🌹 Rose Giving Flowery

[Axel Zhefarovich II]

Axel had passed the professor's office before but hadn't ever had a reason to go until now. He lifted his hand and rapped his knuckles against the door, bucket in hand. Hopefully the professor was nice. He figured he had to be since he was getting a rose.

 

[Noelle Maxwell]

Noelle put the flower in a separate vase next to some photo frames on the shelf. He snapped to put more snacks on the table. He had put out the word that some snacks are available for the rose deliverers. A knock on the door made him smile and snapped his fingers to open it. "Hello! Come in, come in!", he ushered the boy inside. "You're here for some refreshments, yes?", he gestured to the table.

Axel was a bit surprised at the professor's enthusiasm, but he was shuffled inside and spotted all of the snacks. Even though he'd had a nice breakfast, he figured a snack for the rest of his day wouldn't hurt. "Uhhhh yeah...but I also have a rose for you!"he said happily, reaching for it. "Here you go!"

Noelle smiled as he took the flower and note. "Another rose?Why, thank you." He opened it to see it was from Prof. Carter. Landon. He chuckled, still finding it awkward to call his former professor on first name basis. "Pack up some sweets and feel free to come back for more.", he told the boy.

"Thanks, professor!" Axel said as he picked out a snack and put it in his pocket for later. He was about to turn away, but then reconsidered and picked another snack. "See ya!" he waved as he left the professor's office.

 

[Noelle Maxwell]

Noelle smiled, "Anytime." He saw him to the door and waved goodbye to the student before going back inside.
