Massive Prayer Request

Hey there.
Some of you may know this, but on Saturday morning, Christchurch in New Zealand suffered an Earthquake that was 7.4 on the Richter scale. Thankfully, there were only two injuries, no deaths reported what-so-ever, praise the Lord.
However, it has caused so much destruction, and so many people are now homeless. And just to top it off, the aftershocks are still going. This may give you an example of what it is like.
In recent news, Hawkes Bay and Wellington have also just been hit by Earthquakes, though they were only 5.2 and 3.8.
So please, please pray for these areas.

Well.

Just a comment. We rescued a boat from Kaiapoi (one of the worst effected places -- effected or affected?) about two days before the quake, and now the garage it was in is destroyed and the boat would have been too. Freaky coincidence.

I felt the quake in Dunedin, and I remember thinking that a) it must be coming from Queenstown area (I felt each wave as if it came from that direction), b) or maybe it was just the wind shaking the house, and c) it must be at least a 6, if it was a quake. It was really scary and I'm just so pleased that I don't live in Christchurch.

My thoughts go out to all in NZ's second largest city, I ♥ you all and you're amazing for coping like you are through the hundreds of aftershocks.
