. Though he would play the electric guitar from time to time. When Oliver was younger, the family was quite close-knit, with both parents taking the kids to Quidditch games and anything music-related that was child-friendly. But over time, both parents had become workaholics with their ministry jobs, so they were hardly ever home.
