Full Name:
- Hollace Margeret Stanton. Originally she was supposed to be a son. Her dad likes to tell the tale of how his son 'Hollis' came out a girl. Thus the name was changed a bit.

Current Age:
- 19. She'll turn 20 in two IC months but refuses to go home for her birthday.
Basic Appearance:
- Long dark chestnut brown hair, 5'8", chocolate brown eyes. She likes to wear skinny jeans and pretty shirts. She's not afraid of accessories but feels they're unnecessary sometimes. Although she has a hat fetish. She has a dancer's build, tall and willowy and is still growing into a woman's body. Her cheeks are beginning to lose the babyish look of youth as she gets older.
Personality:
- Hollace is a scrapper. She's not afraid to speak her mind or get into physical as well as magical altercations. She has a spunky attitude when needed although some situations can make the out going girl quite shy. If she's uncomfortable in a situation, she becomes silent. She sometimes puts off a very confidant air that can seem cocky. She's still technically a teenager and doesn't have all of the social skills or maturity needed to interact with others.

She hates being compared to her older brother, whom in their parents eyes, can do no wrong. She hates being the 'baby' of the family.
- What where the reactions to your character receiving their letter from Hogwarts?
Hollace's parents were ecstatic. They were so proud she'd gotten into a magical school. Until her mother and fussy aunts began worrying about a young girl alone in a drafty old castle. Soon it was decided that they would all pitch in together and home school her. That lasted for three years until her uncles and Edward put their foot down. She was transferred into Hogwarts in Scotland. It was a rough transition and because of the lack of social skills early on, she struggled with her peers. She got into many fights and duels but managed to show her family she did indeed have a brain. She landed NEWTs in all her courses, most of them Outstandings.
- If your character is muggle born, how do their parents feel?
Hollace isn't a muggle born.
Pets:
- Hollace is a dog person. Her brother had a lovable if lazy golden retriever with long hair that she adored. She was devastated when the dog died of old age and her parents didn't want to 'commit' to another pet. Since then she hasn't had any pets although she's thinking of getting a cat. For school she had an owl but she gave the bird to her younger cousin to use, not having really bonded with it.
Area of Residence:
- She was born in Cornwall, England. She had a really nice house that had been in the family for years. Her parents still live there, as well as her grandparents. Hollace's room was painted pink with a ballerina mural when she was six. It's still like that to this day, her mum getting weepy whenever she mentioned wanting a more 'grown up' room. She doesn't live with them anymore and now has her own one bedroom loft in New Zealand.
Blood Status:
- She's not muggle born but not sure what she is yet.
Heritage:
- Her family is mostly British descent although there is a heavy mixture of Scottish blood.
Special Abilities:
- She has no special abilities at this time.
Interests or Hobbies:
- Hollace loves to paint, mostly scenery and people. She really has a fondness of capturing people on canvas.
She used to dance when she was younger and still does her exercises every day in the morning. Her mother encouraged her interest in ballet but frowned upon the modern dance that Hollace favored.
She likes to collect small trinkets, things most people wouldn't think were part of a collection.
- Hollace's favorite book has changed over the years, from Green Eggs and Ham to the Giving Tree to the Twilight series when she was a preteen. Now her tastes run more toward the muggle mystery/horror genre. She has a favorite author, Stephen King, and all of his books are her favorite.
Her favorite music are vintage Blues and very old punk bands.
Additional Skills:
- She can dance, sing in a steady soprano although usually it's just when she's doing menial jobs. Her grandmother taught her how to play the piano and do calligraphy. She misses the grand piano back at her parents home and has dreams of owning her own piano one day.
She can speak Russian, her brother Edward taught her at the insistance of their mother. Hollace still laughs about it because Edward only learned the language to impress a transfer student at his school. She wishes he would have gone after a french girl instead, she would've liked to learn that language instead.
- She's okay on a broom, although she doesn't really like flying. She prefers apparition. Maybe if she went to school earlier she would have been into it more.

- Musically talented, physically fit, smart, confidant, tends to think outside of the box.
She has a way of capturing at least one thing most don't see on canvas when she paints.

- Sadly, Hollace doesn't have any friends she'd stayed in contact with. She wasn't really popular at Hogwarts Scotland and tended to keep to herself. She made more enemies than friends.

- She was in Slytherin, not many missed her when she graduated. She has a thirst to prove herself that she can do better than the limits her family has put on her and an ambition to push herself through life and succeed.
Best school subjects:
-Hollace adored Astronomy. She loved going up onto the North Tower late at night for their star gazing assignments and has many sketchbooks filled with the night sky and galaxies.
-She was handy at Potions and enjoyed the class.
-Herbology was a fun class, pretty easy and she likes to keep spiderplants in her small apartment.
Worst school subjects:
-Ancient Runes and Divination. She so did not have the gift for fortune telling and dropped those classes as soon as she could. She felt they were pointless and that being a Seer must suck; where was the fun in knowing everything and not enjoying the surprises in life?
Extracurricular Activities:
-Dueling Club. Hollace loved dueling, something Edward ingrained in her from an early age. He taught her everything she knows today, although she's not arrogant enough to say she knows everything an Auror does.
Graduation:
- She graduated from Hogwarts Scotland.
Current Job:
-She's applied for a job and should be hired as a waitress at the Leaky Cauldron. She just wants enough money to start her new life and be able to paint.
- It will be an adjustment for her but as she doesn't mind strangers too much, she'll settle in well.
Plans for your future:
-Hollace doesn't have an immediate plan for her future. She doesn't want a family or kids for years, if ever. She does want to find somebody to love and who'd love her, although she's unsure how to find that in the strange new land she's in. Her main plan is to find work, keep a roof over her head and grow as a person.

- Little Eagle. It represents her yearning to fly free, away from those who'd hold her back in life. It's small of statue, like her, but has a strength to rival others.

- Her happiest memory when she first learned to produce the Charm was when she was transferred to Hogwarts Scotland.

-Hollace's greatest fear is failure. Her boggart would be of her closest family members condemning her.
