Born: January 1st 1988

Description: Sleek Black hair and Brillaint blue eyes wears silver robes with green snakes streaking down. He also wears Emerald Robes wth Gold sparks. Very serious and picky, proud and not very kind towards children

Height: 6'7

Blood Status: Half blood (though if asked he will easily lie and say he was a pure blood)

Mother: Martha Silverback (Maiden Name Thornine)
Father: Luxor Siverback (deceased)

School/Education: Attended Hogwarts from 1999 to 2006 (sorted into Slytherin)

In Slytherin house he fell in love with the Ravenclaw Maeve O'Brien however their love was not to be, Luxen did a horrible thing to Maeve and ever since she has not spoken with him, at least untill the Leaky Cauldron burned to the ground.

He is exceptional at Potions so well in fact that he has invented several potions including ones he sells in his shop 'Finite Veritas' he is one of the top Potioneers of the Age and is always working on improvements to existing Potions or his own originals (funny note Potions wasn't his favorite school subject Charms was and while he is good at Charms he is far surpassed by his Potions skills)

Luxen is good at Charms but greatly surpassed by his ability to cast Curses, he tends to use them rather than jinx or hexes has even invented his own curse and can control Fiendfyre (though not as well as Lord Voldemort)

Prior Conviction: In 2009 Luxen Silverback was sentenced to three years in Azkaban for attempting to stage a revolt against the Minstry of magic and attack muggleborns he was released for good behavior under grounds that he reformed.

Death Eaters: Luxen has had a few run in's with the members of the Death Eaters and their family. Most recently he was partially responsible for the destruction of the 'Leaky Cauldron' and the deaths of several innocent bystanders.

Current Known Death Eaters: Thanatos Perthro, Jacquline Burke.

Suspected of Being a Death Eater: Valcan Drage/ Other Members of the Drage Family.

Shop: The Silver Snake is the shop owned by Luxen after his release from Azkaban he traveled the world learning and inventing new potions and experimening with new things. It was in Canada that he met a young woman by the name of Morganna Le'Creigh they dated for seven months, through her he met Cordillia Le'Creigh famous Dark Philospher of the age, both of them taught him many new things including a few of the Le'Creigh Potions making secrets. However it was not meant to be and soon after Cordillia found out he was only a half blood she forbayed the two from seeing each other. Luxen left Canada shortly after and founded his shop.

The shop has Marble floors and is very lit all items sit on Silver Counters and at the Entrances to the front and back of the store are Augmented Snake Stautes there are portraits of famous Slytherin's hanging on the wall including Salazar, Lord Voldemort (artist rendering), and Snape. It also has a Snake Chanderlier hanging from the Ceilieng with Emerald Eyes.

The Dark Deeds of Luxen Silverback:

Was partially responsible for the Leaky Cauldron being destroyed.

Had a Wizard Duel with Jacquline Burke resulting in the near destruction of her shop.

Killed Giovani Fiorelli (accidently while dueling Thanatos Perthro inside the Burning Cauldron)

Tortured once and almost killed Maeve O'Brien

Modified the Memory of Maeve O'Brien several times.

Nearly killed Estrella Drage and Courtney Potter, (left the shop active and allowed it to continue it's assualt)

Bred Dragons inside his shop (after one Dragon escaped and his shop was nearly destroyed, stopped all the illegal transfer of goods at least for a while)

Sent Tin to spy on the Residence of the Gables/ Used Tin several times to provide cover for his deeds, once at the Gables and once at St. Mungo's

Constantly plots to overthrow the Ministry For Magic and bring Anarchy to the World. As well as the Destruction of Hogwarts School (know real attempts made as of yet)

Hogwarts, Many Years Ago.

As Told by Maeve O'Brien and Luxen Silverback.


