Her mom and dad died in a plane crash. They were visiting Hayleys grandma, and were flying out to England a day after Hayley did. The plane crashed, her dads body was found, her moms wasnt.

Hayley is shy at first, but once she starts to get to know people, she's a completly different person. She is a optimist, and doesnt let her parents deaths get in the way of her life, because she knows they wouldnt want her to dwell on the past.
Hayley plays guitar, very well. And can cook, she loves painting, and really likes taking pictures of things that other people would think strange.

1. What made your parents decide to move to California?
They were unhappy with where they lived, they didnt want Hayley to live and grow up in that enviroment. There was a lot of crime, and it was generally unsafe.

2. Why did Hayley fly seperate from her parents?
Her parents wanted her to fly a day earlier, her parents had first class, Hayley and her nanny, had second class.

3. How old was Hayley when they died?
She was 11- it was only 4 months before Hayley came to Hogwarts

4. Why did Hayley not want to return to England?
She hated England, it was much to gloomy for her. And she prefered to live with a foster family, because she knew if she went to England she would have to live with her Grandma, and Hayley didnt like her Grandma, she was too old fashioned, anf didnt treat Hayley as well as she should of.

5. Describe how Hayley feels about her parents demise.
She is obviously upset, and feels like there is part of her missing. She is only 11 after all. But deep inside she isnt as broken as she should be, because her parents were loving, but often acted as if Hayley wasnt there.

6. What about the Australian holiday makes that a good memory for a patronus?
This was one of the only time she and her parents had fun. Her parents didnt have to worry about work on this holiday, so they noticed Hayley more, and gave her more attention. She had never felt as happy as she had on that holiday.

How does Hayley feel about being an only child?
She's okay with that, she had a nanny, before her parents died, who was like a big sister to her, and that was enough for Hayley.
Do you think if her parents were still alive she'd feel different about being an only child?
No i dont, because were her parents alive, Hayley would still spend all of her time with her nanny.
Does Hayley like her foster mom/foster home? Why or why not?
Yes she does, her foster mom is young, in her 20's, and she gives Hayley her full attention. Hayley feels more loved than she ever has before.
