Not a Friendly Face

As the semester was going on and Gwen was receiving some of her first assignments of the year, her motivation to study was slowly declining. It was her OWL year but she didn't want to stress herself out too much like it was stressing everyone else around her. Instead, she just wanted to sit back and do her best without getting upset. The girl wrote letters to her family to procrastinate, particularly Cadell who recently graduated and now had nothing better to do than reply to her. He was always the fun sibling out of everyone, despite the fact the pair of them were completely different to one another. He took no interest in qudditch and spent most of his time reading, which Gwen rarely did outside of school. Even though he was fun, he was also good at study and suggested exactly that to her. After a lot of convincing, Gwen figured she had no other choice, especially now that she had so much work to complete and didn't want it to pile up, as that would definitely make her unnecessarily stressed. With a sigh, Gwen set off for the library, her textbooks in arms. She found an empty table rather quickly, dumping her stuff down on it and then opening up her Care of Magical Creatures textbook. She began writing some notes on the Snidget, finding them the most interesting creature they learnt about last lesson, hoping this wouldn't be a waste of time.
