Hey Leighann! I can't use the picture that you have provided b/c it's cut off on both sides. And also the background image that you want will look at bit blurry but I can make it faded out so that you won't be able to tell quite as much!

Alrighty, here it is!! I tried the blue highlights and it turned out looking absolutely horrible. One of the other banner makers might can make it to where the highlights will look better. Sorry Other than that if there is anything that you want changed then just let me know!!
