Danielle was so bored, she didn't know what to do. She just walked along Obisidian Harbour, hoping something would happen to give her adventure. She took a bite into her Churro, and pushed her hair back. "I wish someone will just talk to me! I'm really bored." Danielle whispered to herself. Danielle straightened her shirt, and kept walking. She almost tripped over a pebble, and then while she wasn't looking forward, she walked into someone, and fell to the ground, dropping her Churro. "Ow! Sorry bout That!" Danielle told this person as she got up. This person seemed to be a girl. "Need some help?" Danielle asked, extending a hand towards her.

It was another typical day here at Obsidian Harbour.
The hustle and bustle of withes and wizards doing their own things, many who clutch shopping bags, others holding onto hands of their lovers and then there were people like Willow. Who had simply had nothing to do until her flight back into Dunedin and to kill time and money that she knew she shouldn't spend, was to go wandering around window shopping...until the urge to buy something kicks in.

Today, it just happened she bought some cookery books and her compulsory second year book, clutching her package in one hand and her small tote bag in the other, she started wandering around. By now, she would have bumped into someone she would have known, Chris, as usual, would forever be disappearing somewhere that Willow wouldn't know.

With her head down, she walked against the winter breeze, concentrating on not falling on the icy pathway like she did four times before going into Flourish and Blotts and three times since leaving the shop. The bruise count had to be amazing.
Feeling sore and a little bruised, Willow walked into something that did not feel like a pole or something remotely stand-still.
"Ah!" She gasped as she lost her footing and fell; She looked up to the girl extending her hand out, she had to be younger than Willow. "Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't see where I was going!" Willow exclaimed as she grabbed hold of the girls hand to pick her self up, grabbing her book package along the way.

"It fine! Just a small bruise! Are you okay?"Danielle asked as she pulled this girl up. She seemed a bit older then Danielle, but only about a year or two. "I'm Danielle Warbeck, Whats your name?" Danielle asked her. Danielle then picked up her Churro and threw it out, it was wasted now but Danielle didn't mind much, its not like this girl took it and threw it on the ground. "Don't worry about the Churro." Danielle told her. "It was almost done anyways." Danielle smiled, flipping her hair back again.

Willow laughed and gave the girl a smile; "Haha, Small Bruise. Sorry about your Churro by the by...I'm sure it was delicious, I like Churros myself." She looked at the broken Churro and watched the girl picking it up and throwing it away. Willow thought with appreciation that this girl didn't just leave it there to rot.

So, the girl's name was Danniele Warbeck. Willow smiled and offered her name; "I'm Willow Autumn, pleased to meet you. Are you at Hogwarts?" She tried to start a casual conversation, it was the least she could do after being so clumsy.

"Aren't Churro's delicious? I love them." Danielle told her, wiping her hand off, after touching the ground. This girl seemed really nice, and might be the adventure Danielle was looking for. This girl introduced herself to be Willow Autumn. "No, I'm going, First Year! Are you at Hogwarts yet?" Danielle asked, thinking about how amazing it will be. "If you have been there, is it amazing?" Danielle asked, nicely.

So that would explain why she's younger than me... Willow thought as they walked along the path;
"I'm Second Year now and yes it's amazing! The classes and the grounds, it's a little scary at first, but don't worry you'll find your way." She adjusted the books in in her arm and continued; "I will admit, you'll probably get lost in your first week there, the moving staircases...move...a lot. But generally people in your year group would be as scared and nervous as you would be, but there'll be the prefects and the people in your houses would help you. I'm in Gryffindor."

Willow was sure as hell hoping she wasn't babbling and making the girl nervous about Hogwarts.

Listening to Willow talk, got Danielle even more excited about Hogwarts, she was upset that she wasn't already there. "I don't think I'd be that scared, I don't usually get scared. Although, I haven't seen the place so I can't tell you for sure." Danielle laughed. Willow was a really nice person, and Danielle was happy that she would see Willow in Hogwarts. "Oh, Your in Gryffindor? Thats the house I want to be in. Well, thats the house that fits my personality the best. Either way I don't really care what house I get as long as its not Slytherin." Danielle said rolling her eyes, thinking about people like that.

Willow laughed about Danielle's comment about Slytherin, it was the norm apparently to loathe such a house; "Gryffindor is awesome, Our dorm is in the highest tower. And Slytherin is not that bad, I have a friend in Slytherin and he's really nice and Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw are good houses too. Everyone has their place, the sorting hat never lies either." Willow thought back to her first year at Hogwarts, how she was scared that she would be placed into Slytherin until she met Stefan, he was a nice quiet boy and was happy to have him as a friend.

