You need to go to www.twitstamp.com and make an account. On the side you will see, 'Create New TwitStamp' click on it, upload the picture and you can design everything else.

Seeing as you have a picture on it already be sure to untick the avatar option

Yeah,thanks..Got some problem though..The tweet overlaps with the pic on the left..

Can you possibly lessen the hearts..like they are like falling hearts??

You should be able to make the size of your writing smaller so it works with your picture and there is a thing called, 'wrap text' if you lessen that it may help, but not too much as the text will run off the picture.

And I originally tried to make the picture like that, but it didn't really work out too well, sorry
