I need a banner for a piece of work I'm doing for my course work, and I'm doing a project on if Torchwood were to be in Inverness, where I used to live. I have like a template on what size i'd like it to be, and I have provide images, just make it how you thing a banner would look best. I promise I will pay the maker a few galleons in the bank, orrrr *cough* Aurora's favourite student *cough* but in all seriousness, if anyone wants to do, then post what you'v made.
