Alyssa already had to admit that her Sixth year wasn't starting off amazingly awesome like she had planned for it to be when she left her Firth Year behind last year, in fact nothing much had really happened. Her twin brother had gotten Prefect was not only a shocker but something she was a bit upset to hear about but other than that nothing much had happened. Alyssa's winter vacation in New Zealand was actually more eventful and entertaining because she got to spend it in her New Apartment with her friend and boyfriend. But now she was back in school and her normal routine was being forced upon her, she missed being able to sleep in, shop whenever, and see Vincent anytime she wanted but now she wasn't allowed to do any of that! 'I suppose I'll just have to get over it, maybe this year will fly by.' Alyssa thought to herself as she headed up the Owlery so she could wait for an incoming letter she was excited to get ahold of. After a bit of research it turns out Alyssa and Theodore had another full blooded sibling alive living somewhere in France with the Lefevre family and Alyssa decided to get into contact with her as soon as possible. Thus her actually bothering to come up to the Owlery to get the letter.

"Oh, whoa you scared me." Alyssa jumped when she walked into the Owlery and saw that someone was already in here, some boy she knew of pretty well because he seemed to be the male equivalent to someone she would hang out with. Her Crystal blue eyes stare at the boy for a moment as she walked over to where her owl usually was, she was absent though so Alyssa assumed that the letter hadn't arrived yet. Her pretty face casually turned to look at the boy that was in the Owlery with her, she wasn't sure why but she suddenly found herself wanting to start a conversation with the boy. "Heeyy...your name is Damian right?" Alyssa asked, turning to look at him before she smoothed out her skirt and allowed her hands to fall at her side, her pretty looks and soft voice would hopefully show that she was merely trying to be friendly with the boy.

Damian had had a stressful week, and he just received a letter from a girl named Krystin Saenger-Cromwell, his half-sister that his mother had informed him of before she passed away and he was sent to live off with his dad. She had received the Veela-blood apparently, but it was still weird seeing a picture of her after all these years. Especially because of her eyes. They had to be her father's or something. It was just weird to him. His own were the color of the pacific ocean with a touch of green. Then looking at his sister's eyes, they were so vibrant and true. Damian read the letter many times, seeing that Krystin had neat handwriting, but she signed it in...Bulgarian or something? Damian wondered if he would ever had a full-blooded sibling, ever. Dietrich was his half-brother, son of his father and another mother. Now Krystin, daughter of his mother, and another father.

"Oh, the tragedy! I'll write her back as soon as I can though! I can't wait to see how much she is like mother!" Damian only knew tales of how his mother was from Dietrich. A nice, loving Veela whom happened to have fallen in love with a Cromwell. Damian jumped a bit out of his thoughts when he heard a voice. He turned, his long hair flat and moving swiftly as he caught the eyes of a beautiful girl. Alyssa right? "Why yes, I'm Damian. Damian Metzger. And you are Alyssa, am I right?" The Gryffindor lad may not be wearing what he sometimes wore, but it was still girly nonetheless. The peppy lad smiled rather broad, as he wondered what Alyssa was doing all the way up here. Damian held the pictured in front of him, Krystin's face toward him, as he continued to stare into the eyes of the teenager whom had the exact same type of blood pumping through him - except his father was a muggle-born.

Alyssa couldn't help but grin a little when she had finally gotten a good look at the younger boy, for a male she had to admit he had really nice style. That and he seemed like a total sweetie pie, which happened to be one of the few reasons Alyssa didn't mind being around the little boy while she waited for her letter instead of just leaving. "I'm surprise you know my name but yeah I'm Alyssa Snow. Nice to meet you Damian." She gave him a pretty smile as her eyes continued to stay locked onto him, he sure seemed to like the color pink as well, which also happened to be one of her favorite colors along with white and silver. He must have been up here for a letter of something as well, in fact Alyssa had caught him staring at a picture and tried to peer more closely at whatever the picture was of. After a moment she decided to give up and just stepped over to him, her blue eyes wavering to get a glimpse as whatever it was he was staring at, it appeared to be a really pretty but young looking girl to her.

