Ai didn't feel like getting up from bed. If it wasn't for the note she received from an owl last night, she wouldn't mind staying out of her room this afternoon. But then again, the gods really seemed to like playing tricks on her as she saw the owl approach her window last night. At first, she thought it was her own owl that brought replies from her aunt and uncle, but she was wrong, as it was an owl she did not recognize. She opened her window and observed as the owl entered her room holding a letter on its talons. Carefully, she took it and read its contents. It was a note from Liam. "Great," she thought to herself as she read the instructions on it, before keeping it and heading straight to bed.

The morning went by quickly and Ai took a nap, which led to her current dilemma. She didn't want to go, but she had promised to obey his every command. Remembering what her late parents taught her, Ai hesitantly got out of bed and dressed up to meet her 'master'. As soon as she deemed herself ready, Ai began to head to the Abandoned Classroom and got there minutes later. The young girl looked at her watch. She was late, and so was he. Or at least she hoped as she looked around and saw no one perceivable by her eyesight. "Thank goodness, he's not here yet," she said with a sigh of relief.

If only it was possible, Liam Nightray would have burnt the whole room down with his already building up anger. Arms crossed in front of his chest, the slytherin paced around the room for the nth time that day. Of all the things that he hated, waiting surely is on top. Just last night, he had sent a letter to the girl that he had somehow encounter on the forest a few months ago. He had specifically said on the letter that they'd meet on this specific time. Yet, here he was, with no one but his shadow as his company. If it was any other day, Liam would have enjoyed the stillness and the silence around him, no annoying people around, just him. But this was not any other day for him, and thus, despite the peace around him, he was definitely not having any fun. Eyebrows furrowed, the thirteen year old finally stopped his pacing. He wanted to pull his hair out. Just how dare was she to have arrive later than he does? Kicking the chair next to him, the slytherin decided to have some walk around. Though a fan of silence, the silence around the room was just annoying him right now.

After walking around the halls, glaring at the students that he happen to cross paths with, the Slytherin decided to their meeting place. Still annoyed, he slammed the door behind him, only to be greet with the sight of the girl that he had been waiting for. He had barely managed to hear what she had said. But if he had heard her right, she had assumed that she had been there earlier than him. "You're late." He said in a monotone voice, but his eyes betray that as it held the annoyance that had been building up since earlier. Crossing his arms again, the boy glared at the smaller girl. He might not be that tall, but at least, he's still a little taller. "I hate waiting." Ever word was laced with venom as he continued to glare. He meant every word that he had said. The girl would regret that she had ever made him wait.

Ai was shocked when she heard a door slam nearby. "No way," she thought as she realized that the door that had just been slammed was not just a door nearby, but instead, it was the door of the Abandoned Classroom. And her so-called master has already arrived. And not only that, but it seemed that he was angry. Very, very angry. "Li... Liam," the younger struggled to get the words out but only managed to say the boy's name above a whisper. She knew that Liam was angry and that was the last thing she ever wanted to happen at the moment.

"I... I'm sorry," Ai said as she bowed her head slightly. Truth be told, Ai believed that Liam wasn't such a bad guy, but the Hufflepuff was scared of the Slytherin when he was mad. And it wasn't because of his threat during their encounter in the Forbidden Forest, but because of how he acted when he was mad. It was like he was showing her who really was boss. "I didn't mean to make you wait," she admitted as she averted her gaze, seemingly escaping the deathly glare he was giving her. Surely enough, if glares could stab, Ai would have already bled to death minutes ago.

The girl before him had acted the same way that he had expected her to act. He's been used to it. back at home, people, or more so, their servants would cower in fear whenever he's giving them the same look that he's giving the girl right now. Not that it was that surprising. after all, he definitely did not look like the friendliest person to hang around with. "You should be." He said, not tearing his gaze off the said girl who looked more fragile than she really was. To him, it was as if she'll break by merely just touching her. Liam was just a boy of thirteen years of age, he wasn't even that tall, and his face wasn't that intimidating to begin with, but somehow, he would still manage to give off the menacing aura. "You should be sorry.. but you know what, I'm getting tired of it. You keep on apologizing but I don't think that you mean any of it. You're still worthless, always committing mistakes." The slytherin continued, still rooted on his spot. "Look at me when I'm talking to you." He then raised his voice. Usually he didn't like it when people look at him in the eye, but that didn't apply for now. He was annoyed at the girl and he didn't plan on giving her the luxury of being able to avert her gaze away just so she won't see how irritated he was.

