Okay. I just figured out how to change the color on things in GIMP. I just want your guys opinions/constructive criticism on how I am doing.

So here is the original image.

And here is the edited image (eyes)

Heyy Lovi!

This is really excellent! But, I have a few pointers to help out:

If you can see, the yellow kind goes over the edge of the eye. It's something that can happen often, and I understand that editing it away may ruin the eye color you're going for.
I find that the best way to solve that is to zoom, with a smaller eraser size, and the edge of the eye which is darker shows slightly, and then I make the opacity lighter so that it somewhat blends but is still the stronger of the two. If you understand me?

Hey Emzies! Thank you so much for the feedback.

Okay, so I started over completely, and when I tried to erase the excess yellow it erases the yellow, but it also erases some of the eye as well. So, how did you erase it?

You can make a duplicate layer so if you erase the eye then the picture will pick up from the bottom layer.

Or you could try using a smaller circle so you might not go over the edges.
