Hollace brushed her hair back from her face, narrowing her eyes as she took in the wide variety of paints. Hm. Maybe a burnt sienna or a sapphire blue. Her fingers reached for them when a clerk came up. Friendly fellow, if a bit too eager to make a sale. Seemed to know about his art supplies though. She thanked him, smiling and shaking her head as she turned. Too late did she realize that the color she held in her hand wasn't that of a sunrise nor the color of a jewel. It was a deep smoky grey. Hollace stared at it for moments, cheeks becoming warm as memories flooded through her mind. With a sigh, she set it in the tote slung over her arm.

Finished shopping she made her purchases and checked her wristwatch as she stepped into the open street. She had at least an hour before her shift began. Sitting down on a wrought iron bench, she tipped her head back and let the sunshine warm her face. The day was a bit chilly but the sun shined brightly.

Dec was just wandering, when he saw a girl come out of the shop he was passing and sit down on the bench. She looked bored and lonely, so he walked over to her and put on a friendly and smiley face.

"Hey There, are you okay?"

Dec joined the girl on the bench and sat down next to her.
