Leah Winters walked gracefully up to the owlery with a letter in hand. She had yet to seal it, and wished to read over it once more just in case she had made any spelling errors. She reached the top and opened it one last time before she sent it.

Natalie,

Be careful. Please, be careful. I hear you are hanging around Bleak Street, I know your choices are your own, but please, be careful.

Leah

Smiling with accomplishment, she summoned a brown owl over and tied the letter to his leg. "Take this to my sister, Natalie Winters. She kinda looks like me only younger." The owl hooted and took off, flying into the evening sky.

A mysterious owl appear in front of the girl, an owl that didn't look similar to ones she was used to seeing. Its beak held a ivory enveloped letter were a brief message was written, to perfect to be Link Woods hand writing. The owl would open its beak dropping the letter in front of Ms. Winters, perched on the railings of the owerly as it awaits for a significant reply.

Hogs Head again, twilight the first night. I'll be waiting....

L. Woods

Leah raised an eyebrow as she tore the letter open and read it's contents. She had been kept waiting for two hours at the edge of the Forbidden Forest without a word from Link. Biting the bullet, she decided to write back and picked up a quill.
Link,

I'll be there.

Leah

She attached it to the owls leg and watched him fly off in the distance.

Leah walked up to the Owlery trying to figure out what she could say to Link in her letter. She had no parchment, let alone any ink with her, knowing that they had a table with that stuff up in the Owlery. She reached the top, and smiled smally at all the owls. She walked over to the desk, and pulled a piece of parchment towards her, along with ink and a quill.
She dipped the quill in the ink and set the tip on the parchment. She had to admit to herself, that she was beginning to grow something more than the feeling of friendship for Link.
She began to scrawl words upon the page, not exactly thinking about what she wrote.
Link,

How are you? I look forward to Brightstone weekend when we can meet up again.

Leah

She finished up, feeling a bit lame, and gave the letter to a black owl and watched him fly away.

The owl had reach Link in Ireland one morning, as he sat in porch the residents he was staying at. It was from Leah, his hands sliding open as he retrieve the parchment inside, reading it briefly he responding back.
Dear Leah,

I'm fine actually at the moment I'm in Ireland. Hope that everything well with you? Maybe we could meet somewhere else besides the Hog? Getting tired of that dreadful place, but if its only place guess it will do.

Link
Link send the brief letter with the owl, neglecting many details, if Leah had known him well she would figure out he didn't much tell all in letters. Last time he did that, well you could say it was his biggest mistake. Though he might tell her little more in the next letter, might as well be sane while he was here.

Leah had been sitting against a tree reading a book when an owl flew up to her and dropped a letter and landed beside her. Leah reached in her back and gave the owl an owl treat that she had been carrying with her, just in case an unexpected letter arrived. She took the letter and opened it hurriedly. Link was very vague, but what did it matter? At least he replied.

She took a brand new piece of parchment, some ink, and a quill and began to write.
Link

I am doing well. Just counting the days until Brightstone is open again. Times like these make me wish that I were not a student anymore.
The Hogs Head is dingy, and not very clean. Perhaps we could meet in the town square.

Leah

She finished up the letter and gave it to the owl to deliver.

Link had been working around the house getting used to it somehow so one day when he found his home he get use to maintaing his own. He was mainly doing magic, charms and curse of protection, wondering if he was capable of just simple antics. He heard a tap on the window, turning around he spoted a owl. "Must me Leah." he mumble to himself actually missing seeing her and wished she was done with that school.
Dear Leah,

Yes I can not wait, and wished you weren't at school as well. Days like this wished I didn't leave years ago, makes me want to go back for the last year. Nah, don't think they accept the likes of me back. How are you cooping by the way?

Link.

Link gave the owl a dead mouse, before it soar away towards New Zealand.

Leah left the library quite pleased with her finds. As soon as she went out the door an owl swooped down and dropped a letter, and immediately flew away. "Curses." She growled. She knew that the owl was probably tired from its journey, so she could not blame it, but she was not looking forward to the long walk to the owlery.
Leah began her walk through the halls of Hogwarts and through the grounds, and finally found herself on top of the owlery picking a barn owl to deliver the letter.

She picked up a quill and wrote:
Link

I do wish you could have been here this year. I would not tell anyone but you, but I am thinking of dropping out. I have no use for this school, and I have learned many spells on my own, and not from the teachers.

Leah

She sent the owl away and watched until it disapeared.

A new owl had appear just before Link, as it flown down to drop a letter, resting upon Link chair. It was from Leah, he read the letter carefully and he didn't blame why she thought of leaving school, but was it more to the story? Maybe it had something to do with him, possibly he wasn't sure.
Dear Leah,

It doesn't surprise me that you want to depart from the school. If I left soon than you really do understand, but I do hope you make your decision. write back soon.

Link

Leah smiled when she saw an owl scratching at the window in her dorm room. She got up from her bed, and marked her place in her book before opening the window and reading it.
Link,

I want to leave, but I am unsure how to go about it. Anyway, do not answer if you feel it is unsafe, but are you currently in Brightstone, or elsewhere?

Leah

Link read Leah letter a few times, he chuckle reading the parts when she worried about his safety. He felt like a fugitive in some ways, the way she had wrote it, or Link basically hiding from someone. No he wasn't either one, definitely not hiding from anyone, he had done that when he was younger.
Dear Leah,

I'm in Ireland for a while, I'm actually looking for something. I don't know what it is, something called me over here. So I'm staying with a friend, searching for whatever that beckons me here, may be a waste of time, but its worth my time, seeing as I'm to young..? Well I'll let you know more, so Brightstone it is? Maybe you could explain more what's going on in school?

Link

Leah went up to the owlery after reading Link's letter. The owl had flown off to get some food so Leah had to march up to the owlery. She had already written her letter, so she handed it to a white owl and watched him fly away. It read:
Link,

I hope you find what it is you are looking for. I'm sure whatever it is, cannot be far away from where you are.
I just feel like I am wasting my time here, especially because I could be doing so much more out of school.

Leah

Link read Leah letter as it arrived in mid day, he felt himself stiffle a sigh. He wished she was here instead of in school, maybe she was wishing the same. His encounter in Bleak streets weren't wonderful memories, he wished nothing of this his enemies, but it goes to show you how much he was willing to take for someone else besides himself.
Leah,
If you feel as if the school atmosphere if not for you than leave. If you want I can meet you anywhere I don't mind as long as I could see you. Becoming insane and being able to live a normal life has become a difficult task. I still know what I want just haven't receive enough respect to earn it. What I'm looking may never exist anymore, eh it was worth a try but at I have other things in life to look forward to.
Truly,
Link

Leah snatched the letter from the owl feeling in a poor mood. She hastily read it, and scrawled a letter before handing it back to the owl to take back to Link.
Link,
I am in a terrible mood. I have been thinking about one of my enemies and naturally I see her almost everyday. It is irritating. Anyway, let me write of other things. You will get what you desire. Things of that particular nature takes time. Perhaps alot of time. Be patient.
I have been giving dropping out serious thought, and may just do so.

Leah

The normal school owls had made itself once again to Link. Link could tell it was tierd, he let it rest for a while and even attend to its need. Once it was fully rested and had peck on a couple house mouse he had a letter ready for it to be deliver.
Leah,

Tell me of your predicament maybe I could help? Have you tried cursing the little witch to oblivion? Maybe that would work. I know things will take time, its the process of getting there urging me even more. What I was seeking was my past, except I'm not sure if I want to to continue my search, its seems like a dead end, besides my future holds more as I stated before. If you do drop out, I will be waiting in the harbours.
Truly,
Link