"I probably shouldn't judge, some Slytherins are really nice, I know. I think one of my friends, may be in Slytherin." Danielle said, smiling. Danielle was taught not to judge much. "Do you know what, Gummy Bears are made of? If I tell you, you will be grossed put!" Danielle told Willow laughing. It was admittedly really gross, but really funny.

Willow nodded in agreement. Sometimes, you're placed in a house you don't think you belong but for some reason you just. fit. in.
She looked at Danielle feeling confused, "Mmm. no, I actually don't know what Gummy Bears are made off, I know their...gummy so they must be made of Gelatine right?" She laughed, Willow actually had no idea what Gummy Bears were made off, but she was enjoying her conversation with Danielle.

"Well, some are made of Gelatin, the really chewy ones are, but some are made of.... Bone-Marrow! Gross right?" Danielle said, giggling a bit. "I can't believe that, and they say its Gelatin! Liars!" Danielle told Willow laughing again, their conversation, has went into wierd mode.

"Eeeheeheewwwww! That's disgusting! And I thought they were just made out of Gelatin and sugar and loads of flavoring." Willow started to feel a little ill after hearing that and wondered where this conversation was going to go. The wintry breeze died down as soon as it came and people started to re-emerge from shops - as if they were waiting for the winter wind to go away.

"Say, do you know whats red and smells like blue paint?" Willow asked Danielle very seriously, she was telling a joke of course, but Willow was the type of person who likes telling jokes seriously. It was just a thing she did when it came to breaking the ice when meeting new people. ...that's if they have an ounce of humor in them..I'm sure Danielle does...I hope. Willow thought as she waited for Danielle to reply.

"I know! I almost threw up when I heard that!" Danielle said, pretending to throw up. Danielle always loved to joke around, except in her Muggle school, nobody could take a joke. "Erm, Blood? Red Onions? I don't know." Danielle said, trying to think. Oh Gosh I'm a little afraid of this answer, well this will be interesting Danielle thought to herself.

Willow smirked when Danielle pretended to throw up. In public.
...Welll, at least she doesn't have any sense of self-humiliation. which is good.

She grinned at Danielle's answer, secretly glad that she was stumped,
"No silly, Red paint!" Willow giggled. It was one of the lamest jokes in the book, but it really didn't bother Willow much that her jokes didn't provoke a laugh. Even so, it was the only joke that she could of think of right now. Secretly, she was wishing she had Chris's mind for jokes - he always had good jokes.

"Red Paint! Ha! I should have known. I will scold myself now!" Danielle said pretending to get mad at herself. "Bad! NO! Bad!" Danielle yelled out loud. She really could care less about what people thought of her. "This one is really easy - Whats Black and White and Red all over?" Danielle asked. To Danielle this was easy but she wasn't sure about Willow.

Will you reply to my Relationships? In My Siggy.

Willow laughed, she appreciated Danielle's humor.
She listened to the girls joke and she felt a sense of irony, she heard that joke before - in intermediate school where they were having a joke morning. It was one of those jokes that seems impossible to answer but in fact the answer is in the question itself. Although, there were different answers for this joke, so Willow smiled; "It's a newspaper right? Red all over...Read all over." She giggled. It was great fun.

Danielle kept on scolding herself, for a while. When Willow was thinking for a bit Danielle hummed This until, she came up with an answer. "Well, I was not talking aout reading, I was talking about the color red. The answer is... A cow that got hit by a truck! Oh No! Heh, funny right? Right? RIGHT??" Danielle yelled shaking her head. This talk was defiantly getting weird.

Willow blinked.
This conversation was getting a little...out of hand...and to be honest, she didn't really find the joke funny at all.
"Thats.....wow. Definitely something." She laughed hesitantly.
She wasn't exactly sure what to say now, or how to put the conversation back to...normal.

"Danielle shrugged her shoulders. "Although that is very mean, it is... different? I don't know how to put it." Danielle said. Their conversation turned quiet for a bit so Danielle tried to make a bit more normal. "Do you play any instruments? I play the Drums and Guitar!" Danielle said, smiling. She loved playing them so much, it calmed her.

"Whyy...yes, I do actually. I play Violin, Guitar, Piano and Sing...probably going to learn the flute at some point." Willow smiled, She was always content and happy when it came to her instruments. She could picture her instruments back at home. Even though she plays the three instruments, she owned more than one of each - she was eager to pick up her electric violin again and hear the beautiful strums on her acoustic guitar. The sound of the baby grand piano at her Uncle's studio. Music made her feel free and relaxed. It was probably the best thing growing up - in such a rich and vibrant musical lifestyle - music influenced Willow's life. It was who she is.
