It was one Sunday afternoon when Hayley had to wake up her brother and sister from their comfortable bedroom. It was the routine of the siblings that they would gather together and perhaps go somewhere out side the house. The deal was going to Obsidian Harbour where Candy shouldn't be found crying over dark alleys. Last time the siblings gather together was in Bleak street and it was Hayley's idea, turned out to be not good. Candy was lost, crying, covered with the muds due to her curiosity of the street. It wont happen again now.

Hayley shove Casper and Candy and dragged them to the bathroom signaling them to get ready for the day. She knew that her brother's a heavy sleeper just like her sister. After getting ready, they were ready to go out. A bottle of milk was handed to Candy and a hot cocoa on Hayley's hand. Turned out to be Casper teasing his little sister
"Stop it!" She spat at him.

The Obsidian Harbour turned out to be colder than it used to which disappoint Hayley.
"I wish it's summer so that I don't have to be bundled up in these things!" She pointed at her pink coat. It was lovely but she prefer using clothes that would show her flesh more than covering them.

Candy didn't know why Hayley was waking her up so early especially since it was Sunday and she was having so nice dreams of Snow white and the Seven Dwarfs. "Whydu wak up?" she asked in her babish tone as she rubbed her eyes and yawned. "You know sissy, I was thinking that Snow white had come to live with us and then Santa had come and given us Christmas presents so early...and my pessent was..." but before she could explain about the presents that she had dreamed of she was shoved to the bathroom to change and get ready for some reason.

"Broie.." she called Casper whom she called 'broie' for 'brother' "Where we going?" she asked as she brushed her teeth like a good child and then dressed up into a nice light pink dress. After that she drank her warm milk from her favorite bottle but Casper was teasing her about the butterfly bag so she got annoyed but before she could call for her mother, Hayley took care of it.

They went to Obsidian Harbor which Candy loved so much because it was fun with all the shops and the candies sold in some of them. "Why don't you change the weather with your wand?" Candy asked her sister as they walked, Candy holding Hayley's hand tightly so she wouldn't get lost.

Timothy had decided to go into the depths of Obsidain Harbour. He wasn't looking nor searching for anything or anyone. He was simply wandering as he always did. He was accompanied by himself. There were two sides to him. The one that ordered, and the one that did as told. Basically, the one whom ordered was the brain and the one whom listened was that of who controlled the body and everything else. Timothy found that he didn't need people, he didn't need friends. He just needed himself. All he needed was the voices inside him to help him through life, to help him become something more than what he parents and childhood classmates thought of him. For Timothy, it was as if there were two people stuck inside one body, however the Insomniadic boy was only thinking this. None of it was true. There was only him in his dark cold and lonley body. Only him whom suffered continuously knowing that he would never be loved except by himelf.

"You don't have to go back to your father Timothy." The brains said.

"Or my mother right?" He replied.

"No, all you need is me. And all I need is you Timothy." The brains replied back.

It was cold out. It was dead winter all Timothy wore was rags. Rags that made it so the cold could easily seep into your sould and freeze every last inch of it. Freeze it so that a single touch would shatter it into millions of tiny pieces. For the first time since the coldness truly set in, Timothy shivered.

"We'll make it through Timothy." The brains said comforting the real Tim.

"Thank you." Tim replied.

(OOC: omg I feel bad for Tim D: ... I wish I could act nice)

"Do I look like I have a wand right now?" Hayley said sarcastically to her sister. She had always wanted her sister to grow up like her not like her brother she wanted her mean-spirited would influence her sister. "And about the snow white thing, try to make your self a snow white and other people that you don't know the dwarf" Hayley then kneel down so that her height would be the same "And careful dwarfs are vicious don't act too nice towards them" She said. In other words, don't act too nice towards people you don't know.

They stopped in front of a shop with glass all over them which makes it looked luxurious. She then saw a boy talking by him self
"Odd" She said while eyeing the boy and then smirk then look at her sister. "Candy what do you think about that man?" She kneel down and pointed her finger to the boy that was talking by him self. "You go pretend nice and then... Make him your dwarf, princess" Her smirk became wider looking at her sister with full of hope. She hope that she would do as she pleased instead of crying over some stranger. But she knew that would never happen not to her sister and not to her and 100% sure not to her brother either. The reason was that Hayley and Candy had been talking to each other for all time and Hayley influence most of her attitude to her. And Casper's not a child anymore he couldn't cry over an odd stranger for sure.

(OOC: hehe, lotsa people do, but I find it an interesting way to roleplay.)

As Timothy continued to talk to himself, a few children had come accross him. They were starring, giving him the odd eye. Then the elder one spoke to the younger girl. He didn't hear it all, but he knew she was makeing fun of him. He knew that she was telling her sister to do something to make him look bad. It brought back the memories on the playground at Hogwarts over in Great Britan. The people always talked about him behind his back. They always made fun of him just as the girl was doing. She was young Timothy could tell, but she had already been corrupted. Corrupted just like everyone else. Soon the boy would be and soon the girl would be.