"She's pretty? Is that your girlfriend or something?" Her French accent still stood out as she questioned the boy with an almost sly look his her face, he still seemed really young to be having a girlfriend and everything but she wasn't going to lecture him about it or anything. The tall Veela almost wondered how old she was too, she looked to be really young and sort of looked like Damian but she couldn't be sure and was a little too afraid to ask, it made Alyssa think her her little sister she had yet to meet.

"Nice to meet you too! Like, I didn't know that last name of yours, but I love snow a lot!" Damian stated with a chirp in his voice. She seemed really pretty, but he didn't know that she was like him at all. Damian didn't know what she was looking at, unaware of the picture that was in his hand. Then again, when she stated something, Damian burst into giggles. "Oh good Merlin no! Krystin here is my sister! Or half... Her mom is my mom. But we have different dads, you know? I think she is Half-Veela like me. I mean, when you have a Veela mom, that makes you half, right?" Damian was so unsure about the Veela thing, and it was evident in his teal eyes. But the smile never left his face. He was just a charming, happy boy, no matter the blood type. He was raised to love everyone as equals. "Besides, I don't even like girls! Not yet anyways. Then again, I might like boys, who knows!" Damian said with a giggle. "So, what brings you up here, Alyssa? Aren't you in that one..thingy? I dunno what it is called, but some people whisper it about. Glam something?" his German accent flowed through his words, and made him a little hard to understand, especially when he was this happy. He tend to talk a bit too fast.

Alyssa couldn't help but giggle softly when Damian commented about liking Snow because of her last name, this boy was freaking adorable. "I love snow too." She said with a soft smile, it would probably be a little ironic if she ended up disliking snow, winter, or any type of cold weather just because of her last name. However it was true because she loved Snow and sort of disliked how screwed up the weather and seasons in New Zealand were compared to where she used to live in France. Once she had Graduated she hoped she might be able to move back there someday, but only time would be able to tell if she ended up moving back there or not. When Damian burst into giggles Alyssa raised an eyebrow and looked at the picture he had again, she was then told that the girl in the picture was his little sister and also she was let in on the fact that not only was the girl Half-Veela but he was too. With widened crystal blue eyes Alyssa stared at him as if he had grown another head, so there was actually another Half-Veela in the school besides her and Theodore. Alyssa nodded her head softly, a small grin forming on her face as she let him know that if he had a Veela mother than that made him half. "No way! My twin brother and I...were Half-Veela too! We didn't think there were any others in the school like us!" Alyssa knew there was another girl in Slytherin that had Veela blood but from what she remembered it was less than what she and Theodore had, and even more funny was that he was also a guy! Maybe her brother would relax a little if he knew that he wasn't the only guy with Veela blood.

Alyssa didn't mind one bit that he said he might be into guys too, she had no problem with those types of people just because she knew she wasn't one to judge people who were different. Damian was still like the biggest sweetie pie in the world so it shouldn't matter who he was into. "You mean the Glam Squad? Yeah I'm part of that." For a moment she almost debated on asking if he maybe wanted to join them, he had the love of fashion, cute outfits and all of that so he would probably fit in pretty well. However she needed to survey him a little bit longer to make sure he was someone who wouldn't end up trying to bring them down in the future, even if Alyssa was really more in it because of her friends than fashion now. Modeling took care of that fashion side of hers now. "Oh I'm up here because I'm waiting on a letter from my little sister Aphrodite. She's either ten or nine and she happens to be a Half-Veela too. We've been separated almost her whole life though, so I'm trying to reconnect with her before she goes to school." Alyssa managed out slowly, so he could understand her French accent more easily, his was German sounding so she figured he probably wasn't as good with French. Vaguely she wondered how old his little sister was and where she was in the world, wouldn't it be weird if their sisters had met or something?