"Mean it or not, you're still late and it's not a good thing. I hate it." Liam repeated again. He wouldn't tire on reminding her how irritated he was that she had had him waiting there. Who cares if it was in less than an hour? who cares if it was only for a few minutes. He still waited, and he hated it. Never in his life did he ever waited for someone. Should he want something, the servants in their house would quickly give it to him, not matter what happens. Or else, they'd be facing his wrath. He never did care if his family's servants had their own families to feed, if they did something he dislike, they're out of the house. "Where have you been. State your reason. Now." He said impatiently, emphasizing every word, attention still focused on the girl in front of him.

Ai could only stay silent as Liam continued to glare at her and tell her that she should indeed be sorry. But of course, even she had her breaking point. As Liam ranted on and on, Ai's patience wore thin. She didn't mean to be late. She didn't want to make many mistakes. In fact, she was trying her best to avoid mistakes so she would apologize less. "Look. I said I'm sorry! I didn't want to be late either. Just because I was late doesn't mean I'm worthless!" she told him unexpectedly and realized her mistake as she covered her mouth. "So...Sorry," she said barely above a whisper as she continued to avert her gaze away from his glaring eyes.

"I'm sorry," she repeated again as he continued to tell her that he hated the fact that she was late. Of course, she didn't like it that she was late either. She knew that Liam would get mad over it so she tried to avoid it, but then again she wasn't able to. "In my room," she answered him when he asked where she had been. "I've been laying in bed, resting," she said softly. Her reason was very, very, very lame. But it was the truth. She didn't want to try lying to this boy. It would be very bad and she knew it.

To say that Liam was surprised when the girl answered back to him would be an understatement. No. He was more than surprised, and that wasn't a good thing. He hated it when people think that they can talk back to him whenever they please, and he hate it even more if said person is a frail looking girl like the one that was in front of him now. If only it was possible, the young boy's veins would have exploded already from his anger. "Look, I didn't tell you to speak. And even if I did, you should never ever speak to me that way." The slytherin said, emphasizing every single syllable as if not doing so would not make the girl understand what he had said. He didn't dare touch her as he didn't like touching anyone. He feared being contaminated by the stupidity that he knew was running through the veins of the said girl. The boy continued glaring daggers at the girl's direction, imagining different ways to punish her for talking back to him in the way that she did. "Your apology wouldn't change anything. I told you. Whatever you say, you're still worthless. A trash won't even know that it's a trash even though people had already told it that it was one. Self preservation wasn't it? If you think saying sorry will make you feel better and less worthless than you are now, then you're mistaken." He continued on, not even bothering whether his words hurt. He didn't care anyway. He says what's on his mind and that's that.

"You're in bed? Resting? That's outrageous." The boy couldn't believe what he had heard. It was lame. And it had infuriated him even more. There he was, waiting for someone who had been late because that someone had been resting. It was the most pathetic reason that he had ever heard, in fact, he couldn't even consider it as a reason for someone to be late. Especially if that someone is of the same status as hers. She's his puppet, and she had no right to choose rest over his orders. "I'm angry." He said, though it had been a pretty obvious statement considering how cold his eyes were and how his lips were forming a thin line as he continued to glare at the girl as if it would make the girl disappear and rot in her grave for doing something that he hated the most. "Now tell me you worthless pathetic excuse for a human being, how will you compensate for what you've done?" Liam said. It would have looked and sounded ridiculous coming from a pale boy of only thirteen years of age, but the look on his eyes and the way that he carried himself only speak one thing, that he was serious and he meant everything that he had said.

Ai knew that she had just made Liam angrier when he talked back. But, she couldn't help it. He was insulting her too much, and for a petty reason, mainly, tardiness. It was too much for her to handle and her impulsiveness had gotten the best of her. She couldn't help but listen closely to Liam as she kept her gaze away from him. "Yes, Liam," was all she could reply to his angry words and warning. "B-but..." she wanted to speak up. She wasn't trash, was she? Tears were threatening to form but she held them back, she was not that weak to cry in front of him, wasn't she? She was not sure of everything anymore, but she was sure that not everything Liam said was true.

"I've been sick," Ai reasoned out as she exclaimed how outrageous her reason was. It was true and it showed in her physique that she had grown a lot thinner than when they last met. And it was because she had not only gotten sick lately but she had been sick a lot of times the past few months. "Sorry," she whispered as he told her he was angry. Ai didn't mean to make him angry, she didn't even want him to be angry at all! "I... I don't know," was all she could reply when he asked her how she would compensate for her mistake. She knew it would mean punishment and she could only hope it wouldn't be too harsh.

