Was trying to pull a prank in the library the best of ideas? Absolutely not, but Flynn had never cared for such things as worrying about consequences or anything. And it was not even like getting into trouble really worried him in the slightest in the first place. Though the problem was that he didn't know what he was actually going to do yet, humming under his breath as he wandered up and down the aisles, looking from left to right at all the different books. Maybe he could mix everything up and switch things around so everything was in the wrong place? Or was that too lame? Hide all the books on the top of the shelves where no one could see them? Maybe hide something in one of the books which exploded glitter everywhere once you opened the book. Now that could be interesting.

Richard had been at Hogwarts for a while now. And he hadn't pulled a prank at the school yet. He was slightly annoyed at himself because he had promised himself that he would pull a prank off, it just hasn't happened yet. Even though he had a book filled with many different ideas, he just wasn't sure. Ricky stood in one of the aisles trying to find a book that may give him an idea to pull a prank, while also looking into his prank idea book, he noticed a guy that was probably about his year, wandering up and down the aisles. "Hey, what are you up to?" Ricky had said nosely.

Why was coming up with any good ideas so hard? It shouldn't be this hard, he was a great prankster so you would think his head would just be filled to the brim with all sorts of mischief. And, usually, it was, but now he was standing here wanting to do something in the library, his mind was just pulling up blanks. "Struggling," he admitted with a small huff, dropping his shoulders as he wrinkled his nose up at the row of books he was stood in front of. It was not like he was just going to come out and tell someone that he was planning on pulling a prank, that was just going to get him into trouble.

Richard nods when the guy responds, going back to his prank book, while also looking for a book to read. "Do you know if there has been a really epic prank been pulled?" Ricky says curiously to the boy, as he was still looking at the books. Ricky wanted to get some ideas that could help him pull off a prank, but he wasn't sure what sort of prank he would like to pull off.

When the other boy suddenly mentioned pranks, Flynn perked up a little, but then narrowed his eyes. Was this kid onto him already? Before he had even done anything? That really would ruin his plans if someone managed to work out he was the one behind the trouble before he had even caused it. "Dunno, why you asking?" He tried to sound pretty indifferent about it, straightening up and fixing his eyes on the shelf of books in front of him to stop himself from glancing over so much.

Ricky looked at the boy, and he had seemed slightly suspicious when he had asked the boy. But Ricky wasn't going to be bothered by it. "Uh, I don't know. I've been thinking of doing a prank. Nothing too big at this stage. The school needs to lighten up a bit." Ricky says with a shrug, before looking back at the books on the shelf. He had heard from people around the school that there had been fights around the school, but he wasn't sure if that was true or not. Ricky had hoped that the boy wasn't going to nark on him for wanting to do pranks at school, and had hoped that he didn't regret his decisionn by telling the boy about his small idea.

When it appeared the other boy was thinking about doing his own prank and not telling a Professor, Flynn did find his attitude lightening just a little. "Oh," maybe he could make the most of this situation. It wasn't every day he found someone else in this castle who would be willing to break the rules. "I mean, I was thinking the same thing, really. But I don't have any ideas." Not exactly true, he did have some ideas, but none of them were very good or interesting.
