It was a beautiful day outside and just a glance out one of the immaculately clean windows showed Harri that it probably was quite hot. She continued walking upwards though finally reaching her target, the north tower. She was meeting Ellie here and was extremly excited! She felt like she hadn't seen or spoken to Ellie in far too long. She setteled down on one of the window seals and waited drifting off into a trance like daydream.
 
Ellie was running along the North Tower, she was to be meeting Harri there and was really excited! She hadnt seemed to see Harri in a long time, never mind talk to her. "Harri" Ellie squeled, seeing her friend and running up to hug her.
 
"Ellie!" Harri squeled excitedly jumping off the window sill and running into her friends arms. She hugged her for a long time before pulling away "How've you been? Where've you?" she gushed her face lit up like a christmas tree.
 
Ellie grinned as she hugged Harri for a long time before they pulled away.
With a huge grin on her face she answered Harri's question, "Ive been alrite, you? Studying hard, you?" She asked her in return, she hadnt lied with her answers, shed been in the library basically every free hour of her day lately, studying hard for exams, shed done alirte in classes so far, mostly O's, but she wanted to do really good in her exams! It had also been keeping her mind off her Mum and she felt like she hadnt cried in months!
 
Harri laughed "I've been good! Same really, spending every waking moment in the libary trying to cram in as much infomation as possible!" she said laughing "Stupid exams! They make me so nervous!" she said bitting her nails at just the thought of them!
 
"Same here" Ellie agreed, she really wanted to do well in the coming exams, make her Dad proud! "Im really dreading them" She said with a sigh, due to everything that had happened after Christmas, Ellie hadnt payed as much attention as she should have in classes, and hoped her notes would be enough to get her through!
 
Harri smiled "I'm sure we'll both do fine!" she said "So how've you been coping?" she asked gently, not sure whether she should have bought up this subject.
 
Ellie grinned, "Fingers crossed" She said.
"Oh ive been alrite, getting better all the time, yourself?" Ellie answered Harri's question and returned it with a smile.
 
Harri smiled, it looked like Ellie was getting much better "Oh I'm dealing much better thanks!" she said smiling "I've started drawing Emma, Ifound it helps, because it's like seeing a photo, just much more personal!" she said smiling.
 
Ellie grinned, glad to hear that Harri was doing alot better too. "Cool" she said. Ellie had taken to sleeping wsith her mum's last card under her pillow, she couldnt bare to stare at it any more, but it helped to know it was there, with her signature and 'Love Always' on it.
 
Harri smiled "So got anything special planned for the summer?" she asked out of interest and sat down on the window sill again, gently patting it in an invitation for Ellie to sit down.
 
Ellie smiled and took the seat next to Harri, "Were moving! Me, my dad, brother and my grandaprents, dad's side! They move in the week before school finishes and then ill get to sort out my room and everything when i join them" She told Harri! She was sad to be moving and leaving London behind, but she couldnt bare to live in the house her mum had! "What about you?" She asked in return, deciding she would have to ask her Dad if Harri could come stay sometime in the holidays.
 
Harri smiled "Looking forward to moving house?" she asked "I'm going to stay with Kiera for a bit!" she siad happily "To see her doing a gymnastics competition and Caysi doing a diving one! But I'll make sure you come and stay when I'm back!" she said happily.
 
"A little" Ellie answered, she was looking forward to seeing the new house, but it was a big step, moving to New Zealan. "Cool" She said with a grin, "Ill have to wish them good luck with those"!
 
"You never told me where your moving too!" Harri said, she knew Ellie used to live in London quite close to her and hoped she wasn't moving to far.
 
Ellie gave a weak smile, "New Zealand" She said, she didnt want to move so far away from London, it would be so different, "My dad wants to be closer to the school, closer to me, incase anything happens. Hes become dead paranoid" She told Harri with a sigh.
 
Harri couldn't help it, her face dropped "Your moving here?" she said then managed to regain herself "Well thats good! Nice and close! Plus you get to see your dad whenever we are allowed out!" she siad smiling.
 
Ellie noticed Harri's face drop, then she regained herself, "I guess so, i'll like to see my Dad more, its just a big move!".
 
Harri smiled "But a good one! Now you don't have to put up with terrible British summers!" she said laughing but really she felt a little disheartened "It's lovely here as well, much better then England!" she babbeled.
 
Ellie laughed, it was true that it rained mostly in England during Summer, "As strange as it sounds, i actually like the rain, ill miss it" She said, "I love it here in New Zealand, but London's amazing too and it'll always be my favorite!".
 
Harri smiled "Miss the rain?" she siad in a mock amazment. Then she laughed "Yeah Londons the best! But I think I'd like to live here!" she said thinking about how nice it would be to live here.
 
Ellie laughed. "Yeh? I cant believe its going to be summer soon" She said, thinking about how much she would miss her friends, and the castle!
 
"I know!" Harri said smiling and thinking how quickly the year had gone. "And were going to be 2nd years!" she said excitedly
 
"I know" Ellie said, her eyes going wide and her grin widening too. "It's going to be soo good! And we'll get all the subjects we had first semester again, 'cept for flying" She said cheerfully, she would be happy to be back in DADA and Herbology!
 
Harri grinned "I can't wait!" she said truthfully "And we get to pick our electives!" she said happily "And we won't be the babies of the school!" she added laughing.