"What? Do you want to say anything?" The slytherin definitely didn't like the way that the smaller girl acts in front of him. He knew that she wanted to say something, that she wanted to talk back, but she can't. And at that he felt extremely proud of himself. He was well aware that he had his authority established already. That she was afraid of him. He knew that and he was going to take advantage of that fact. Liam wasn't really a very forgiving person, and should someone wronged him, he's not going to hesitate in rendering punishment. "You should know it by now. No matter how much you deny it, you're useless. You don't even know how to follow instructions. A simple one at that. Do you even know how to tell time?" He said, further degrading the smaller girl. He knew his way with words, he knew the right words to use to insult her even more, and he's not going to hesitate about that. He needed her to do something for him, she would have left unharmed and without worries should she have arrived there on time and should she have done what he pleased. Yet, she had just have to be so stupid to commit a mistake and stick her nose on his bad side.

"And what should I do about that? Do I look like a walking infirmary? What will you accomplish by telling me that that brain of yours if you could even call it that, is not only useless in doing and following orders but is also worthless in maintaining your own health?" He didn't particularly care if she was sick or if she was thinner than she was when they last met. He shouldn't care about that at all. After all, she was nothing but his toy wasn't she? She was nothing but a puppet that should follow all his whims. He shouldn't even care even if she should collapse right then and there in front of him. He wasn't one of those people who worry about other people's business. "You don't know? Are you really that stupid that you can't even think of a way to compensate for your wrongdoings? You really are pathetic."

"N-Nothing...." Ai quickly said as she decided to not get into more trouble than she already was with the Slytherin. Trouble was not good, and it was worse and if her fate was in the hands of Liam. She was afraid of what may happen or how she may be punished. But she knew for herself that not all of what he was saying is true. "I'm really sorry, Liam. I didn't mean to make you wait," she apologized for the nth time to this boy today. It was true and he didn't have to keep on pointing out her mistake and make it seem worse than it really is.

"I... I just thought you'd understand," she said softly as Liam continued to get mad and release his whole fury on her. And the reason is, he had to wait for about half an hour for a sick girl. "Why I've been resting and tardy," she almost whispered to herself as she dare not look at the boy before her. Ai wasn't quite sure of whether to be sorry, scared or angry. But, one thing is for sure, Liam had begun to start pushing her buttons, which was not good, because, most of the time, anger defeats fear in Ai Edogawa. "Well, sorry for being pathetic," she thought sarcastically, not realizing that she actually spoke it out loud, just enough for the Slytherin to hear.

Jeremiah had been having a rather good day. It had been spent with Khione, doing what she liked doing best. Hanging outside in the sun. Jeremiah was never one for sunlight, but his protests fell on deaf years with that girl. He just went along. At least he had avoided a sunburn. The Gryffindor was now walking through the castle. He was planning on doing some light reading in the library, since he was pretty tired. He didn't want to be bothered for the rest of the day and the only way to avoid people and socialisation is to hide out in the library for the remainder of the day and think. He was currently on the Second Floor when he heard some voices. The hall was usually quiet. Such noises were rarely heard, unless they came from an abandoned classroom that say here. Jeremiah tilted his head. It had to come from there. There were no lessons on right now. Not to his knowledge.

The boy walked quietly to the entrance of the abandoned classroom. The inhabitants were a girl and boy that looked around his age. It could sometimes be difficult to tell. He silently observed them, before frowning. He didn't appreciate how the boy was speaking. He was being incredibly rude. Sure, Miah had no idea why they seemed to be arguing, but from what he got of the conversation, it was something trivia. "Children." He mutter, stepping further into the classroom so he could be noticed. He looked at the boy sternly and put his hands on his hips. "The only one here that is pathetic is you. You are the one that is behaving like a spoiled child over something so trivial as someone's punctuality." He moved closer to the girl, who seemed to be irritated, but also a little submissive. He looked back at the boy. "Why don't you spend your time upsetting someone else? I hear the school's clock can be a little late at times. Go bother that." He waved him off and looked at the girl. He hoped he did not upset her by interfering, but he couldn't just be a bystander to this. "Are you okay, Miss?"

