Wallace is a Scottish surname from the French surname Waleis which means “Welshman, foreigner, stranger or Celt”. The original surname denotes someone from the Kingdom of Strathclyde who spoke Cumbric, a language very similar to Welsh hence the meaning. Georgina’s father is of Scottish decent with her paternal lineage being traced to Fort William, Lochaber but his direct line immigrated to Australia due to famine in Scotland. Georgina’s knowledge of her family is limited not because of lack of access of information but true apathy towards the subject however she has no intention of changing her surname should she marry in the future.
BIRTHOn May 12th, 2042 Georgina was born in a private birthing facility for witches. She was born two days past her expected due date after ten hours of labour with zero complications. She was born at 6:24pm and weighed in at 7lbs 4oz.

RESIDENCE
Recently Georgina made a temporary move to Auckland, New Zealand. This was a move she is not thrilled with as the intent was for her to become close with her step-mother, Marceline. Georgina’s father has multiple properties throughout Australia and New Zealand - one in Auckland and another in Aoraki / Mount Cook which is only accessible with apparition or floo travel for those who aren’t very physically active. Georgina’s mother has moved to a cottage near the Bay of Fires in Tasmania, Australia since the divorce and she has not yet been but hopes to visit over the holidays.
PARENTSSophia Toms and Henry Wallace. Both are mixed blood witches and wizards, respectively. They married when they were twenty-six and Georgina was their first successful attempt at pregnancy seven years later. Henry is a business owner of both muggle and wizarding businesses as he is a staunch capitalist whereas Sophia didn’t have anything to keep her day very busy or her mind active, playing the role of house wife. Two years ago they went on a temporary separation which lead Henry to vacation and meet a new woman which lead to a subsequent divorce between Georgina’s parents.
STEP PARENTSMarceline Wallace (nee. Toussaint) is Georgina’s step-mother and the cause of many fights in the Wallace house would as of late due to Georgina acting very much like a petulant angry child in a way that is out of character for her.

EARLY EDUCATIONGeorgina attended a private pre-Hogwarts school. After her muggle-style education she would have private tutoring in all manner of subjects to ensure she would be given an advantage over any of her future classmates at Hogwarts.
MAGICAL EDUCATIONSorted in Y38 into Gryffindor. Georgina is just beginning her first year at Hogwarts New Zealand.
BLOOD STATUSMixed Blood: Georgina’s father and mother are both half blooded wizards making her a mixed blooded witch. She doesn’t put much weight into blood quantum in the wizarding sense. Especially as an Australian, Georgina feels strange about this due to the racial aspect it may have on the Native population (wizarding or muggle).