Damian glanced up at her, then his eyes went up and down her body - not pervertedly mind you. Damian was more respectable than that, besides, he wasn't even into girls yet. "Like...Oh my God! That is so cool!" Damian finally beamed when he heard that there were other half-Veelas. "So, like, I'm not the only one! Yay!" Damian started to clap his hands, though not making a very pleasant sound cause there was a picture in the way. Silly third year. Damian put the picture in his pants pocket, and he clapped again. Success! "Veelas rule! Even though I don't...see the difference between people and those with Veela blood. I mean, like, what's the difference?" Damian didn't know everything about Veelas you see. Hell, he didn't know much on the houses and bloodtypes. Damian wasn't raised like some were raised. Maybe that was why he was hardly ever negative about anyone, except Professor Black.

Damian wasn't even sure about Death Eaters in the world. He didn't know they were still out there. But the things he had read, it gave him nightmares! Damian wondered what the Glam Squad was all about. "Oh, well you girls have some kick ass fashion skills! Must compliment on that!" Damian didn't know who all were in that Squad, but none of them really mattered to him. He wasn't a follower, that was for sure. Nor a worshipper. He just thought of them as a bunch of close friends who all happened to have some great fashion. Damian heard Alyssa and he frowned a bit, "Oh, I am so sorry about that. I hope you get in touch with her soon. If it makes you feel any better, I've never met Krystin, cause mom gave us to our...dads. Before she died and all." Damian shrugged lightly. "But I have a feeling everything will be just fabulous in the end!" Damian made a hand gesture to secure his enthusiasm and optimism.

Alyssa blinked in surprise, boy did he know how to speak like a preppy sounding valley girl. Damian was seriously like the cutest thing to her since those leopard print Uggs Boots came out years ago. He seemed just as surprised as she did about the whole Veela thing and she was happy to know that he was excited about there being another Veela in the school because it was definitely something that you didn't come across everyday. "Your definitely more proud of being a Veela than my brother is." He actually even seemed a bit more proud of being a Veela then even she was and that was saying something because she often took a lot of pride in being different. At first when she discovered she was a Veela though she thought it was nothing to be a curse, and tried to hide with everything she had. Sometimes she still found it to be a curse, especially when it meant she could become something horrible when angered. "Those with Veela blood are said to be naturally pretty and are able to charm people to become attracted to them. The females can even turn to ugly bird-like creatures and throw fire when they are angry. Some people think of us as less human than them." Alyssa stated as her smile faded and she sighed softly to herself, she wanted to shudder just thinking about becoming a beast if she was ever upset enough. On top of that there were people who called her Half-breed and she did take less offense to it then Theodore did but it still bothered her to hear it being said about her, especially when sometimes it was her own family, it wasn't like she could help it or anything. This was why Alyssa preferred Vincent and his father over her own family because they didn't judge her as harshly, moving out was more than just about the names though.

"Oh well thanks, you have a very nice fashion sense yourself! Are you not afraid to dress like this and everything?" She gestured to his clothing, he must be a drag-queen or something because had never seen a boy dress like that without falling into that or some other different category. Alyssa fluffed out her skirt a little and brushed some of her long blonde hair over her shoulder, her new haircut had made her hair much longer than she had had it in a long time, she loved how pretty it looked when long though. "I hope it will be, the woman she is currently living with people call She-Devil so I'm a little worried about her. Have you made any plans to meet up with her or anything, does she know she has a brother?" Alyssa cocked her head to the side when she question him, she remembered her reaction when she heard that her and Theodore had another full-blooded sibling alive. Alyssa herself was even more shocked when she heard that her little sister was living with someone who hated their father's guts, was that safe to be with such a person?

"What isn't to be proud of? Then again, I am just proud of who I am! No matter what runs under my skin!" Damian chirped as he pointed his two thumbs at his chest. Why Damian did this, no one really knew. He nodded at the information given to him. Veelas sounded so cool! Which was why he exclaimed, "That is so awesome! Well, people are just silly cause it is like an Animagus but you know, it is still so cool!" Damian was more than overjoyed right now, and it just made the Gryffindor even cuter than before. There was something about his pipperness that got people happy and put them in a good mood. Damian was good at that, and he was also intelligent, almost being put in the Ravenclaw house. Damian was a bright kid, and a lot that knew him knew this.