Ai wasn't supposed to talk back to him like that. She was suppose to be meek and obedient. Thus, when Liam heard those words from her, it took all his effort to prevent himself from hurting the smaller girl physically. Liam's arrogant. Yes. He's like your classic bully too, but he would never resort to physical harm. It's something that he deemed to be unnecessary and unfitting for someone like him. He would never dirty his hands just because some useless girl was so stupid that she'd run her mouth and say stupid stuff. However, that didn't mean that he wasn't angry and that he'd let it all pass. No. He wasn't the type to let that happen too.

Liam's lips were pursed into a thin line, his knuckles turning white with the way that he was clenching his hands. "Care to repeat what you said?" He said, his voice as cold as ice. His eyes were trained on the smaller girl. His glare were like daggers being thrown at Ai's direction. If only those glares could kill, Ai wouldn't exist anymore. Liam was to say something else when he heard an unfamiliar voice. Irritated, he turned to face the owner of said voice. Liam surely didn't appreciate the unwelcome company.

"What? Are you her knight in shining armour now?" Liam scoffed, mimicking the other boy's actions as he too placed his hands on his hips. He didn't know who this guy was but whoever he is, it'd be better if he just leave. He wasn't needed there. And if there's one thing that Liam hated the most more than waiting, it's when someone sticks his nose in other people's business. "Why don't you turn on your heels and get your nose out of my business? or do you just love to play the hero so much? If you do, the just go and look for another damsel in distress. You're not needed here." He continued, glaring at the boy. He was indeed getting on his nerves. This boy was more irritating that Ai. If only he'd know better and just leave them alone, then perhaps, Liam would forgive him.

Ai noticed her mistake too late as she covered her mouth with her both hands. She wasn't supposed to get mad, heck, she didn't even plan to get mad at all, but Liam just had to push her buttons. She watched her silently, her hands over her mouth to prevent herself for saying anything more. Her experience at the Forbidden Forest was enough of a lesson for her to not get Liam mad and release all of his rage and fury on her. She watched him silently, carefully noticing his knuckles clenched tight. It made Ai back off a few steps from the boy, scared that he might hurt her. Ai knows Karate and is good at it, no doubt about that, but her body still remembers the pain of the last injury she suffered and it sure wasn't ready for another.

Ai could only shake her head as a muffled apology escaped her lips. "I'm sorry. I... I didn't mean to," she said with her hands over her mouth resulting to it a bit muffled as she attempted to look in his eyes. And the moment she did, she regretted it as he seemed to have the intent to kill her with his glare. It was a bit frightful indeed. And she couldn't help but flinch at the new voice that she had heard behind her, someone who had just entered the classroom. She was surprised by this development, but worried at the same time, no one was supposed to know about their meeting, and she made sure she wasn't followed and made sure she told no one. She knew she was going to be in trouble for this and while it was early she said barely above a whisper, "I didn't tell anyone."

Ai couldn't help but smile lightly as the boy who entered seemed to be scolding Liam. At least her own scolding would be postponed for a while and she would be able to take a breather before feeling like crap and dirt again. But, she also knew that if Liam would get any more mad than he is right now, then this boy would also get into trouble, and she didn't want to be the cause of that. "Yes, I'm okay. But you have to leave now. I don't want to drag you into the mess," she smiles at the other boy lightly. At least she was able to take a bit of breather before facing Liam's wrath once again.

The boy didn't seem to be baking down. Miah couldn't understand his angle. Why do this? It made very little sense. There was nothing to gain from teasing a girl in an abandoned classroom, especially because she was tardy. However, the boy continued and seemed to be getting angrier. Jeremiah couldn't help but laugh quietly to himself. The boy was quite patronizing indeed, but not enough to really cause Miah any harm. Words were the weapon of this boy, and he was not saying the right stuff. "Knight in shining armour? That would suggest that you are a dragon. I am sorry, but you are no where near fierce enough to be a dragon." He was picking on a girl after all and making her feel worthless. Jeremiah just couldn't understand that. He never really was one to actually tease someone without the proper triggers taking place. "You can huff and puff all you like, but I will remain here until you stop being a bully and leave, or apologise to her. You have no right to be behaving the way you are."