"I want get out of here." Timothy said.

"No, let's have some fun Timothy." The brains replied back.

"No, no. nononono." He replied to the brains.

"Come on Timothy, let's give them what they deserve." the brains said coaxingly.

"Alright." Tim replied.

Timothy stood up. HE was hunched and looked shorter than what he really was. Nonetheless he was taller then the kids even though he was hunched over. He slowly walked over. The rags of his clothing were blowing in the ice cold wind. It was as if ice shards were peircing his body every second he stood up. He just glared at them. Glared without even closing his eyes. The wind couldn't even make him blink.

"You, you. You think your something special." Timothy said to the girl. His voice was higher pitched than most, but it was in the annoying sqeak that some guys had. "Tell her she should go home. Or Hell will be raised." The brains said.

"Go home girl. Bring you little ones. Or, or. Or there will be hell to pay." Timothy told the girl just as the brains wanted him to.

Hayley was having so much fun forcing her sister to talk to the stranger she thought it was a good idea not until she realize he was only wearing a rag during winter and talk by him self. “No never mind forget it” Hayley’s smile disappear as she saw him walking towards her. The only thing that she was afraid of was crazy people not normal one or something similar to that. “Are you drunk?” She eyed as the boy walk towards her. She could tell he was older than her since he was taller than Casper. Perhaps it wasn’t a good idea to tease drunk people it would bring her little sister in trouble.
Hayley push her sister behind her she could never imagine if the drunk boy would hurt the little girl. It’s either the boy had mental problem or he was drunk either of them must be true if not then why on earth would he walk around in rag during winter.
“Who are you telling me what to do?” She stood still with her head up high. “You should be the one that go home! You’re drunk!!!” Hayley accused him. But she couldn’t smell any alcohol from his breath so perhaps he had mental problem.

A dark look came over Timothy as she called him a drunk. It was always a common misconception by that of the youth. He was no drunk, he was an insomniac and a satist.(one whom likes other people's pain) He wasn't one of those idiots whom always drank and got wasted. Infact, Tim had never drank in his misrable life. He was to young too. However he knew that wouldn't stop the scum of the world from accepting his money. Or what little he even had with him. Most of it had been spent on the rags and the daily bread he was given.

"Tell her she needs to watch her mouth Timothy." The brains said softly, so only they could here. Timothy then spoke up and said to the girl, "Watch it. I don't want to hurt a little snob like you. It might not be pretty. And I'm not a drunk, I've never drank in my life. I'm crazy girl. CRAZY! Now get your arse back to home before you get hurt!" The brains said softly again, "Excellent TImothy, have no fear of a child. Show no mercy to anyone."

Hayley eyed the man in disgust, there couldn't be any other explanation. He must be drunk or he got mental illness. "Yeah I could see that now" She replied him about the crazy thing, she then look at him with her cold look plastered on her face. "I do what I please and this country isn't yours so you couldn't tell people order" She played smart with him. She had been natural in arguing and that really pleased her. "Tell me one logical explanation why I would want to take orders from you" She smirked as she said "crazy" slowly. Calling him crazy wasn't her idea, he was the one that wanted to be called crazy so he got what he wished, from now on that lad will be remember as lunatic.

Timothy's brain and Timothy himself were annoyed by the ignorance of the girl. HE could easily kill her, but not in broad daylight. Never, the hospital would catch him. The hospital would throw his life away, but perhaps his brain would be able to help him. "Tell her, she has just made a terrible mistake Timothy." the brains said. Timothy looked at her with an intense glare. He didn't care if this scare her, for the things he would soon do would. "You. You have just made a big mistake your little snob." Timothy told the girl. HE was only a half of a foot away from her now. He pointed his wand at her and muttered, "Stupefy."

(OOC: dear lord what have I got Hayley into? o.0)

Hayley was sure annoyed with this crazy boy. Unexpectedly, he casted a spell. Hayley flew back as she hit the wall.. She stood up, with a cold look on her face plastered. She was used to it, she had been thrown that spell before. She walk towards the boy with an angry look. "Did you not see that my little sister is here!?" She boasted nearly shouting. Hayley had never shouted at people before, apparently this boy didn't have a brain. "Do that one more time, I'll call my father and he'll have to throw you into the hospital" She said and meant it. She hated the person for sure, good thing that the spell hit her, if it ever hit her sister, the crazy boy will surely pay.

(OOC: Oh you'll se xD )

Timothy chuckled as the girl threatened him with the hospital. She was only lucky he got cocky and was not able to complete the spell at her. "And yes, I did see your sister, the only problem is, I don't care. Stupefy!." He shouted pointing his wand at the young girl. He cared not if the girl was hurt, it was the older one's fault. She had to go mouthing off to people whom she had no idea who they were.