"No, I am never afraid to express how I love to dress. What's to hide? I mean, my big brother has a boyfriend and sometimes wears dresses and such for him," Damian shrugged a bit. "Freedom of expression!" This was actually a normal day for Damian. Sometimes he went full out. Sometimes he dressed like a boy. It was just a mystery. But overall, he was always stylish. "I am sure she is fine. Aphrodite is a very pretty name if I say so myself. Es ist herrlich, eigentlich." Damian didn't notice that he spoke in his natural tongue, but it flowed beautifully out of his mouth in musical notes. "She does know, and she contacted me first. I have known through my mom's will, but never met her in person. Quite strange, huh? We are so similar!" squealed Damian happily.

Alyssa couldn't help but grin at the little boy, he had a very contagious type of personality even if he was a little bit of an oddball. At least he was proud of who he was despite being different and probably frowned upon by a lot of people for it, perhaps her twin brother should try to learn from this boy. 'Doubt he would listen though' Alyssa rolled her pretty blue eyes just thinking about who much her brother would probably be against this kid, now that he had power though she had to admit he mellowed out quite a bit. Damian even thought that the bird part of being a Veela was cool and Alyssa blinked in surprise at him, this boy was just not put down by anything was he? "Well a lot of people seem to be afraid of the bird-like creatures, I guess it's just more dangerous and scary looking than cool." Alyssa tried to explain as ran her hand over and thought about the bird-like creatures that everyone seemed so bothered by. Was that the reason that Veela's were considered inhuman or was it just because of something else? Whatever the reason was Alyssa knew she was human and was going to stick with knowing it.

"You sound like you could fit in well with the Glam Squad, but I guess your right. Too bad freedom of expression isn't always allowed in my family." Alyssa snickered, now that she had moved out she had far more freedom than she had ever had while living in the Snow Manor with her father. Her friends and boyfriend probably wouldn't care that much if she wanted to do something stupid or weird looking, well she hoped they wouldn't anyways. But while at home her and the entire family had a limit and that limit was not to be broken. "It is a cute name, I've heard she's really pretty too or something. But she's a Veela so I don't know what else they expected. Is your sister going to come to Hogwarts?" Alyssa smirked when he said that they were so similar, she had to agree with him to a point but then she remembered that he was also a Gryffindor and she was a proud Slytherin. Then again maybe the different houses meant nothing when it came to being similar.

Damian wondered why people thought that bird-like creatures. It didn't seem like it was dangerous or scary at all. Damian thought it was the most awesome thing ever. Damian waved his hand like it was nothing, "Oh, people are just so closed minded. It is silly. This is magic! They need to expect everything! Hello! People train dragons! Why not like something as simple as a Veela. Sheesh!" Damian laughed softly. Some people amused him so much. Hardly anything got Damian down. Hardly anything at all. Damian gave her a weird look and he giggled, "Seriously? I could fit in with the Glam Squad? Thanks! That is a great compliment, I think!" Damian paused for a moment, and he shook his head, "Your family too? I moved away cause dad was being a meanie." That was true.

He could just hope that Alyssa could move somewhere else and be away from her freedom-less family. Damian shrugged lightly. He had never seen an ugly Veela either. Never heard of anything. "I think she is. They want her to be with family, to be with me. I have no idea what house she would be in. I hope she ends up in one that isn't yellow. Yellow is such an ugly color." Damian shook his head a bit, and he shrugged. "Otherwise I don't see why we have houses. Like, we are all united under the same entity. Magic." Damian spoke once more, and he believed that he was one of the only people that believed that. People just weren't open to the possibilities.