Jeremiah just couldn't stand people like this boy. Arrogance and bullying were just disgusting. Bullies like this made people feel bad about themselves, Jeremiah had several siblings just like this. He knew how to handle them. Don't get emotionally involved in any conversations. So he made sure to keep the boy at arms-length and turned to the girl. Was she happy to see him? Sad maybe? He couldn't be sure. However, at least she didn't seem to be angry. She was smiling though. Ryder and Khione smile a lot. This must be a good sign. He shook his head sharply when she told him to leave. That was a ridiculous request. He was not going to leave, and the only 'mess' this dragon wannabe could create was probably not much at all. "I will remain. You don't have to listen to the rubbish that tumbles from this boy's mouth. You are better than that." Jeremiah didn't know very much about the girl, but he did know that she didn't deserve to be treated in this way. No one did. "I will only leave when you do." Just to insure that this boy does not continue what he started upon Miah's departure.

It was one thing for Liam to hate someone. It's already a normal thing for him. Even the slightest movement could annoy him. The most trivial things could get on his nerves. It was really easy to push his buttons and make his blood boil. Yes. Hating someone was a normal thing for Liam Nightray. However, it was an entirely different thing for him to want someone dead. Of the list of things and persons he hated, there's only a limited number of those that he wanted to cease to exist. This boy belonged to the latter category. He was obnoxious. "So you're proclaiming yourself as this worthless trash's knight? I'm afraid you have a hero complex." This boy must have nothing better to do that he just have to interfere with his business. If only he hadn't arrived, then perhaps Liam would have finished what he came there for. If only that stupid girl didn't come late, he would have been back at his room now.

"I bet that you're not really here for her at all. You're only doing this to make yourself feel good." He continued. He can't stand people like this. People who pretend to be good-natured and 'help' just for the sake of gaining recognition were more worthless and disgusting than trash. Pretentious people like this boy should just disappear. "Hate to burst your bubble dream boy, I'm not going to apologize. I'm not at fault here. I don't care if your lot don't value time as I do. You don't have to right to pretend like you know everything and lecture me about my behavior." He turned his attention to the other person in the room. She's probably rejoicing inside, thinking about how his 'dashing' knight had finally arrived to save her from the 'dragon'. "You can leave." He saved, waving the boy off. "But she's not going anywhere. She have business with me. And it had nothing to do with you. So scram." He'd make sure that Ai won't leave the room without him telling her to. He would make sure of that even if he had to resort to physical harm.

Ai could only remain silent in their fair exchange of words. She sighed an inaudible sigh. As much as the Hufflepuff would love for the boy to stick around so she won't get scolded, deep down, she knew that if her scolding was postponed any further than it already is, she should be prepared for the worst. Ai kept silent the whole time unless spoken to, after all, she didn't want anything to have do with this mess. But when the boy decided to remain because of her, she started to panic a bit. "I have to and I can handle it, I promise," Ai told the boy with a gentle smile before adding, "You should go. Please? I don't want him to get mad," her eyes pleading to him. Asking him to leave for now. "I'm fairly sure that his business with me won't be long, but it should really be in private," she attempted a smile not knowing what to do if the boy still decided to stay.

OOCOut of Character:
Sorry if it's short... :r

Jeremiah tucked his hands into his robes. The boy was not going to let go of this. His behaviour was unbecoming of a wizard. He was also twisting Jeremiah's words, something the Gryffindor never appreciated. He spoke clearly so that his meaning was never confused with meaning something else. "Actually, I presumed that you were trying to tell some sort of joke. I do not consider myself a knight at all, you named me that." He then looked at Ai to make sure that she was okay. The boy was being such a brat. "I have a question." He looked back at the boy sharply. "Do you feel better about yourself when you belittle others? Is this a ritual you must perform in order to feel good about yourself? It is pathetic." Jeremiah wasn't trying to be a hero, he was so not cut out for that sort of business. However, he wasn't one that could stand by and watch people be harmed. It's wrong to sit by and observe wrong-doing, especially when he was confident in his ability to get the girl out of this situation. However, he was slightly hurt by the boy's accusation. "I am quite comfortable with who I am. I do not need to your help to feel good about myself. I am here because I will not stand by ideally and watch someone like you try and throw their non-existent weight around."

It was obvious that the boy was not going to apologise. Miah shrugged. "I doubt your apology is worth much. It no-longer matters." In Jeremiah's eyes, an apology was only worth what the person who gave it was. This boy was worthless in his eyes. Therefore his apology was also worthless. Instinctively, Jeremiah grabbed the girl's arm gently. He was determined to remove the girl from this situation. He looked at her, completely ignoring the other boy. He didn't like what she had to say and he frowned. "He can be mad. He can have a little tantrum if he wishes. Either way, you and I are leaving. Your business can continue at a later date, when he is calmer and more respectful. If that is never, so be it." Miah was ready to personally escort the girl to places if it meant that this horrible little piece of worthless space would be put in his place. He gently tugged on the girl's arm and began to walk from the room with her.

