[History:] Jasmin grew up with a big family and always loved her brothers and sisters and would be sheen as the spoilt on as she was the youngest of all the siblings. Despite, all bar one, of her brothers and sisters were only her half siblings it never seemed to matter and they loved each other equally. Out of her family Jasmin would get on with her twin brother, Josh, the best, they where inseparable right through their childhood until it was time to go to school. The fateful morning Josh got his acceptance letter to Hogwarts Jasmin, and her family, were confused and worried as to why she hadn't got hers. It was discovered, and long before speculated, that Jasmin was in fact a squib. It was heartbreaking for Jasmin to have to watch her twin go off to school and Jasmin to stay behind. She was always such a happy child, almost hyper active, but for a while she became quiet and didn't do much. To get her out of her rut her parents suggested she go live with her eldest sister, Kira, in New Zealand where she ran a shop and was working in the Ministry there. Jasmin went hoping that it would help her a bit and cheer her up so she wouldn't have her mind on not going to Hogwarts.

Being in the new environment really helped her and in no time she was usual bubbly self and making friends. With her sister owning a shop in the main shopping area beside the school Jasmin was able to meet a lot of children her own age and she loved it, at least she wasn't on her own when Kira was working. She even met a friend from home who had been accepted into the school nearby. Although, when everyone went to school Jasmin had to find other ways to keep her occupied. Apart from her sports, which weren't as fun on your own, she took up photography and began to have a real passion for it, taking her camera everywhere and taking pictured of everything.

As she got older she moved to New Zealand permanently living in a small apartment making money from her freelance photography. She had made a small business out of it, doing baby shoots, engagement and wedding packages and selling photos to papers and magazines of events that the paper couldn't get their own photographers on site to take pictures off. It wasn't much but she was happy with her life and what she had made for herself with her customer base growing day by day and she had even one into the muggle world too, being a squib made it all that easier for her to mingle with them and not drawing attention to herself.