Alyssa liked this kids opinion and views, if people could go out there and try to train dragons and other dangerous creatures then why couldn't they deal with someone as little as a Veela. "Too bad not everyone is as open-minded as you kid." She put a hand on his shoulder and winked at him softly, really the world could use more views like his because if they did then there would probably be less fighting and a lot less dying going on in the world right now. He seemed surprised that he could fit into the Glam Squad and Alyssa didn't blame him one bit, they did seem a bit exclusive and once were but she didn't think they should be like that anymore. Why exclude people for certain differences, especially when the whole reason for that little 'clique' being around in the first place was because they all loved fashion and happened to have enough money to try many different styles and forms of fashion. "Maybe you should join?" Alyssa offered looking at him curiously with her beautiful crystal blue eyes, he could make a good member even if he wasn't a Slytherin he was sweet and had awesome style and to Alyssa thats all that mattered.

"I just moved away actually, I live with my friends and my boyfriend somewhere in New Zealand now. Where did you move away to?" She cocked her head to the side and looked at him gently, she hoped he had a guardian and didn't live with himself but he honestly looked a little too young to be living on his own. It saddened Alyssa to know that even someone as sweet and adorable and him could suffer from having a mean father, she wondered if his father was cruel because he was a Veela just like her and her brother were hated for. "Hey maybe if out sister both end up going to school together they could be friends and stuff, having another Veela around often helps. Erm..you hate the color yellow?" Alyssa had started off with a good idea to get her sister a friend early but stopped halfway when he stated that he disliked the color yellow, that was something she hadn't heard from someone ever. As for the house thing she also wished she could say something but figured she shouldn't ruin his opinion on the houses, he was too good of a kid to want to do that to him.

Damian sighed and he shrugged a bit. "They need to be, like, totally need to be," Damian said with a peppy tone in his voice. Damian flinched from her touch when she asked him to join. Joining the Glam Squad? That sounded so awesome, yet weird at the same time. His eyebrow raised. He wasn't too sure on joining the Glam Squad. He didn't know them very much. Damian sighed, "Oh, I don't know." Damian shifted unsurely, his hand clinching his arm over his tummy. Damian averted his eyes, and he said, "What would be the purpose of me joining the Glam Squad? Like, would it be cool?" Damian gave a small smile, to ensure that his cuteness was not lost.

"Oh that is so cool! I moved in with my big brother who happens to be a big Quidditch star with a boyfriend, and the five kids my brother has, and the woman that mothered two. I think the children will have like three dads or something weird." Damian shrugged lightly. He loved them all though. They were wicked awesome, as he liked to put it. Damian nodded, finding the whole thing rather cool. "Yeah! I think I have a second cousin or something with veela blood coming the same year as Krystin. They would be like, awesomely beautiful together!" squealed the Veela boy. Damian answered, "Yeah, don't ask, but the color scares me half to death. Not neon yellow, but the yucky yellow." Damian had some weird fears.

When Damian asked what the purpose of joining the Glam Squad would be, Alyssa cocked her head to the side as she thought deep and hard about what she was going to say to convince him. Of course there were both perks and bad sides of joining and she wanted to make sure it was something he really wanted to do before he officially joined their rankings and group. "Welllll...." A boy had never been in the Glam Squad before, mostly because they had never really met a boy that was bearable enough for them to stand having in the group but also because no boy had even been as into fashion as this one right here had. Twirling a piece of her soft blonde hair around her finger she continued to think of something to say, after a moment or so she finally thought up something that might appeal to him. "Of course it would be cool. You'd get to spend more time with my friend and I, we'd let you borrow some of our clothes, and if you love shopping then you'll adore shopping with us." Alyssa shrugged her thin shoulders before she rested her hands on her hips and gave Damian a questioning stare, would all of this be of interest to him or was he looking for more of a reason to join the group? Other than all of them being into fashion and having a good time with each other she didn't see really that much of a reason to exclude...unless they had a horrible sense of fashion.

