Kate has pale, lightly freckled skin, dark brown eyes, and curly brown hair. She often brushes her curls out and ends up with frizzy waves, which she puts up in a scrunchie. She's a little taller than average, bony around the knees and elbows, and perpetually covered in small scrapes and bruises from playing outside. Her posture is calm and confident. It's unusual for her to fidget or appear nervous.
Personality:
Outdoorsy, resilient, forgetful, resourceful, helpful. Kate is a social girl who loves to get involved in all and any group activities - especially the outdoor ones. She can come across as fearless, but she's not; she often makes mistakes and gets herself into trouble, but she's confident (or perhaps naïve) enough to believe she'll be able to get herself out of it again. There's a competitive streak in her - not because she wants to be the best, but because she loves to prove herself to people. She can be a little bit clumsy when it comes to developing friendships, skipping the small talk and diving straight into whatever's on her mind like they've been friends forever.
