Pearl had been in the hospital wing as usual when an owl started tapping on the window she opened it and untied the letter from the birds foot. She opened it and right away she smiled, it was a letter from Megumi.

Mommy

I realy miss you mommy, when are you coming home again? Grnma sais cristmas but i cant wait til then! Plese tel me I can sea you soon. Im having lots of fun on the farm. Granpa let me ride one of the hourses all by myself, it was scary! Granma is a realy good cook, I bet the food at hogwarts isnt as goos as hers. granma is also teaching me how to grow my own gardn, granpa says that whn I turn six then Ill be a big boy and he can teach me how to help ot around the farm. Whats it like at the schol? is sissy ok?

Megumi

Pearl laughed as she read her sons letter. She thought that all the spelling mistakes were adorable. She grabed ink a quill and parchment before making her way to the owlery.

Megumi

I miss you too Hon, and don't worry. Christmas will be here before you know it. Have you thought about what your going to ask from Santa? It sounds like your having alot of fun on the farm. Maybe for Christmas Santa will bring you your own pony? Wouldn't that be fun? Then we could all go on rides together. I know what a great cook grandma is, I can't wait to come home and back to her cooking. You will be a big boy at six! Grandpa must really like you if hes letting you help out on the farm. I'm so happy you like it at grandma and grandpa's house. Things are great here, sissy is happy and says hi and that she loves you. Wanna know what would make things better here at the school? If your drew mummy a special picture and sent it to me, everyone would love it.

Pearl sent the letter off with the owl waiting for a responce. Getting that letter from her son reminded her how much she missed him. Her heart hurt a little just thinking of how little they got to see each other.

I drewed you the picture! I hop you lik it, i had alot of fun dawing it. Granma helped. I really would lik a pony for christmas, but how will santa know who to bring it to?

Pearl read Megumi's letter before turning it around to look at the picture. She couldn't help but let her laughs ring out. It was just so adorable. There was her, Hope and Arisa all with wands. Then there was Grandpa Dustin with his grey hair. Then there was Megumi, why did he have blue and green hair?

Its a beautiful picture! I love it, the second I get back to my office I'll frame it and hang it up. Santa will know to bring you a pony if you write to him and be a good boy. Remember, if your not a good boy then all you get is coal. Why do you have green and blue hair in the picture? You know that your hair is a beautiful dark brown.

ill ask granma to help me write a leter to santa then! ill be a good boy and eat all my vegies and everything. My hair is green and blu cause I can change my hair color, those are the colors that it goes when im realy excitd or hapy. I can grow taler too, and change the whole way i look! grandma sys its caled metamorpfgus. she says its specal, i thnk i scard granpa tough.

Pearl read the letter over and over again. She couldn't believe it, her son was a metamorphmagus. She was upset that she had missed the first time he had shown the family. Pearl felt like crying, she was missing so much in her sons life.

Megumi

Thats wonderful! Why didn't you tell mommy you were a metamorphmagus? I can't wait to come see you and you can show mommy. Thats good that your going to be a good boy for grandma and grandpa, yes you should eat your veggies, then you'll grow up to be big and strong like grandpa.

Pearl sent the letter off and forced back tears. She wished her whole family could be together, but her life was here at Hogwarts being a Nurse.
