Personality:
Forever the cold and uncaring one, Leah has a way of not growing attached to anyone at all. Her daily personality consists of insults, harshness, and a general all around snob attitude. It is quite obvious that she believes herself to be better than anyone, even the most famous of wizards. When once challenged, "You may know my father, Alfred Wilkinson." Leah replied with a quick, "Nope. Never heard of him."
It is this attitude towards magical and muggle folk alike that makes her a prime candidate for death eater membership.
However, once a person has slightly melted her icy heart she could be considered almost humane. It has once been shown to her closest friends that she does convey feelings of sadness and happiness, however not many people are able to notice such a thing and thus believe Leah is only capable of coldness.
History:
Leah's upbringing was relatively normal, other than the fact that her father ran away leaving his wife and newborn daughter alone and without money. It was this move that made Leah hate her father for the rest of her life. Other than that, her mother Harlow Winters did the best that she could, and made sure Leah got a thorough wizarding education. By the time she was ten, they had moved to France so the girl could receive a better schooling from Beauxabatons. She had to enroll in a sort of scholarship program to get money to buy uniforms and books, and many other students at the French school poked fun at her obvious income problems.
With the students insulting her, and the thought of her father abandoning her, something inside of Leah snapped. She became the harsh young woman she is today. From that moment onward Leah treated everyone she came across like dirt; even her own mother. She partly blamed her mother for all the troubles they had went through. One of which was Natalie Winters father. Henry Jones; a muggle began a fling with Harlow and when she undoubtedly ended up pregnant he quickly left just like Leah's father. It hurt Leah to know that her little sister would be going through the same troubles as she, and whilst growing up she was angered even more that Harlow showed a lack of interest in Natalie's education.
Leah's schooling at Beauxabatons was very promising. She excelled in every subject and began her own clique of young women who looked up to her as a goddess. Leah was uncaring to them, and treated them like she did everyone else. However, the fact that she was doing well in school and had friends was one reason why her and her mothers relationship became even more strained when Harlow made the decision to go to New Zealand.
Her Uncle had died, an Uncle Leah barely knew, and it was only supposed to be a short visit. But, Harlow and Natalie were happy being in New Zealand and ignored Leah's protests of wanting to leave for France. And so, Leah was sent to Hogwarts New Zealand, and Natalie decided not to attend at all.
She was quickly sorted into Slytherin, a house that Leah learned to love. The Slytherin house was not enough to keep her happy. Schooling became a chore and the appeal of becoming a death eater was growing stronger and stronger. So, she dropped out after barely seven months at the school, and began her quest to find her father and become a member of the elite group of death eaters.