Liam, for the record, didn't appreciate the way that this boy was talking to him. It would have been easier if he would just turn on his heel and leave. This boy shouldn't be wasting his precious time. He already had everything planned out earlier. He just needed to talk to the girl and order her to do something for him. That's the reason why he went out of his way in the first place. Honestly, the girl wasn't even worth it for him to spend his time ‘belittling’. If his plans had been followed, he would have been at his room by now. Not here, sharing a space with a useless and stupid trash and a too full of himself boy with the hero complex. Everything would have worked out just fine if only this pathetic excuse for a girl hadn't been late! If tardiness was such a trivial issue for them, for him, it wasn't. Because she had been late, all his plans had been compromised. And boy did he not appreciate it. "I do not do those things that simple minded people like you do. And just a reminder, you didn't actually deny being her knight at all, did you? " Liam answered back. If it was a fight of words, he was not going to lose. Never.

"While I do not need to belittle other people to make myself feel good, I would not deny that I do enjoy pointing out others flaws. If they can't take it, if they can't handle the truth, it's not my fault. It's not my fault if they are weak, is it?" Liam did not enjoy the way that this boy was judging him. Why, he felt good about who he is, thank you. This boy, however, just had to suggest that he was doing what he did just to make himself feel better. That was a ridiculous notion! He would never do anything that wouldn't be useful for him. Nor would he do anything so trivial such as to make someone feel unimportant just for the sake of doing it. If the girl hadn't been late, he wouldn't have acted that way. He'd rather spend the day by himself and not associate with these simpletons anyway. However, though he'd rather do that, he wouldn't just stand around and let everything pass. She had been late, and thus, she must face the consequences. Why couldn't this boy understand that?

"Suit yourself." Liam just shrugged off the boy's comment. Why should he care about what he thought about him? Liam never did care about others' opinion, so why should he start caring now? What the boy did next only angered the Slytherin further. Just as the boy grabbed Ai's arm, so did he. Though in his case, he didn't do it as gently. His grip on the girl’s arm was tight and his eyes were glaring at the boy. If the boy thought that he could leave with the girl, then he thought wrong. The boy could leave, in fact, he'd be pleased he did that, however, the girl should stay. No further argument was needed. "I told you to scram, didn't I? Or were you just too stupid to understand that? No one here wanted you to stay. Leave." The Slytherin said with finality.

Ai watched the exchange of words between the two boys. Since when did she become the damsel in distress anyway? As far as she knew, she could handle herself pretty well, except for the fact that she had already given her word to Liam to follow his every command. Except for that, she was sure she should be able to handle herself, so why in the world were they talking about knights?! Ai just couldn't understand the mind of a boy, as if girls weren't complicated enough! The Hufflepuff remained silent all the while they were talking about flaws and feeling good about one's self and belittling. She could only pick up a few of what they were currently talking about, after all, she didn't want to be here and just forced herself out of bed. She needed more rest as far as she knew.

Ai was surprised herself when she felt the other boy's hand on her arm. If it were not a gentle touch, Ai would have flinched, but she didn't but she was certainly not liking the idea of leaving without Liam's permission, "E-eh?! B-but... I can't b-because," her explanation quickly stopped as she felt Liam roughly grab her other arm and she could only bite her lip slightly at the pain. There were quite a few things she was sure of, Liam was mad, the other boy wanted her out of the situation and Liam would resort to hurting her if the other boy tried to take her away. Ai tried squirming the arm held by Liam but he only seemed to tighten his grip that made Ai wince a bit, "L-Liam... I-it hurts, p-please," she said softly.

Jeremiah frowned. "I did not realise that you were incapable of realising the obvious. I do not see myself as a 'knight'. That is ludicrous." What an idiot. Miah couldn't stand stupid people. He liked to communicate with those that did not make a fool of themselves so easily. The boy was sarcastic, sarcasm was something Jeremaih never appreciated in people. Especially annoying people. If the boy was going to continue the argument, then Jeremiah was going to do his best to cut it short and get out of there. Arguments were useless unless they had some sort of aim. This had no benefit to anyone. If he just let Miah and Ai leave, they could all go back to their lives. Jeremiah smiled a little. Well, at least he did not appear to be a liar. Liars were something Jeremiah could barely stand near. "But should you prey on the weak? Pointing out the flaws of others is all well and good, if you understand that doing so because of a petty reason is useless."