Maeve had been going down to the dungeon to the potions room when she
had seen him approaching. The damage had already been done, he had
spent the last two years making her life a misery, they had been such good
friends and might have been more. But his Slytherin friends had made fun
of him for being with a 'mudblood' and since that day he had treated her
cruelly. She tried to keep to the other side of the corridor, she kept her
head down so she wouldn't have to look at him. But, he had stood right infront
her.
"Hi Maeve", he had said in his old way, his kind way. She didn't want
to look at him. "I here you're seeing an Italian boy now!" Maeve just nodded
and tried to walk past him, he stopped her again. He was so close now, she
feel his breath on her face.
"You'll never be his" he sneered at her, she shot him a look then, disbelieving
what she had just heard. He couldn't hurt her anymore, her heart was with
someone else. With out warning, he cupped her face in his hands and kissed
her, it was hard and urgent. No sooner started than it finished, Maeve was left
standing in shock, touching her swollen lips. He looked at her then as if not
believing he had done it, he touched her hair gently but she flinched.
"I'll never touch you without your permission, ever again!" with that he walked
away from her.
She had been wrong, she wasn't safe from him...as long as there was a piece
of her heart that cared for him, she would always be in danger of getting hurt
by him or worse...destroyed.


Maeve and Luxen had been very close even though
he was younger than she was. On their last happy day together, they had
been at the lake having a picnic. "What do you want to be when you grow
up Maeve?" Luxen asked with a smile as she put her toes in the lake.

"I am grown up!" she replied kicking the water with her feet,
she looked at him with those eyes, and he felt like the world
had melted. "Maeve there's something I've been meaning to ask yo-"
but before he could finish a few other boys from his dorm appeared.
Two were his age the one a year younger "what's up Lux!" a boy
with long greasy blond hair asked staring
at both of them.

"Look Lux found himself a Mudblood!" the other boy shouted pointing
at Maeve he had short red hair and was quite tall. "Yeah and look she
standing in 'Mud' looks like she knows her place!" The youngest boy
laughed he was blond like the first, his little brother. "Shut Up!" Luxen
cried getting to his feet and pulling out his wand "Or I'll jinx you!" He said
pointing his wand at the youngest. Maeve stood there watching without
saying a word "you'll never be a Deah Eater if you hang around
Smooching with 'Mudbloods'" the older brother sneered.

"I'm not Smooching with her!" Luxen yelled at the other boy "I don't
even care about her!" He continued. Luxen didn't even look at Maeve
knowing already that those last words must've stung. "Then jinx 'her'"
the younger brother said alloud pointing at her "what?" Luxen said staring
at the younger brother. "yeah Lux if you don't care about the filthy little
'Mudblood' prove it!" the boy with the Red hair exclaimed. All three boys
were staring at him jeering him to Jinx her.

Without warning or Reason Luxen turned around and shouted
"Petrificus Totalus!" Maeve fell backwards into the water though not deep
enough to drown. Luxen was angry at them, but mostly her! He walked
over to her as her eyes began to well up with tears. He place his hand in
the water and pulled out a large clump of Mud and smeered her face with it
"eat that, you filthy MUDBLOOD!" Luxen yelled as he walked away leaving
her in the water. Luxen never forgave himself for that day and understood
if she never would either.

Luthor Silverback!

Age: 3

Isn't he cute!

With him is the Silver Snake 3.0 carrying loads of information it is the only one that can speak English!

This one has also been given a personality!

When baby Luthor was born Luxen gave him the Silver Snake 3 as a gift but more importantly as a guardian as it can kill with one bite!

The name of the snake is Sigourney and is desgned to be a female snake

Luthor is playfull however very quiet rarely speaking to anyone even his own parents, though Luxen doesn't mind 'a sign of a genius'

Martha Silverback tries' to instill certain things in him but he rarely listens to her or his mother preferring to play with his snake who is with him 24/7 constantly whispering things into his ear, Luxen assures everyone the snake is a harmless friend and gaurdian that will keep Luthor safe, especially from wild animals like werewolves.

In December of 2022 Luxen Silverback died while battling Morganna Le'Creigh inside the Silver Snake however by April of 2023 Luxen had return to the world of the living as Bleak Street's own Dark Presence.

He has dubbed himself the Lord of Nightmares or the Lord of Dreams that Terrify, this is because unlike other Dark Presences Luxen rarely attacks the physical body. Instead he tends to enter the mind creating illusions that only the inflicted can see, everyone else typically see's the victim in a zombie like state something that is not rare in Bleak Street and thus ignored. While normally any physical damage done is only mental and does not last, the mental damage inflicted can sometimes leave the victim traumatized or their mind damaged.
