It had been the first week, which meant classes had slowly started to begin, which was one of the things Oliver was not looking forward to. He knew that there were a few classes he was a little bit interested in, like charms, flying and amongst other subjects. But he knew that there were going to be classes he wasn't going to be so keen on. Defence against the dark arts had been one of them. There seemed to be a lot to cover on the subject, and while they had only just had their first lesson, he knew he had to follow his brother's advice and get on top of classes. But the moment the boy sat in the library and opened his dada textbook, he knew he was doomed... Schoolwork was not in Ollie's realm if he was being honest.

Oliver had spent the first 10-15 minutes rereading the same sentence over and over again, but gave up after a while. His textbook was open in front of him, and he grabbed a piece of parchment and turned it into a triangle. Once he created the perfect triangle, he turned it to his side, a mischievous glint twinkling in his eyes before flicking the folded triangle to the table next over. However, he had angled it wrong and instead flicked a student instead. With slight panic, he quickly turned back to his textbook and made it look like he was busy reading his dada textbook.

It hadn't taken long for Sofia to realize a lot of her first year of learning magic was going to be more theory based and lectures rather than wand waving, so she decided to go to the library to get some studying done for Transfiguration which seemed like it would be her hardest class this semester.

She didn't know if food was allowed in the library but she had quietly snuck in a bag of candy to help her study as motivation every time she remembered something correctly, hoping if she kept it hidden amongst her textbooks the librarian wouldn't notice. She had been quietly studying at a table preparing for her next lesson when she suddenly felt something hit her on the chest and bounce off, landing right on her book. "Ouch," Sofia grumbled, rubbing at the spot above her heart even if it didn't actually hurt that badly, it was mostly the shock of the hit that had startled her.

When she realized what it was she raised her eyebrows and picked it up. She knew what this was, her older brothers played with these before, always making her the target too. She scowled softly, mostly at the memory, and then looked around to see where it could have come from. She saw a boy sitting at a table not too far from her. She'd seen him earlier not really studying but suddenly he looked deep in his textbook, making it clear to her he was the obvious culprit. Since Sofia had played with these often with her brothers before, she knew how to aim it right back. She quickly picked up the paper triangle and aimed it carefully between her fingers and the table before flicking it hard so it soared right back to the boy, a triumphant smirk on her face.