Jeremiah looked at his hand when the other boy grabbed the girl's arm. He was harming her. Jeremiah was not a violent person, he even made sure to cause the girl any sort of pain. Could the Gryffindor wrench the girl from the boy's grasp? Probably not. He would most likely not be strong enough at all. "I will not leave without her." He pulled his wand out of his back pocket swiftly. "Stupefy!" Hopefully he was swift enough to get the boy by surprise, and hopefully they wouldn't get caught in this mess.

Liam was getting tired of all these arguments about knights and dragons. What? He wasn't a character in some sort of fairytale and he surely wouldn't let this encounter end with the said knight and his damsel in distress having their own happy ending. Happy ending didn't exist in the real world. If the stupidity of these two were too much to believe that they'd be able to get out of there, then he had underestimated that stupidity. Sighing, the Slytherin massaged the space between his eyebrows. He was getting really tired of this. "Whatever. Think what you would like to think. You're not worth my time." Yawning, the Liam gave the boy an uninterested look. Sure, he was annoyed but him but talking about such nonsense was getting a little dull. He would rather that this boy left them alone and so he'd be able to at least the remaining hours of the day. The small movement on the other's lips hadn't gone unnoticed for him. What was funny? There was nothing to smile about at the situation that they were in. Was he mocking him? "There's nothing wrong with preying on the weak, is there? If people would just leave them as they are, then they'd just continue to be worthless trashes forever. However petty you think the reason is, lying just to be nice is something that morons do. But then again, you're all stupid. I shouldn't be surprised."

The slytherin just tightened his grip on the girl's arm, ignoring her protests. He could care less about what she felt. He's not letting her go. He gave her a sharp look and turned his attention back to the boy, as if daring him to do something. Liam wasn't going to back this one down. He had a purpose for meeting her there, and heck, he had already wasted so much of his time arguing here. He wouldn't let this day pass without him accomplishing something. He'd do whatever means was necessary to get what he wanted. "Oh yes you will-" Liam was cut off from finishing his statement when he saw the boy pulled out his wand. Surprised, he had barely managed to avoid being hit by the spell. He had to thank his somewhat quick reflexes. However, because he had been too surprised, he had let go of the girl's hand and he was already standing a good few feet away from them. He was shaking. Not from fear but from anger. The boy didn't just try to harm him, did he? H3ck, he's not going to let that go! To h3ll with wasting his time, this boy wouldn't leave the room unharmed. He was not the type to resort to physical harm, but then, there's always a first time for everything. "So you finally showed your true colors eh? You're going to pay for that." He muttered darkly, pulling out his wand that was held securely at his pocket. He would return the favor to this boy. He'd return it twice as much, if not a hundred fold.

Ai was getting tired of this. Surely, she had just blacked herself out from the two wizards who were bickering. She already had enough of her headache and because of these two, her headache was getting worse. She was not liking the odds. The young Hufflepuff had just wanted to get her job with Liam done, get the other boy out before something serious happens and hopefully get back to bed before she collapses from exhaustion. Forcing herself out of bed was already taking it's toll on her and she was not liking it in the very least. She needed to get this through as fast as she could. "Boys," she thought to her mind, shaking her head. Ai tried to catch up on their conversation it seemed that it was all about weak and lying. Some nonsense in the Hufflepuff's opinion.

When the Slytherin's hand tightened on her hand, her voice let out a little whimper as she saw him gave him a sharp look probably telling her to keep her mouth shut. And so she would, until a little spell was released from one of the boy's wands. She looked over at Liam. He was unharmed, but furious. "Okay, time to stop being quiet," she thought to herself as she brought out her own wand and placed herself in the middle of the two boys. "Expelliarmus! Expelliarmus!" she disarmed the two boys, first chance she got. "Will you two PLEASE knock it off," she told them both, her voice pleading. "Accio, wands," she said as both wands came towards her and she caught it with her free hand.

"Can't we just settle this? I just want to go back to my room and get some rest," Ai explained to them calmly before looking at Liam. "I'll do the job you want me to do as fast as I can," she told him "I'll also make sure he keeps quiet about this incident," she pleaded. It would be the first she took matters into being diplomatic, and she does hope it work. It would be her only chance to get out of it unharmed and fast.

