It was already the start of Liam's fourth year at Hogwarts. It seemed like it was only yesterday that he attended the school. Time does fly really fast. However, unlike those overly emotional students, he wasn't feeling anything at all. He didn't particularly care whether being a fourth year meant that he'd be graduating soon. He didn't care about that at all. In fact, he would rather like it if he could force time to run faster just so he could get out of this cursed place. He didn't like staying here. Sure, there were a couple of people who were quite entertaining. However, the outrageous amount of stupidity that was surrounding the castle was something that he could not tolerate. He hated it.
The boy tossed on his bed. He had always thought that the Slytherin house wasn't bad at all. Merlin, he thought wrong. He should have expected that even this supposed to be really great house was infested with worthless trashes too. Rubbing the space between his eyebrows, the slytherin rose from his bed. He had things that he needed to do. Unlike those trash, he does value his time, thank you. He didn't want to waste any second of it at all.
Liam exited the room that he shared with the others. The common room was quite noisy for his liking. He Gave the occupants a glare. Some had tried to invite him over but the fourteen year old didn't even spare them a glance. The dungeon was cold and dark. If he wasn't sorted into Slytherin, he was quite sure that he would have gotten lost down here already. Those labyrinth of corridors could lead anywhere. He didn't dare explore them. Not because he was afraid for Merlin knows he didn't have anything to be scared of. Rather, it was because doing something as childish as that was unbecoming for someone like him.
Liam rounded the corner to the place where he had told Ai to meet him. The place was dark with only the torches on the wall illuminating it. He was a good meter away from the entrance which would lead to the dungeon. He didn't want anyone to interfere right now. The last time he had told Ai to met him at the Abandoned classroom, they were disturbed by a flea with a hero complex. Thus, when he owled her the letter instructing her meet him at a specific time, he made sure that it was at such a place where that boy wouldn't show up. The girl had done something that he'd never forget. She'd pay for that. He couldn't possibly give her the luxury of being forgiven for her mistakes. He knew that she was aware of that. However, he didn't think at all that she wouldn't show up. She had given him her words. Should she betray and disobey him, should she not arrive, he'd comb the whole castle and drag her down here.
He leaned at the cold stone wall. He was a few minutes early from the designated time. He didn't like tardiness after all. The place was quiet, devoid of any unnecessary noise. He could hear the sound of water dripping from the distance. He could even hear his own pulse. It was good. He liked the stillness around him.
