luciano grew up in mexico without a father and only his mother, they lived in the lesser parts of town. it allowed him, forced him, to become more independent, resourceful and take care of others as well. he learned a lot on those streets, and grew up knowing to share things even if you did not have enough to share.
not knowing his father, mother being a muggle, he did not know about magic and only found out when a letter of the ministry of magic came in. luciano had been using magic unconsciously. using transfigurations foremost, conjuring food from the bakeries and shops whether he thought about thus going against lawful magic. but since he was underage the ministry let it through but ending up helping out instead. informing luciano's mother about the fact there had been a magical gene in the family. once the required age, luciano was off to hogwarts.