(OOC: Do you roleplay the young girl? Cuz someone wil lahve to rp her dodging or getting hit...)

(OOC: doh! I don't play her  I'll just ask the player to dodge her tho lol)

Hayley look him in the eye with her cold looks, the aura of her anger could be felt by people around them. A horror strike her when he heard another spell was cast towards her little sister. "That's enough!" She pushed the crazy lad as she took the wand throwing it to her sister. She knew well altho her sister knew was young, she knew some dangerous spells and she probably would get a warning for casting a spell since she was underage. But it was better than being killed by this "crazy man" She pushed him strongly. She wasn't strong enough since she was a lot shorter than him.

Damien had not expected to be on duty. This was in fact his day off. It wasn't until he got that feeling that he knew today was going to end up being upayed overtime... AGAIN. He had been wandering after getting his morning coffee, Martine on his mind. He kept replaying those words in his head over and over.
"I rather like you too Damien... A lot."
He was replaying them again when he heard shouting. He saw two young girls being attacked by a tall young man. Damien scowled. This kinda sh!t happened in BLEAK Street not Obsidian Harbor proper. He drew his wand and leapt.

"Protego." He growled, deflecting the spell from hitting the younger girl. "That's enough." he added flatly.

The similarity to the saving charm Martine had on that fateful night, when he had dueled his father, was not lost on him. He smiled inwardly. On the outside, his face was a scowl.

He stood up straight and pointed his wand dead at the man, who the girl had started tackled to try to stop from hurting the younger girl.

"Step away now, or this will get unpleasant for you." He said, in a low voice that suggested not anger... But a promise.

A lot of things were going between her sister and the stranger and Candy couldn't keep up. All she knew was that they were arguing but she was too afraid to speak in between. Candy doged a spell that had been coming her way and ran away to hide under one bench on the other side. She couldn't understand why her brother wasn't doing anything. Tears had filled up her face and she was scared and she wanted to go to her mommy!

(OOC: thaaanks :D)

Hayley look at him in anger then look at her sister seeing if she were alright or not. She was, that was a relief. She then turned her eye to the man that was pointing a wand at this crazy lad and nodded her head muttering "I could have handle it!!" She said stubbornly altho she felt grateful deep inside her heart but she didn't want to admit it. She look at the man, wanted to smile but instead she gave him a cold look and she look at the crazy lad one more time. "Stay away" she walk towards her siblings as she saw Candy crying. "Don't cry like a baby, Candy! You're not a baby anymore!" She boasted at her. Hayley hated when she saw her sister cry, that was one big difference between Candy and Hayley. Candy was a crybaby while Hayley wasn't and she hated that fact. She wanted everyone to think like her or at least do whatever she please.

Timothy became annoyed as the man came in and interrupted his scaring session. He wasn't very pleased that the man had rudely entered the scene. He was going to give the girls what they desearved. They mouthed off to him and they decided to not listen to him and stay. He told them to fly off to where they would be safe, however that didn't seem like it was going to happen. Now he was going to be able to use the girls as an advantage seeing as he did not care whom he hit with a spell. He quickly apparated away. To think that he would be gone, however no. HE was behind the eldest girl. The one whom mouthed off at him with his wand pointed at the back of the girl's neck. "Good Timothy good." His brain told him. The dark side of him. The one that corrupted Timothy's soul. "Now Timothy, you know what to do." The brain said again. Timothy spoke up and replied to the man's words. "Nobody move. I have 2 sets of eyes. Mine and my friend's. I care not for the young girl, so I have them on you." He said intending the brat. "And you." He said intending the man.

Meredith had been walking, following her target. It wasn't an easy task since her target was the type of person who would ran off without being known. Meredith had no idea why she was heading to the Obsidian Harbour. The Bleak Street should be where she was going but it didn't matter anymore. She had no interest in walking too long.

Unfortunately, a drama was playing just the way she like it. Meredith look at this young lad who apparently was on the same age as her. She walk towards the crazy boy, calling him from the far
"Hey!" She said putting a fake smile on her face as she eye the girl below and it disappear. She seemed `clean` she thought. Her eyes began to meet his. She then began examining her pretty fingers as she began to speak "Another fight with little children, dear boy? How shallow. Tsk tsk" She without looking at him. She had no interest at all with crazy ones. Altho she wasn't paying much attention, she had her wand on her pocket ready to be taken out whenever she needed it.

Hayley was surprised that she had so many guests at that day. "Perhaps this is my lucky day" She said crossing her arms calmly. Hayley was surely wasn't afraid of the boy, she was slightly annoyed but not afraid. She turned her flats facing the boy "I'll just watch you duel with them" She smirked as she leave him calmly, standing at the back watching him. "Fight someone in your own size!" She shouted at him. She wanted to see what he was capable of, he should had pick the lady in front of him instead of her. It wasn't fair, Hayley was only a child.