"What's your brothers name?" He said his brother was a Quidditch player and Alyssa had seen some of the games and also knew some of the teams. And if she didn't know who he was there was a strong chance Theodore would, he was very into Quidditch and so was a few of her family members who were in the Quidditch league as well. For a moment the elder Veela was tempted to try and have this boy meet her twin, that would surely be a sight to see. "Hm, now that would be interesting. Maybe they can be the next Glam Squad runners or something..who knows? Awh you poor kid! How do you even stand to be around Hufflepuffs?!" Without meaning to or even realizing it Alyssa gave the younger boy a quick but friendly hug before she patted his head comfortingly, actually she was a bit curious to see how he reacted around the color but wouldn't be cruel enough to try anything on him.

Damian nodded at the reply, and he beamed. Then it sounded just plain awesome! Damian exclaimed, "Then I would love to join the Glam Squad!" Damian started to jump up and down, and he clapped his hands happily. "I get to do your nails and everything? And hair? I have magic fingers!" Damian was so excited! He was going to hang around some girls that were into fashion just as much as he was. That was all the reasoning he needed. He didn't need a lecture or whatever, nor was he going to question the purpose and such. No, he was far more interesting in other things. A group of friends. This was exactly what he was looking for. Oh boy! He could not wait until he got to meet all of the others! He wondered if they were all girls too. He thought they were at least, and all in the same house.

"Dietrich Metzger." Damian shrugged lightly. He didn't know that Alyssa had been to some games, and had some people in her family in the professional quidditch career. Damian didn't keep up with things like that. No sir, he was more into shopping and such. And he loved children. "I bet they could!" Damian giggled. "I can't. Well, when they aren't wearing their robes." Damian smiled a bit, and he returned the friendly hug. Damian wrinkled his nose a bit. It was starting to stink in here. Like owl...droppings. Ew! "Wanna go out and have some beauty time? I need someone to paint my nails green. Plus, it stinks in here." Damian reached inside of his pants pocket and got out a neon green color nail polish. He just hoped that she would come with him. He could paint other people's nails, but never his own.

Alyssa had never seen someone be so excited to have been asked to join the Glam Squad before since every other time she had never seen the others girls be actually all that excited about it. She guesses that maybe they forced themselves to act calmly or maybe they just weren't that excited as she thought they would have been. "Oooh that sounds really nice? Do you know how to do French tips?" Alyssa held her already polished nails out for Damian to see, having someone that could help her do her nails would be amazing because she would probably make less of a mess if she did have someone to help her out. The hair part she wasn't worried about because he seemed like someone who could handle doing hair, and if he wasn't it wouldn't be hard for her to fix whatever was messed up with a simple trip to her favorite hair salon. After all she owed her new haircut to them anyways, she absolutely loved it and could not pay them enough for doing such a fine job on it. "I'm glad you'd love to join, I'm sure the other girls would love to meet you!" Alyssa wasn't exactly sure about this but he was such a lovable and fashionable boy that she didn't see how someone couldn't like having him around. Perhaps tomorrow or a little later she would bring him around to meet all of them and everything since she would probably just end up spending the rest of the day with him herself to get to know him a little better.

"Hm, I think I've heard of him. I might have to ask my family though. Eh, well good thing we currently have no Hufflepuffs in the Glam Squad then." Alyssa sighed softly before she shrugged, he was the first male and the first outside of the Slytherin house to make an appearance into their group. She was trusting Damian with the honor of showing the other girls that guys and other houses had just enough potential as they did to be fashionable and popular. "Beauty time eh? Well your lucky I can paint nails really well and that I agree with you on the smell." She took the bottle of neon green nail polish and held it softly between her fingers as she read the label carefully. Her head nodded softly saying that she agreed to help him with his nails and everything. Alyssa would just wait for Aphrodite's letter a little bit later when she didn't have company.

"Yes, yes I do!" Damian said. He beamed a bit, and he was excited to know that now, he was excited to be apart of the Glam Squad. Damian took Alyssa by the hand, and he led her out of the owlery. He was going to enjoy this, and then meet all the others. The Glammies. Damian was going to have some fun, having his nails done, and everything.
