Professor Zephyrmoon was at the end of his contract at Hogwarts and it was sad, in a way. That did not mean he wanted to stay—no, Merlin, definitely not—but rather a bittersweet recognition of the role teaching had played in filling his days and allowing him to talk at length about his passion to children who had no choice but to listen, or zone out, he didn't mind which. Standing before the first year class one last time, he prepared to bid them farewell. He took a deep breath, "Good afternoon! This week, we are meeting earlier in the day because it's the review lesson. You should use this time to review the material you learned over the semester, and this is your time to ask me questions. This is my last week at Hogwarts and you will have Professor Zumwalt back with you next semester." He sat back down at his desk for the rest of the lesson. When the bell rang, he dismissed the class, fully aware that he'd likely never see any of those students again.
