[Height:] Evie is very tall, 6'3", which comes in handy when she has to show authority to a bunch of teenagers daily.
[Style:] Evie likes to wear respectable clothing from day to day, something very smart but famine.

[A Little Deeper
[Personality:] Evie is cold woman towards a lot of people, students and Professor's a like, she doesn't really care who she isn't paid to be nice. As Headmistress of Durmstrang Institute she rules with an iron fist, determined to make it bigger and better than any other Wizarding School in the World. She isn't a very nice woman towards people naturally but she knows when it can be beneficial for her and her school she can be quite the actress. She doesn't have time for trouble makers in her school and doesn't care about excuses and 100% of the time she will see a punishment is received, even for the tiniest of things.

To anyone that knows her, well that is, she is a bearable woman. To her friends she is known to relax slightly around them but never fully letting her guard down for signs of weakness. Being a woman in a man's world she is always fearful of been seen as weak and not worthy of the position of Durmstrang Institute. In her younger years she was a much different woman, she actually smiled. She would be fun loving, care about people - but not too much, but since the death of her husband; the only person she ever loved, she became the woman she is today, feared by her pupils, hated by her colleagues, and she wouldn't have it any other way.

[History:] Evie Powell was brought up in the capital city of Finland, Helsinki. She is a former student of the Durmstrang Institute. Evie is the only child of Radomi Powell and Godelieve Powell (Napier). Both of her parents had attended Durmstrang.

Her family were very wealthy, so Evie grew up very privileged, spoiled in fact. The Powell family were very much into the Dark Arts, so Evie was brought up around it and when it came the time for her to attend Durmstrang; she was a very bright student, excelling in all of her subjects.

After her seventh year, she had many job offers in the Ministry, but decided to travel for a few years with her boyfriend, Boris Tahti. Three years later her and her Boris got married. Unfortunately, he died at his work, in the Ministry, as an Auror in 2005. Evie never remarried.

Evie then decided to move back to where she was brought up. She had until then remained friendly with the Professors from Durmstrang and had got offered the job as Dark Arts Professor, her favourite subject, which she accepted straight away. After many years at the school, she was offered the job as Headmistress, which she accepted. And she is still Headmistress to this day.

In 2013, the night after the Yule Ball when all the children and staff left to go home, Evie remained in the castle as per usual and was joined, unexpectedly, by junior Professor, Hayden Kerberos. He was obviously very handsome and with the company of alcohol Evie let her guard down for the night. It was agreed between the two that the night would never be spoken off again. That was all well until Evie discovered that she was pregnant a short while after. It was agreed that Evie would raise the child away from the school and that Hayden could visit when he pleased as long as he let Evie know beforehand. Speculation grew between staff and students but no-one dared to question Evie for fear of what her wrath would bring. A few months later she had a boy, Zechariah Powell (with Evie's last name so Hayden wouldn't be tied to the child when he attended Durmstrang).

When Zechariah reached his 10th birthday he received a letter from Hogwarts New Zealand and it was agreed that he would attend there to save him being the Headmistress' child in school, while it would help him build character Evie wanted the best for her son and going to school away from home would do that for him.