Jeremiah began to mentally qrite his will. Dante could have his books. The Ravenclaw quite liked books. Gabrian could have his bird, because he quite liked animals. He had hoped that this would go better, but it just seemed to be getting worse. He looked at the girl in total shock as his wand fell from his hand and went to her when she summoned it. That was quite shocking. The girl seemed to be playing a diplomat. He was impressed. The boy was at a distance and Miah quickly looked around. They could get out. As soon as they were in the hall, he wouldn't be able to do anything. They were close to the door. The boy was wandless. They could do this. "Yes, we can settle this." He looked at the girl and spoke quietly. "Follow my lead."

Jeremiah grabbed the boys wand from her hand and threw it to the other side of the room. He'd have to run to get it. He grabbed the girls hand. "Let's get out of here!" and he began to run and pulled her along. The boy would probably get his wand first, but it'd be too late if he did that. Jeremiah was ready to listen to whatever it was the girl would say to him, or wouldn't say to him. But he was not going to spend any more time with that boy. It would be very bad. The boy was furious at Miah and Miah was not ready to deal with him. He didn't want to. Not violently.

Liam was already mentally plotting how he would punish these two filthy trashes in front of him. Just hexing hexing them wasn't satisfying enough. Perhaps he should burn their body down to ashes? Or maybe he could dismember them and feed their remains to the dogs? That didn't sound good though. These two were stupid; he can't let their stupidity transfer to the already stupid creatures. Boy, he didn't want to live in a world full of idiotic beings like them. Besides, those were too easy and not painful enough. If he could, he wanted to kill them and bring them to life only to kill them again. That way, they'd know not to mess with him. The slytherin was too deep in his thought that the sudden spell thrown his way was gone unnoticed. He looked at his hand which previously held his wand. He was in total shock. It took him a few seconds to process everything, and when he did, he looked furiously at the girl. Why must these fleas interfere with him so much? He was about to reach out for his wand when the girl summoned it. She couldn't be challenging him. She didn't just do that. She would pay.

Liam took a step forward. He wasn't a fan of physical violence but if Ai wouldn't give his wand to him, Merlin knows, he's not going to hesitate to really hurt her. Before he could do that though, the cursed boy just had to interfere. Again. He looked, fuming in anger, as his wand came flying away from him. There was a good few feet between him, the wand, and the moronic duo. He had two options, run for his wand, or move and wrestle the boy down. The second option appeared attractive. should he do that, these two wouldn't be getting out of the room, unharmed. However, that didn't guaranty that he won't be injured as well. That was what made it not so great at all. Besides, he can't possibly leave his wand at the room too. Thus, though he wanted to strangle the two so much, he had to chose the first option. Hopefully, he'd be fast enough to grab his wand and hex the two before they go. However, should they be able to run away, he's not going to forget this. Liam didn't easily forget things. Especially grudges. Merlin, he'd have his revenge that they'd wish they never did ran away.

Ai was confused. Now what will she do? Liam was mad as hell at her right now after taking his wand and he is just about ready to attack, and the other boy was telling her to follow his lead. "What?" she asked him back and it wasn't long before she found out what he meant. She was surprised that one of the wands in her possession was thrown and her hand suddenly being pulled. Then, she found herself running with the boy outside of the abandoned classroom. "You do know that this won't be the last time he meets with me, right?" Ai said while running with the boy, while nervously thinking of what Liam would do the next time he owls her. "Anyway, thank you for getting me out of there," the Hufflepuff said with a smile. Although she knew that Liam would be plotting how to kill her the next time they meet, at the very least, she was safe for now. "I'm Ai," she introduced herself with the hopes of building friendship between her and the one who saved her from certain doom today.

Jeremiah knew quite well that that would not be the only meeting between the girl and the boy. If it were, it'd be surprising. However, at least today she was free of him, that was the important things. "I know. If he stopped there, it would be incredibly out of character for him. He seems far too tenacious." The Gryffindor stopped when they were at quite a distance from the Abandoned classroom and they were now with far more students. The boy would be an idiot to try anything now. He turned to face her. "However, next time you will be able to handle yourself a little better, I hope. I am but an owl away also." He then nodded. "You are welcome. I am Jeremiah Raven. But I must be going now. I need to be somewhere else." He began to leave, but then remembered his wand and took it from the girl. "Try not to get into too much trouble. Until next time." He briefly waved, and then turned on his heel and walked away.
