Karah walked off of the Hogwarts grounds and down to Brightstone Village, feeling very anxious and un-Gryffindor-like. Today she was meeting her half-sister(s) and the thought was just nerve wracking because she could very well bring their mother or they could hate her and if there were any people that Karah did want to have a good relationship with it was with her family. Sure, she and the Love's hadn't known each other and that didn't really make them family but by blood they were and she was still scared of the prospect that they would hate her.

As she went on the red headed girl told herself to think positively, Lindsay had seemed very nice so there was no reason to not think that they wouldn't hit it off tremendously. So with a positive tune to her thoughts she stood where they had decided they would meet during the Brightstone Village.

Lindsay Love apparated from the Harbour to Brightstone. She was supposed to be meeting her youngest sister that had just been revealed to her. The blonde had been thinking quite a bit about the meeting over the past few days. She vaguely remembered helping the young girl in the Menagerie but she didn't remember exactly what she was like. Was there anything in her that resembled the Love girls? It didn't exactly surprise her that her parents would keep such a secret from herself as well as Audrey. They were excellent secret keepers.

Lindsay walked to the spot where she had agreed to meet Karah. She wished Audrey was here with her but the other girl hadn't been able to get permission to leave France. Her emerald eyes scanned the students, waiting to see if she could catch a glimpse of her little sister's red hair.

Karah's green eyes were flecked with worry as she approached a tall blonde woman she knew to be Lindsay Love and her sister. "'Ello," she said, her English accent prominent as she tried to pronounce the letter 'h'. Pushing back a stray strand of auburn hair, Karah noticed that Lindsay was blonde and she knew that this kind of blonde was not from a bottle. This brought the small child to frown, she really looked nothing like her sister and she imagined nothing like her mother as Karah had always been a spitting image of her red-haired father. In fact on closer inspection, Karah saw that the only similarities between the two in terms of physical characteristics were the colour of their eyes and the way that their face was shaped and the cleft chin that seemed to be more prominent in Lindsay.

Lindsay turned as she heard someone speak. It was Karah. The blonde instantly recognized her, smiling down at the girl. Arabella, invisible until now, peeked out from behind her mother's legs. She still wasn't walking perfectly or speaking more than a handful of words. The little girl looked almost identical to her mother. Lindsay glanced down, feeling her holding on tightly. She smiled at her daughter before picking her up. "Hey Karah." she said pleasantly in return. There didn't seem to be much of anything strikingly similar in the sisters' faces but if one looked deeper, it did appear that they were related.

Karah was startled to see a small child peek it's head from behind Lindsay's legs. The young girl wasn't a fool and knew that her mother and Lindsay's father didn't have a small child so she had to be either a cousin or a niece. They looked like mother and daughter, almost like Karah and her father did in terms of similarities and she smiled softly at the younger girl. "She's sooo cute!" Karah gushed whilst stepping a timid step forward and petting the little girl's head lightly, before finding herself and stepping back a comfortable length from Lindsay.
