Fifth Years: Lesson Six

Well, this was the last lesson, Professor Nakamura thought to himself as he watched the students enter the classroom. He hoped they were ready – or nearly ready – for their exam on the subject. “Welcome back,” Professor Nakamura greeted. “This period will be for studying for your upcoming astronomy exam. You can also ask any questions you might have, though obviously I can’t tell you what will be on the exam itself.” Professor Nakamura smiled, knowing that’s exactly the kind of question he would have asked at their age. “Study hard, and kia kaha*,” Professor Nakamura said, before taking a seat and looking over lesson plans for next year. He kept looking up every now and then to make sure everyone was doing their studies, keeping an eye on them all. Once the hour was up, he dismissed the class and wished them luck.

Alana listened to Professor Nakamura as he told them they would be having a study lesson to prepare for their upcoming exam. She took out her notes and got to work, going through them for the rest of the lesson. Once their time was up, Alana gathered her things and made her way out of the classroom.

magne walked into the astronomy classroom and took his spot in the room. His nodded and then took out his books and began revising, going over what they'd learnt in the year. When the time had passed he packed up his things and left the room.
