New Friends.

[Chase Finnigan]

Chase wandered through Brightstone, a little hyper after a days shopping. He had maybe had one to many fizzy drinks at the Cafe he had just came from, and now he was just one hyper-active teenager. He walked with a spring in his step as he fiddled with his new neck chain that he had bought in Makutu. He looked down to look at his neck chain to see some feminine looking feet wandering towards him. He looked up and smiled. "Hey there." He said, with a cheeky grin on his face, giving the girl a nod, re-assuring her that he was talking to her.

 

[Arisa Havishmen]

Arisa was spending her day shopping for some necessities before she was forced to go back to Australia. Arisa sighed and placed her hands in her pockets thinking about how miserable her Christmas was going to be with her foster family. Just then she heard someone talking to her and looked down. There was a young boy standing there giving her a grin and nodding at her. "Um, hello, you know kids really shouldn't wander away from their parents, its dangerous" Arisa said thinking that Chase was a child that had wandered away from his parents.

Chase gave the girl a confused smiled as she referred to him as a 'kid.' "Sorry, but me? I ain't no kid...I'm 15." He said, trying to come across as friendly still. "Anyway, forget that, I'm Chase...and you are?" He said, holding his hand out to the girl. Chase shook his head around, to make his hair fall into place better than it already has. He liked to try and impress the girls, and he was obsessed with making his hair look good.

Arisa blushed and cover her mouth when the boy corrected her and said he was fifteen, "Oh! Oh Merlin I'm sorry" she said fastly. Arisa offered the boy a small smile when he introduced himself, "I'm Arisa, nice to meet you Chase" she replied shaking the boys hand. Arisa couldn't help but laugh as Chase tried to fix his hair. She had never met a boy who knew that hair shake quite as well as Chase.

Chase laughed a little as she tried to apologise for her ageing mistake. "Oh Merlin? I've never heard that one before." He giggled, running his hand over his head slowly, brushing the back of his hair down a little. "Hey no worries, I'm over it." He joked. Chase smiled as the girl introduced herself. "Arisa that's a nice name." He said, putting on the charm as he slowly let go of her hand, after the hand-shake. "And it's more than nice to meet you Arisa...I think you could say it's lovely to meet you..." Chase said, realising he was going to far, so shook it off, then re-focussed. "Anyway, are you from around here, it's just I don't remember seeing any pretty faces around here before, you must be the first." Chase complimented.
