Name: Harriet Turner. Known to most as Harri.

Pureblood/half blood/muggle born: Half blood.
Five words that best describe your character: Happy, friendly, fun loving, loyal and adventurous.
Best Friends: Ellie sparks, Caysi Finnigan, Kiera Kingsley.
Appearance:
Hair Color: Dark Brown.
Hair Style: Quite short, stops just before her shoulders, she has a thick side fringe which sometimes hides one of her eyes.
Eye color: Her eyes are quite a dark green and so sometimes look a little blueish, she has orange flecks in her eyes.
Height: 4"9, but still growing!

Father's name: Sam Turner
Brief description (occupation, blood, etc): Sam is a very loving father, he absoloutely adores Harri and so, at times, can be very over protective. This partly due to the fact that he hardely ever saw Harri when she was yonger (See family history further down the page).
He is trying to make up for lost time. Sam and Harri get on well and have quite a relaxed relationship, Harri has a great deal of respect for her dad and as they have very similar personalities they get on very well. Sam is a muggle born and attended Hogwarts Scotland, he is currently employed in their hometown of Surrey.
Mother's name: Brooke Turner
Brief description (occupation, blood, etc): Brooke is a muggle and has no magical history in her family. She is quite self centred and spends more time thinking about herself then she does her child. She gives her best shot at mother-dom but she is not a natural and struggles as she has quite a strong dislike of children. Many would wonder why she had children, she wanted to give having children ago and also, she was at the time, she was very happy with Sam. Although she didn't let Harri see her father when she was a child she resents the close bond the two seem to have.
Siblings (names and descriptions): None.
Other key family members: James Turner, Harri's uncle. James helped alot with Harri's upbringing as her parents where never around much. He is also a wizard and so Harri feels like she can relate to him more then her parents at times, partly for this reason and partly because he was there for here through out her child hood.
Tommy Turner- Tommy is Harri's cousin and ,as his parents died when he was very young, he has lived with Harri since he was about 4 years old. They are very close and he is very protective over her, seeing as neither have any siblings they regard each other as practically brother and sister. Tommy attends Hogwarts Scotland though he has been suspended many times. He has blondy brown hair and is quite good looking.
Family History...
Brooke and Sam were never married though they were in a deep relationship, at the time both loving each other very much.
Brooke fell pregnant in quite an early stage of their relationship and though Sam was utterly shocked when Brooke told him and at first was very hesitant wondering if he had rushed things and beginning to have second thoughts. Brooke, though she never particulaly liked children, was soo in love with Same she thought that starting a family was the perfect idea. This lead to some serious strains on their relationship which ended up in a break-up. Brooke was bitter and when the baby, Harri, was born she subconciously saw it as a way to punish Sam for ever having second thoughts. She rarely allowed Sam to see her as a child, winning custody over her on claims that 'he wasn't fit too be a father. He never even wanted a child'. The whole while Sam was immedietly repentent he begged Brooke to let him see his daughter, though by this stage her heart was practically stone, and she had grown to love only for material purposes.
Sam was allowed to briefly visit Harri, only on special occassions.
As soon as Harri was born Brooke realised she had bitten off more the she could chew, she had no natural instincts towards the child, finding it uncomfortable to comfort the crying child, or clean a dirty nappy. Thus she called in the help of Harri's uncle, James. Though James was a Turner, she had always got on well with him. Sam of course was very pleased to have this new link into his family. James and Harri became closer as Brooke drifted ever further.
Tradgedy struck when Harri was about four, a distant cousin lost his parents in a car crash. Brookes outer shell was briefly broken and a sense of pity struck her. In a moment of what she would call weakness she agreed to look after the tiny boy, Tommy.
Of course James looked after him most of the time, but Brooke did take over more responsibilty once more. James only taking them out on the off occassion and looking after them whilst she worked.
Then we skip a few years where this scene simply replayed, Sam rarely visting, and James helping out. Brooke and Sam rekindled their relationship, at first seeming stronger the ever. Of course Harri was overjoyed, her parents were getting back together, and she got too see her dad whenever she liked!
Now they are once again divorced and Harri lives with Sam whilst Brooke lives in America with her new, super rich, boyfriend.
