Alicia had been angry for a few days after the breakup with Marama, and it had been nice. It had felt good to just be furious, it was something she could draw energy from. She had been angry at training, angry in classes, angry at the Halloween Feast. But eventually, the anger drained away, and with that, the energy drained away too. She felt so tired throughout the whole day, and it wasn't like she could even hide away from Marama or Eluned. She saw both of them constantly in the common room or at the house table. It was maddening. Alicia had sat through a particularly long Charms lesson and was trying to make her way to down to the Great Hall when she spotted Marama at the end the hallway. Alicia stopped walking and looked around, spotting a door nearby. She just felt like she couldn't stand walking past her ex girlfriend for what seemed like the thousandth time this week, pretending not to see her. She fled through the door into what seemed to be an abandoned classroom. She sat down on one of the dusty chairs and dropped her head in her hands. She had stayed here mostly because of Marama, and now... now what?

Bailey felt like she'd barely paid attention in charms, the lesson seemed to go by so fast while she had been distracted by everything else she had going on in her life. There were so many things on her mind it wasn't surprising she had basically tuned out Professor Haden. When the class was finally over she made her way out of the classroom not paying attention to what was happening around her or who was around her as she walked down the corridor. The sudden movement of Alicia hiding in an abandoned class snapped her out of her daze, Bailey looked up and saw Marama at the end of the hall, weren't they dating? Why would Alicia be hiding from her? Despite being the leader of a girls group Bailey wasn't exactly caught up on the schools gossip so maybe she had missed something. She didn't know Alicia very well but they had spent some time together, maybe she should go and make sure she was ok? Bailey looked up and down the hall to see if someone, anyone, around was better suited to do it before she went up and knocked on the door of the classroom and poked her head in. "Alicia, you ok?"

Alicia felt the tears coming even though she tried to keep herself together. She couldn't help it. She wanted to go, to go back to France, to never have to see Marama again. But she was also finally settling in here, she had a spot on the team, she was making friends... She just didn't know what to do. She sniffed and looked up as she heard a knock on the door, quickly wiping at her eyes. "I'm fine." She said unconvincingly. Wiping at her eyes more aggressively, she shook her head. "Okay, no... but I will be." She muttered.

Bailey knew the sound of a voice that was holding back tears. She had a few sisters who had all sworn they were fine just before they burst into tears. With that experience and her own guy instinct telling her that Alicia’s half hearted attempt to assure her she was ok was bogus, Bailey pushed open the door and stepped into the classroom. No sooner had she done so had Alicia backed tracked on her own statement and admitted she wasn’t okay after all, but she would be. “What happened? I saw you walk the other way from Marama, did something happen between you two?” Bailey must have sounded like the least informed person at the school. If there was drama it had probably been spread by gossip and for whatever reason, Bailey was immune to gossip, it never seemed to reach her.
