Naveen is an incredibly shy boy who is used to his world being very small with just his dad's and twin sister to keep him company growing up. He was always scared of the unknown and has grown into a broad distrust for unfamiliar things and a desire to stay in his comfort zone. But despite his obvious reserved nature his dad's have pushed him from an early age to try any and every hobby or activity under the sun. The constant overbearing support to an almost toxic degree has made him a bit lost and unsure of who he is. So he tends to cling to the things he has found he does like, like playing the piano and gardening. Being homeschooled hasn't helped Naveen's shyness and his lack of socialization has made him very dependent on his sister even though he knows he shouldn't.

Naveen grew up in the small town of Clyde on his family's vineyard with his two fathers and twin sister Dhivya. His father's met through mutual friends and clicked right away. Avi's family owned a vineyard and had recently been left to him by the time he and Eashan had started dating. Without hesitation Eashan stepped up and together turned the vineyard into a very successful business. After years of focusing on work they decided to get married and have kids. Through surogacy they were blessed with a beautiful set of twins, Naveen and Dhivya. They abosolutely doted on them and from day one gave them everything they could possibly want and as they grew up made sure they had every oportinuty. Which let them to be overwhelmed with clubs and classes while they were homeschooled. Their house was warm and loving, if also a little stifling, with lots of land for them to roam in their limited downtime. Which lead their family to grow a bit more when his sister and him decided to take in two of the farm cats that lived on the property, one for each of them.
