Closed Music or Racket?

Ryan had already figured that he liked Hogwarts as soon as he arrived. There was just too many things that could be done. Not to mention that the castle was full of surprises. Or maybe it's just because he was a first year. Well, one surprise was definitely getting sorted into Ravenclaw. He didn't expect that really and he kind of felt out of sorts there. He always thought that it was for people who liked to study... like Zara. But perhaps it was for the best that his sister didn't get sorted into the house of blue and eagles and learning. She was much more suited with the Hufflepuffs and he could tell that she was at the very least relieved to not be in Ravenclaw. Him on the other hand? Well, it was fine, but he definitely needed some time away from the Common Room. Which was why he found himself lounging on the North Tower with his guitar. He had been trying to learn a song so that there could be more in his arsenal but it was not exactly going well. He was trying to play an old song by some old dude. It was an upbeat song that his siblings would not entirely hate once he actually gets to play it right. Problem was, he couldn't shift properly from an E minor to a G chord. That and his strumming was definitely out of beat. And so, instead of it sounding remotely like Shape of You, it was starting to sound like a mess of strums in the B minor, E minor and some chord that was definitely an attempt at G. This was definitely going to take a while. ​
